September 9, 2024 at 1:17 pmOur little boy has been going here since he was 4 months old and has received the highest standard of care that we could have hoped for. He attends 3 times a week and consistently leaves childcare centre cheerful after having a enjoyable day. We will be highly sad when it is time for him to move on. This childcare centre is incredible.

September 27, 2024 at 2:34 pmThe team are exceptional and have truly made my daughter and I sense welcomed. I chose to move my daughter from another childcare centre to Chestnut Childcare centre and it’s been by far the best decision.
In the space of a month, my daughter can now recognise her name, colours and write the first letter of her name. Chestnut Childcare centre is a remarkable setting.

November 3, 2024 at 3:59 pmHe joined Chestnut Childcare centre School when the new St Clements site opened and he loves coming to learn and have excellent enjoyable each session with such compassionate attentive team.
The location is perfect and the childcare centre setting so welcoming, fantastic and spotless with lots of stimulating activities for the kids all to get involved in.
I’m glad he has these opportunities to get him confident and ready to start school next September.

November 18, 2024 at 12:38 pmNot only it is a lovely setting, but with lovely minds that are put together to make this home away from home.
My daughter started her journey in September 2020 after a hard year she was nervous and anxious to be away from her mummy at 13 months old, however, with continued reassurance from the team to myself and my daughter she has blossomed into this independent magical little fairy. Notifications throughout the day with updates alongside lovely little videos and pictures showing me her progression.
She has so much self‑assurance now and its just fantastic to see. The ladies who care for my little one have consistently got the biggest smiles to accompany big hearts, my daughter has no worries strutting towards the childcare centre doors every morning eager to see what excitement the day could bring.
I can not praise the manager and the team enough for everything they do, thank you! Outstanding, exceptional and remarkable are just a few words I would use to explain this childcare centre.

November 30, 2024 at 10:18 amThey adore their childcare centre, delight in all activities indoors and outdoor time and they are consistently smiling and cheerful to go there. The childcare centre has advanced resources and their teaching standard is highly high, which is helping my kids to learn, develop and made them more confident day by day. All the team is consistently supportive and assistance us any time we need. Even during this epic and difficult time, dealing with this pandemic, we are not afraid of leaving our kids at the childcare centre. I would like to thank each and every member of team and wish them the best of luck. My kids attend Swell Park Chestnut and this is one of the best decisions we had made.

The team are all truly welcoming, approachable and expert. Several in particular all speak about our son with adore.
Our son was delayed in his speech when joining Sewell Park but within a few months he’s no longer behind and is highly cheerful walking off into childcare centre with no hesitation.
The food they serve is all homemade, nutritional and sounds delicious.
We would highly recommended Sewell Park and the Chesnut Schools in general. We chose to move our son from another childcare centre to Chestnut Childcare centre School @ Sewell Park last year and it’s the best decision we’ve made.

February 4, 2025 at 9:18 pmWhen I pick her up she is consistently cheerful and would probably happily stay there longer. The team are so lovely and truly care about the kids they take care of. In the 4.5 months she has been there she has come such a long way and is discovering lots. I can leave my daughter with no doubt in my mind that she is being well looked after. My daughter attends childcare centre 3 times a week since September.

My grandson is consistently playing happily when I collect him and the team consistently greet me and tell me about his day, remarkable childcare centre with remarkable team. I have the pleasure of collecting my grandson from this fantastic childcare centre and I can’t praise it enough.

February 14, 2025 at 2:23 pmIt has been a positive journey from the first day. Our daughter has loved going there and has consistently been eager to get into childcare centre in the morning. We have built a great relationship with the team and do sense that they truly care about the kids they are looking after. Also, the food menu looks delicious and our daughter enjoys every meal which is a big bonus! Due to moving house, our daughter moved to this childcare centre from another Chestnut Childcare centre when Sewell Park opened.

February 17, 2025 at 1:29 amMy 2-year-old son had terrible separation anxiety before joining and we knew it would be a truly difficult settling in process. It took a while for him to get used to spending time away from me but the team were incredibly patient and supportive towards both of us. My son loves childcare centre now and he truly looks forwards to the mornings that he attends. I truly don’t believe that any other childcare centre could have made him delight in going as much as he now does!
The manager and the whole team of team that they have are exceptional- truly welcoming people that seem to genuinely care about both the kids and the parents. They have all been fantastic with my son – he talks about them at home a lot!
The facilities are lovely and they have a excellent range of toys and activities. Everything is truly spotless and well organised – I sense completely secure leaving my little boy with them. This is a remarkable childcare centre, they have completely exceeded my expectations.

April 30, 2025 at 7:29 amOur daughter was not an easy settler and took her many months of patience and outstanding care from the team to settle her each morning. She has been coming to childcare centre almost 2 years now and absolutely loves it. She has made friends, enjoys her food and it is preparing her amazingly for school. The team are all remarkable. My nephew also attends now as I highly recommended the childcare centre to my sister. Couldn’t suggest it enough, fantastic! As soon as we visited the childcare centre, we loved the rooms and toys and knew our daughter would too!

May 7, 2025 at 1:48 pmIt’s still quite new so all the toys are in great condition and the building is spotless and in great condition. My daughter feels highly comfortable here and all the other kids and team make her sense right at home. They have helped my daughter transition out of nappies with ease and are consistently there if we have any concerns. The outside space is fantastic and there is a park nearby where they take the kids on a great day. My daughter has loved coming to the Chestnut Childcare centre School @ Sewell Park.

May 12, 2025 at 11:58 pmAfter a couple of weeks, he’s loving every minute and settled in so well. It’s like home from home. I can’t thank all the team enough. The facilities outside are truly great and a little different to other nurseries I visited. Incredible childcare centre!
My little boy wasn’t the easiest to settle in but they were so understanding and made me sense so comfortable to leave him even though he was tearful.

Sadly he didn’t get to delight in the new garden for long but now that’s in place the setting is perfect for little ones. Updates and feedback from team has been highly supportive particularly resources etc. during lockdown. Our son has attended this childcare centre since its opening and we’ve only moved him on due to relocating.

Members of team for being unnecessarily rude and judgemental.
My kid often having accidents and telling us they “didn’t listen” or were “too busy” to take them to the loo.
Before being potty trained, my kid’s bottom was rarely correctly wiped.
Overwhelming numbers of incidents/accidents with other kids. There have been none at our new childcare centre.
And more importantly, not disclosing serious injury while at childcare centre to both parents (who did not communicate). My kid attended full-time for two years.

The care for my son was beyond fantastic and could not praise this childcare centre and the team enough. I will continue to refer my friends to the preschool for their kids. June 17, 2025 at 7:03 amAs a teacher myself, the childcare centre ticked all the boxes I was looking for and more.
My kid has been there a year now and looks forward to going and seeing her friends, she has excelled since going and is discovering in leaps and bounds.
The childcare centre consistently has great contact, especially over the covid-19 pandemic, sending resources and videos for the kids to interact with.
All the team are lovely, warming and attentive, exactly what you need in a childcare centre for your kid. When I was first looking at nurseries it took me visiting 9 other places before finding Chestnut.

July 6, 2025 at 3:29 pmHe is full time and has additional needs (pre-verbal autism spectrum disorder) the team have truly spent time getting to know him and what makes him cheerful.
I know he is secure and well and is safeguarded against any dangers or harm.
The outside area has been renovated before we joined the childcare centre and it is easily my boy’s favourite space – he just loves to climb! My boy has been going to the childcare centre since June 2022, and absolutely loves it!
