Darling Buds Nursery

The team have been warm and welcoming since the first phone call querying spaces, to the initial tour up until now when she will be moving up to Poppies. My daughter adores the team and is consistently cheerful to go to childcare centre in the mornings and cheerful when she’s picked up (all be it tired but that could only ever be a great thing).
The team are consistently chatty and smiling when dropping off and picking up and consistently take the time to talk about how she has been that day and answer any queries.
They offer a lot of different activities for the kids and I can definitely see my daughter discovering new things with every week she goes there.
Considering current circumstances with lockdown they have been very expert, they have kept us informed as much as they can and have been in contact to check how my daughter is, which I think is incredible! My daughter has been attending the childcare centre since the end of 2018 when she was 8 months old.

Due to Covid-19 she hadn’t spent much time around other people or kids so was nervous at first. The team were so welcoming and we have seen a massive difference in our daughter. She gets so excited when she knows she is going to childcare centre. She has moved from buttercups to violets and is thriving. The team are consistently cheerful to answer any questions and are very attentive towards our kid. She comes home with diary entries that we adore as it shows us what she has been doing that day. Plus, plenty of crafts come home too which is lovely. We are expecting our second kid and will have no worries sending our second kid here as our daughter is so cheerful there. Massive relief when you see them go in cheerful and come out cheerful. Our little one has been attending since September 2020.

We have been using the childcare centre for over three years and can highly suggest! The team are so lovely and my kids delight in themselves so much. They have learnt so many lovely skills and had such lovely experiences. The activities, outdoor playtime, songs they start singing at home from childcare centre, painting, crafting, dancing, the food! They have so much enjoyable! I know my kids have had the best days here at Darling Buds and are well looked after and loved by the team.

The team were exceptional and put me at ease straight away, suggesting that I could give them a ring during the day to see how he was settling in if I wanted to. They are very great at understanding how hard it can be in the early days to leave your kid. My son spends two days a week at Darling Buds, and he has thrived whilst there. He is now 3 and is a confident, cheerful boy who absolutely loves going to childcare centre. He has made friends there and has had a great relationship with the team in each room that he has been in. We definitely noticed his development come along leaps and bounds since he started going to childcare centre, and I have consistently felt confident that he is secure and well looked after whilst he is there. I highly suggest Darling Buds as a secure and nurturing place for your kids to grow. My son started at Darling Buds when he was 7 months old.

He had attended a different childcare centre prior to this and wasn’t consistently eager to go and would rarely eat his lunch there. At Darling Buds Nursery he was consistently excited to go and ate all his lunch, which was a excellent relief knowing he hadn’t gone hungry. The team at Darling Buds Nursery are so welcoming, loving and attentive towards the kids and so welcoming towards the parents. He has learnt lots whilst at the childcare centre too, he can count to ten in Welsh and knows his colours in Welsh too. Unfortunately, now that my son has turned three, he has had to leave Darling Buds Nursery this month and go to the local school childcare centre and he was quite upset. He misses Darling Buds Nursery and his friends lots and asks regularly when he can go back. My son started Darling Buds Nursery in September 2020 and from the first day, he happily walked in and came out with a huge smile on his face.

The eldest is very hard at work and wears a brace for her scoliosis. She started going to Darling Buds when she was one, just after the lockdown, and she has been loving it since then. All the girls have consistently been smiling, supportive and extremely supportive. I am immensely grateful for their hard work. I can see the development she has been making throughout the years, and I sense she is extremely lucky to be there. The little one is super cheerful, she started three months ago, and every morning she wants to put her coat on and go to the childcare centre. I am impressed by all the stuff and skills they have been discovering; it is an outstanding discovering setting, and it is a true investment for their future. The food is also very healthy and fresh. I have two kids, the eldest is three, and the youngest is a year old.

The team were very welcoming and made us sense at ease with the decision we had made to change him from the daycare he previously had attended. He is consistently cheerful when we drop him off/pick him up and consistently tells us of his busy day. His key worker, along with many other members of team, are consistently cheerful to fill us in on what the kids have been doing, what they have eaten and any other details we may like to know. We are so cheerful that we made the decision for our son to attend here. My son started Darling Buds in August of last year and immediately fitted it.

The childcare centre is of the highest quality, facilities are remarkable but what makes it is the team. They are all so welcoming and genuinely care for the kids and the family as a whole. My wife and I sense genuinely lucky to have found Darling Buds. Thank you all. I’ll keep this short.

Writing a review of Darling Buds Nursery has to be one of the easiest things I have done. My daughter has attended from 9 months through to age 4. We visited 4 potential nurseries before deciding easily on Darling Buds because of how warm and welcoming they were and with how quickly they made an effort to make my daughter sense comfortable even at the visits. You could see immediately that the employees genuinely care for the kids and were enjoyable, smiling, engaging and cheerful. It immediately put us at ease. They happened to be the most competitively priced of all the options we visited but the price was not the deciding factor.
If you are going to leave your kid with other people to look after them you know you want them to treat them with the care and compassion that you would. I felt Darling Buds did exactly that. I have recommended them to anybody that will listen. Friendly, flexible, engaging, educational, attentive. Most importantly, my daughter loves attending. Outstanding!! Outstanding!
