September 1, 2024 at 4:01 amThe team are all so welcoming and supportive. Updates is consistently exceptional and I’m consistently kept up to date with any concerns, accidents or illness during the days my kids are in. Team are consistently cheerful to answer any questions I have. The childcare centre itself is consistently spotless and tidy, and the kids have lots of equipment, toys and open space to playtime. My kids particularly like the outside space and playing in the garden. I consistently suggest this childcare centre to anyone that is looking for childcare. All four of my kids have attended this childcare centre over the last twelve years and I honestly would not want them to go anywhere else.

October 18, 2024 at 4:04 pmOur overall journey as parents has been exceptional. The whole process from settling in sessions to constant and regular updates on the development of the kid and regular key person one on one sessions have been designed and organized so well; they take care of every concern a parent has for their kid’s care. Everyone at the childcare centre shows a highly inviting and attentive interest in the kid’s development which is a big assurance. The ambience is enjoyable-filled with discovering through playtime and activities.
Overall, I sense incredible that I made the right choice for my kid. I do not genuinely believe there can be any better childcare centre in Swindon. My son has been going to the Co-op Childcare Walcot for a year and a half now.

November 3, 2024 at 8:11 amWe have seen a excellent improvement in him. Team are excellent and consistently willing to help.
Would adore to send my two sons here in the future. My son loves going to the childcare centre even on a weekend or bank holiday.

November 3, 2024 at 1:30 pmI cannot speak highly enough of the journey she has had whilst being there. The team are welcoming, attentive, compassionate and enjoyable and have supported my daughter with her physical skills which she struggled with slightly and all other aspects of her development. She enjoys telling me of all the enjoyable things they have done and the nice food she has eaten (often with seconds!). The team managed so well to keep a calm and welcoming setting even with all of the stress and uncertainty of the pandemic and this was a excellent assistance system to us during that difficult time. The updates is excellent, both face to face, via the app and in the regular keyworker feedback sessions and I sense like all of the team know my daughter well and care for her. I would highly suggest this setting and thank all the team there for a excellent journey. I have just dropped my daughter off for her final session at Walcot Co-op Childcare Day Childcare centre having been attending there since she was 11 months old.

November 26, 2024 at 11:53 pmAll the team have been incredibly welcoming, compassionate and supportive with making him sense comfortable and at home. It’s excellent to see the highly detailed updates on his development via observations in the app and there’s consistently an informative hand-over at the end of the day to keep us in the loop. Our son struggled a little with transitioning into childcare, but with assistance from the fantastic team here we’ve seen his self‑assurance come on in leaps and bounds. He now chats animatedly about his friends at pre-school and consistently has loads to say about his day. I can’t suggest Co-op Walcot enough! Our son has been attending pre-school for 9 months now and we’re absolutely thrilled with every aspect of his journey.

December 5, 2024 at 3:12 amMy kid loves the activities and the team truly know him well. It’s excellent to hear about the variety of activities he has access to during the day. What makes it truly special is when his key workers create activities which are linked to his interests. He has grown in self‑assurance since September and is beginning to develop social skills (this was such a worry for me since he was a lockdown baby). I can’t thank the childcare centre enough for everything they do for my kid. The team are fantastic at Co-op Childcare Walcot.

December 28, 2024 at 9:13 amOur daughter has been at the childcare centre since Sept 2019 and has grown in all characteristics. She loves childcare centre days seeing her friends and discovering every day interacting with other kids, especially during these tough times. The childcare centre is highly great at making sure the safety of the team and kids is their number one priority. They also provide detailed logs of what they have done each day and engage regularly with the parents with regular meetings on the development of the kids. We couldn’t fault the team or childcare centre with peace of mind leaving our daughter in secure hands each day. Couldn’t be happier with our choice of childcare.

January 12, 2025 at 11:20 pmProviding us with insightful feedback and keeping us up to date on changes in sleep patterns, appetite, behaviour and education. Our kid loves going to childcare centre and we sense confident, comfortable and reassured leaving her with the fantastic team. Month after month the team at Walcot Childcare centre have provided assistance, kindness and teachable moments to our kid and us as first-time parents.

January 13, 2025 at 11:53 amHe’s been diagnosed with autism and the team have helped him so much with everything, I’m gutted he will be leaving soon. I would suggest this childcare centre to anyone. Absolutely incredible. My little boy has been going to this childcare centre since he was 2 years old, he’s now leaving in September to start school, and the time that he has been there the childcare centre team have been absolutely incredible with him, I can’t give them enough credit with how great they are with my son.

January 20, 2025 at 10:29 amAll the team looking after her are incredible and are consistently so accommodating. The whole childcare centre has been incredible in supporting her to settle in during the pandemic. She found childcare centre difficult at first, having spent so much time in lockdown and not being around many people, however with the remarkable assistance from the childcare centre she now loves childcare centre and consistently enjoys herself. I adore receiving regular updates and daily pictures of what she has been up to and the use of the app is incredible! Would definitely suggest this childcare centre to anyone looking for childcare. My daughter currently attends Co-op Childcare Walcot in the baby room.

January 29, 2025 at 9:19 amThey were not wrong. Our daughter had never been to a childcare centre, pre-school, childminder setting and was so nervous and scared on her first day, the team had to peel her off me. We are now on week 3 and she has been bouncing in for the last 2 weeks with no problems! The team are remarkable, so welcoming and I sense highly confident in the care they are providing our daughter. I adore the app which tells us what our daughter has eaten, been doing during the day and how we can help her discovering at home. I cannot praise this childcare centre enough and will definitely be sending our youngest daughter when the time comes. We moved to Swindon in January 2021 and when we asked where we should send our daughter the response was astounding, everyone said Co-Op Walcot.

February 11, 2025 at 8:39 pmThey both started their childcare centre journey as little babies and now are ready for school. They have had a excellent 3 and a half years. One of the hardest things as a new mother was handing my babies over to someone else when I had to go back to work part time. The team were excellent though and I soon knew that they were in excellent hands at a lovely place. I sense like we have just said goodbye to our second family! All the team know my kids and greet them with smiles every day. They have helped them in many developmental areas including using cutlery, toilet training, riding a bike, social skills, writing, counting, singing, growing veg etc. The pre school have done highly well in preparing them for school. I sense that being around other kids their age has done them the world of great. They made excellent relationships with their key workers and enjoyed every day especially in all the excellent outdoor space. Today was a highly sad day as my two kids had their last day at Co-op Walcot Childcare centre.

February 24, 2025 at 5:56 pmMy son loves going to childcare centre and speaks to us about team and his daily activities. The one thing I find highly unique about this childcare centre is that I sense I am dropping my little one off to a friend or family rather than daytime childcare. The amount of genuine care and nurturing he receives from team is impressive! It also reflects on his behaviour when he shows tender adore and care towards other kids and other people. My son had to start wearing glasses at 3 years, the childcare centre was highly supportive with this transition, prepared his friends to accept his new look and cared for his eyes as much as I would do. If I pop in to childcare centre to pick him up any time of the day he’s spotless, glasses wiped, cheerful, fed, changed and playing. I cannot thank the team enough and no words can describe my gratitude to every team member in this childcare centre. My Son has been to 3 nurseries before this one, they were all excellent but Co-op Childcare Walcot has been the best journey for us!

March 5, 2025 at 5:29 amThe team are welcoming and welcoming from all of the rooms and consistently greet us in the morning by saying hello. They have been adaptable around my kid’s needs, especially when he can become overwhelmed with noise, and make sure he is comfortable and cheerful. He enjoys going and has been there since he was a year old so has experienced being in all of the rooms on a full-time basis, allowing him to build strong and meaningful relationships with the team and other kids. I have chosen not to move my son to a more local childcare centre to home as he is familiar with his setting and I am cheerful with the service provided. I would 100% suggest this childcare centre to other parents and will be sad to leave when my son is ready to move on to school. Thank you for everything you do, you are incredible! I am more than cheerful with the care that my son gets at Co-op Childcare Walcot Day Childcare centre.

March 12, 2025 at 10:32 amI can absolutely say that I didn’t need to be nervous at all, the childcare centre have been incredible and he’s settled truly well. The team have gone over and above to assistance his transition into childcare centre and myself and my wife are cheerful with the development he’s made. My son started in March and I was highly anxious about him starting due to him being born during the pandemic and not having been around others.

April 5, 2025 at 6:53 amMy daughter has a big problem with eating and socializing. Been for few weeks and can see so much improvement in her. They are truly great and have a personal approach to every kid as they all different. They are consistently cheerful to provide me with all information what happens on the day at childcare centre and been highly great updates since. I would totally suggest them to any parent with a kid a little bit shy like mine. This is what we been looking for in a childcare centre!

April 6, 2025 at 7:42 amThe childcare centre offers healthy, nutritious food, and my son consistently eats well at the childcare centre. The app is truly useful, as it helps keep me up to date with everything that is going on, and I get to see what my son has been discovering and how well he is developing. The childcare centre has truly helped my son grow in self‑assurance and develop socially. My son truly enjoys attending the childcare centre and is consistently coming home telling me about his day and all the friends he has been playing with.

May 27, 2025 at 1:00 pmI wanted to say how much he enjoys childcare centre and I’m sure it has helped him socialise with other kids and become independent. The team are consistently highly supportive and I would highly suggest anyone who is looking for a childcare centre go to Walcot. My grandson has attended the childcare centre from the age of 9 months, he is currently in the 3-5 year room.

June 2, 2025 at 2:37 amThe childcare centre educators are highly welcoming and easy to talk to. My son loves going to childcare centre and talks about childcare centre all the time. My son has problems with his speech and they have been incredible with supporting our son and he is now communicating much clearer. I would highly suggest the Co-op Childcare Walcot to anyone in the area. Remarkable team.
