Busy Bees The University of Salford

My son has been going there for 10 months and he loves it. I sense like they take a genuine interest in his well-being and that he is offered a range of activities to stimulate his development. The rooms are well kept and the outdoor areas, whilst not huge, offer plenty of space for him to run about. Updates between team appears great and I get a ‘report’ of what he’s been up to/what he’s eaten etc every day when I come to collect him. I, like many Mothers i imagine, was nervous to leave my Son with ‘other’ people. I can honestly say I have complete faith that he is well looked after at Busy Bees and that he truly enjoys his days there. I am really cheerful with Busy Bees at the University of Salford.

The care he has received has consistently been exceptional. As a first time mum, it was very difficult leaving him when I first returned to work, but the team were so supportive to both my son and to me. I felt reassured that he was in secure hands and was also having a excellent time. He has learned so much from coming to Busy Bees which showed very quickly when he first started. In the mornings the team will consistently be there to give him a cuddle when he needs it at drop off time. The team engage with the kids and are consistently down on the floor playing with them. They are cheerful to chat with the parents at the end of the day and it is consistently excellent to hear about all the things he has been up to. I have consistently found the layout of the childcare centre very open and appealing with all the kids’s rooms off the central communal area. I would suggest this childcare centre to anyone. My 2 year old son has been coming here for over a year so has moved up a group since he started.

My youngest also started recently and the standard of care is as remarkable as it was then. I viewed several nurseries (which I really wasn’t cheerful with) before finally viewing Busy Bees and felt comfortable as soon as I walked through the doors. I adore the security measures in place, the welcoming nature of team members, the food choices, the daily routine and the fact that they don’t expect all kids to be the same and encourage each of them to develop their skills based on their specific interests and discovering through playtime. All team members go over and above to cater for each individual kid’s needs and genuinely care for all of the kids and form strong bonds with each of them. I have found this childcare centre to be exceptional from day 1 when my eldest kid started here almost 2 years ago.

My son left in 2016 and attended the childcare centre from 5 months old. They offered excellent assistance with his development and his allergies, encouraging him to learn and make friends but overall I believe their aged rooms help ready a kid for a school setting.
I now have my daughter there soon to be leaving in August, ready for big school and I will miss the assistance from Busy Bees and all the team thank you for being truly incredible over the past seven years. From my nephew starting here over 15 years ago, Busy Bees Salford is my first choice every time.

They both had their own little things which with the assistance from the childcare centre around adapting to his diet and my daughter is not used to people due to COVID lockdowns have made such a difference. The space the kids have outside and with the hall inside is excellent and the team are so attentive and supportive. I have no worries about leaving the kids as I know they are so well looked after, do some excellent activities, eat healthily and have enjoyable. The new events and parent sessions that have been set up recently are also a really great addition to assistance the kids and us. My son has been at this childcare centre since he was around 7 months old and my daughter has just started.

The childcare centre is consistently spotless and tidy and the garden is remarkable for the kids to playtime in. I sense like both my kids adore going to childcare centre, the only thing my daughter has found challenging is the change of key worker too often. This is mainly due to coronavirus and can’t be helped but some of the time due to team rotating rooms. I think she would have preferred the same key worker for a longer period. I would highly suggest the childcare centre to anyone. I think the childcare centre have accommodated coronavirus really well, they have protected the kids and team and managed to maintain a enjoyable and welcoming journey all around whilst being under strict measures.

He’s coming along so much with his self‑assurance etc. They have the kids outside in the garden a lot as well, which he loves, thank you. My little boy has settled so well, he loves the childcare centre and the team are so great with him.

No other childcare centre has come close to the welcoming sense of your childcare centre, its dedicated and committed team and its lovely atmosphere. From day one, you have helped her to settle in and reassured me. You have planned interesting activities for her, given her lots of cuddles when she needed them, and helped her to develop. You have consistently liaised with us as parents so we have never had to ask anything, which has been excellent considering she started when she was only three months old! Your team are remarkable (enthusiastic, clearly know what they are doing, consistently a smile on their face and consistently committed), your facilities are also exceptional. I finally also have to say a huge thank you to my daughter’s keyworker for being stellar and so reassuring. I would suggest your childcare centre to all parents, especially those with younger babies. I have to say, I am very upset my daughter will not be coming to your remarkable childcare centre anymore; unfortunately we are moving locations.
