The team go out of their way to ensure the kids are settled, which gives huge piece of mind when you’re putting such trust in them to care for your kids how you would. My eldest talks so fondly of his days at childcare centre, he’s developed hugely in his time there and I’m forever grateful for the experiences they’ve given him. Great care is also taken to ensure all meals are nutritious and varied, a very important factor for ourselves when looking for the right childcare centre for us. We would suggest Dechrau Disglair over and over again. Both my kids, 3 and a half years and 9 months old, attend Dechrau Disglair and are immensely cheerful there.

They keep you informed throughout the day and nothing is ever too much trouble. Best childcare facilities around! Outstanding service and incredible team, they go out of their way with the help and assistance they give not just the kids but parents as well.

Our little one loves it here, was instantly made to sense secure and comfortable. She is only nineteen months and adores going. Highly recommended. Superb, welcoming, welcoming attitude from all with an obvious desire for the best for the kids.

All team go above and beyond for us and our son. Nothing is too much trouble, some have made a really lovely bond with our little one, so much so he talks about them at home.

My little one has been attending for two years and she loves it. They do a variety of activities which keeps her stimulated and if there is ever an issue the team are quick to deal with it. Staff are exceptional and attentive.

Communication is exceptional, consistently receive pictures and updates of her day. She has developed brilliantly since going and I couldn’t be happier. Staff are absolutely exceptional, welcoming and incredible with the kids. Absolutely remarkable childcare centre and I sense totally at ease leaving my kid there.

The outdoor playtime area is excellent.
I know both my kids have enjoyed their time here. Both my daughters over the last seven years have attended Dechrau Disglair and the level of care and attention has been first-class.
The range of activities is diverse and inclusive.

They are bilingual. The team provide lots of activities for the kids, enjoyable, educational and outdoor. The childcare centre prepares and serves nutritious food throughout the day. The team are attentive and the opening hours are outstanding for working hours for parents. The childcare centre has a warm welcoming welcoming setting.

The team are consistently polite and accommodating to our kid’s needs. Communication is outstanding, whether it is face to face or through the app which keeps us updated throughout the day. It is consistently nice to see pictures of our kid on the app. Diolch. Our kid has settled in really well to this childcare centre.

They playtime games and learn so much, they have also made a huge difference with his Welsh language. Staff consistently go above and beyond and are so accommodating. Always give feedback and keep us up to date with any changes or concerns. I can’t suggest them enough! My little boy loves going here.
