Cotton Tails at Northfield

My only regret is not placing my boy into Cotton Tails earlier than this! He adores his mentors, his friends and everything they do there. My little one has went to Cotton Tails at Northfield since July 2020, having previously been with a childminder. He has come on leaps and bounds since attending. I wish to thank all personnel at the early‑years hub for welcoming my little one into your setting and giving him the best support and teaching possible. The personnel are kind and approachable and always have time for you. Unfortunately, Covid-19 hit and we haven’t been able to go in and enjoy the regular activities with our kid but the nursery setting have handled the situation perfectly and professionally whilst keeping the youngsters and personnel secure. I can honestly say that my boy adores it there.

Despite the limitations imposed with Covid, the care and commitment towards the little ones has not wavered throughout. The SEN provision is also truly good and the personnel have really gone the extra mile with my youngsters. This is a wonderful nursery setting. The childcare centre is immaculate, bright and there are so many great sites and activities for the little ones to do. Both my youngsters have was enrolled at and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I cannot praise this nursery setting strongly enough. The personnel are fantastic and so accommodating.

Excellent early‑years hub setting, providing a secure space to explore and thrive for my boy. Always has lots of different, stimulating tasks and it is wonderful to see his progress. Thank you to all involved.

It was really nice to go into my daughter’s childcare centre to see the setting that she spends her days in playing and interacting with the other youngsters, seeing how the crew act with them and putting faces to the names that she speaks about.

We have been so delighted with this nursery setting for the three years our young lady has joined. All the crew are attentive and caring and have always listened to our needs and acted upon any requests we have made. From the baby room up to the school room, our girl has thrived and we will really miss it when she leaves. Outdoor facilities are also good and the doors and gates are always locked and only opened with a code. Cannot fault this early‑years hub or the personnel and we will be downhearted to say goodbye. Thank you Their exploring needs are captured and recorded. This gives us a sense of security. The early‑years hub in general is really homely and warm with a bright and delighted ambience. I have never felt uneasy or unsure about leaving her and there has never been an incident or a single lost item. Her belongings are well looked after and if she is ever under the weather we were always made aware straight away. The nursery setting is always immaculate and little ones are asked to wash their hands upon entering every morning.

Thanks all. Staff have been so encouraging from the baby room through the childcare centre room. Staff are always welcoming and make the period seamless. We cherish the home tasks set too as can make absorbing at home and nursery setting be combined, such as the autumn seasons. My young lady treasures it when she gets to early‑years hub, enjoying time with newly formed friendships, come home time she has countless stories to tell us and the excitement she has is clear.

The team are so wonderful with them and truly attention about all of the kids. Our girls cherish it at Cotton Tails. There are always lots of fun activities to help with their advancement. It is always hygienic and they have created a beautiful and protected space.

We’ve had a great period with Cotton Tails, the updates is a strength as we always feel like we’re in the know of what she is doing and how she is progressing. They take it exceptionally seriously whilst also making it super fun. Our little one always comes home delighted.

My little one has settled well and the crew are all extremely welcoming, informative and welcoming. Great premises and extra support is taken for the children’s safety. I felt extremely anxious about my young lad going to childcare centre but soon felt at ease and knew this was the early‑years hub we wanted him to go to when we was shown around. Cannot advocate Cotton Tails enough! Great early‑years hub!

Staff in the baby room go the extra mile with the babies in their attention. As a parent, we feel assured when our little one is in their care that he is delighted, protected and enjoys his time there more than anything. Exceptionally pleased with the team and management at Cotton Tails Day Nursery.
