Our nursery provides excellent care and education for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.
At Devonshire Day Nursery in Chiswick the warm and welcoming environment ensures that your child’s individual needs are prioritised and their interests nurtured.
Children’s days are packed full of activities designed in line with EYFS principles and implemented by our highly trained and knowledgeable staff.
All children have daily access to the garden as we fully recognise the impact that being outdoors has on a child’s social, emotional and physical development.
We have a knowledgeable and experienced team at our Ofsted rated ‘Outstanding’ nursery.

August 9, 2022 at 12:00 amWe love Devonshire Day Nursery. We were nervous sending our daughter to nursery but they were wonderful at settling her in and so reassuring and supportive (to us all). Our daughter loves going to nursery, they get her to nap amazingly, she eats so well and she has developed so much. Staff are brilliant. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Devonshire, it’s a fantastic nursery.

He seems to thoroughly enjoy all the daily activities and food and always seems to be having a great time when we pick him up. We really enjoy the daily updates on food consumption and photos from the different activities.

The staff are the happiest of all the nurseries we visited, and they have a great set up with separate play/sleep/change/eat and outdoor areas for the kids to explore.

The only complaint is that food quality hasn’t been great lately, offering sandwiches for tea. The outside space is great, kids are spending a lot of time outside.

My little one is always happy to come to the nursery and is learning so much! She always comes home and shows me new skills. I would highly recommend the setting to any parents/carers looking for an amazing start to their little one’s education.

There really is a family feel. He has developed in so many ways which I think he would have missed out on had he stayed at home.

He settled instantly, loves his teachers and friends and has developed so much. The staff are the shining stars and they all feel like family, Our son loves his key workers. My son walks into Devonshire Day Nursery so calmly but with excitement each day he attends. The educators are always so organised and welcoming at the beginning of the day and informative and calm at the end of the day. I have also found them to be very thorough with their explanations about how my son’s day was, what he ate and how he interacted with the other children and staff. I really appreciate the care they give.

April 24, 2023 at 12:00 amLovely staff and happy children. Staff do their best to ensure the kids develop their skills in a compassionate and caring manner. Children learn a lot from their role models in class and have fun doing it. Staff offered a useful behaviour workshop recently which showcases to parents how behaviours are managed in the nursery but also how parents and teachers can work together to ensure coherence.

Her key person, head of room and the staff, in general, are extremely talented and have been stimulating her development with numerous thoughtful activities. They are also effectively preparing her for school in September.

She only does two days a week but has benefited a lot from having peers to play with, a space away from parents and great staff to learn from. We don’t have any concerns and the nursery are very communicative and transparent. Have recommended it to other parents and will keep doing so!

August 15, 2023 at 12:00 amBoth of my children attended Devonshire Day Nursery; my daughter attended from ages 3-4 and my son is still there after starting in the Caterpillar room at 8 months old. I honestly don’t even know where to begin with explaining how much we love this nursery! Our daughter never wanted to go home after spending the day in the Butterflies room and, to this day, when we stop by to pick up her brother, she insists on visiting her former classroom to say hello to her teachers (and always gives a big running hug)! And my son loves getting messy and playing with his trucks and reading with the teachers in the Ladybird’s room! The amount of activities they set out for the children each day is astounding; from soapy water play to sand to trains and cooking club. It’s truly amazing! The nursery goes above and beyond to love and nurture the children; it really feels like a little family at Devonshire and we feel so fortunate to have had both of our children there.
