Busy Bees Norwich Meridian

The team at Norwich Meridian were absolutely incredible in helping us (both my son and us as parents!) to settle in. Our son went to a previous Busy Bees, so we were keen to ensure a smooth transition. We couldn’t have asked for better. He ran in, without any worries and hasn’t looked back. I’m convinced this is down to the care and attentiveness of all the team. He loves his key worker and everyone who supports him. We, as parents, adore the contact via the app with photos and updates on what he’s had to eat. He thrives on the varied activities and we’ve seen a big improvement in his vocabulary. We adore the seasonal menu and that it expands his palate. Highly recommended! It will be an emotional day when we leave the Busy Bees family! We moved to the area last year during lockdown.

All age rooms (baby, tweenies and 2-3 year olds), have been enjoyable, with great feedback and information from his key workers, team and the office. Our kid suffers from severe food allergies, which can cause significant concern when we are not in a controlled setting (home). However, the childcare centre has been remarkable at requesting and updating our kid’s care plan and instigating process change to mealtimes, to further reduce potential allergy contamination. This was hugely appreciated and completely unexpected, given that childcare centre meal routines were changed to accommodate our kid. Our kid has attended the childcare centre since September 2020.

The free unlimited settling in sessions were so worthwhile and she has transitioned from her old childcare centre to Meridian Busy Bees without any problems. I would highly suggest Meridian Busy Bees to anyone new to a childcare centre or transitioning from another. From day one our daughter has consistently been made to sense settled and cared for.

Throughout his time the care approach to development and updates has been outstanding. Every effort is made to tailor discovering to his interests, to develop his next steps and engage parents in the whole process. The team are dedicated, passionate and compassionate, they are consistently prepared to discuss any worries and use information from home to inform discovering. The app has improved this engagement and the daily updates light up my day. I can’t thank the team enough, throughout what has been an incredibly challenging year, their diligence, updates and care has never been compromised. We are highly grateful to be part of this childcare centre community. My son has attended Busy Bees at Norwich Meridian since being a year old.

We have found the updates highly great, both via the app and in person and truly like that childcare centre activities are tailored to the kids’s home interests. Despite not having been able to enter the childcare centre since our son started almost 2 years ago, in view of covid regulations, he has settled exceptionally well and has built great relationships with team and peers.

My kid started in the baby room and has since gone up to ‘tweenies’. Care, updates and activities are exceptional, I like getting updates throughout the day, so I know what my kid has eaten, nappy output and adore the photo updates. They do a wide range of activities and have lots of different toys for imagination playtime and discovering. Food is made on site, excellent range in the menu and consistently something nutritious, snacks offered too, my kid never comes home hungry. The childcare centre team took my kid’s routine into consideration, allowing extra cuddles at nap time and supporting any needs. Kids also get lots of outdoor time, which mine loves! Team are super welcoming, informative and have truly helped my shy baby become a confident toddler. I would suggest Busy Bees, Meridian to anyone. Busy Bees, Meridian is a remarkable childcare centre.

The team have such a lovely relationship with the kids. They truly seem to know their characters. They bend over backwards to help. My son has been coming here for 18 months. He loves it. I couldn’t suggest it highly enough! This is a fantastic childcare centre.

My eldest daughter was a Busy Bee and now my youngest is thoroughly enjoying her time at childcare centre. The range of activities and the strong relationships she has built since returning to the childcare centre after the Covid lockdown show how hard the team have worked over this year to keep the kids cheerful and secure. Busy Bees Meridian is a lovely childcare centre with dedicated, attentive team who work hard to make everyone sense welcome and involved.

The team are welcoming, welcoming and well‑informed, and the childcare centre-home updates is outstanding, whether it be in person, over the phone, via the app or through emails. Our daughter settled incredibly quickly and as first-time parents, we felt well supported through this process. Our little girl literally squeals with excitement when we pull up outside and runs in without a second thought for us! She consistently has a huge smile on her face at the end of the day too, babbling happily all the way home. Her development continues at an accelerated pace, thanks to an engaging, varied curriculum and tailored assistance from the nurturing team team. We are so glad we chose this childcare centre and continue to suggest it to anyone who’ll listen! Since starting in the baby room at 8 months old, our daughter has thrived at Busy Bees Meridian.

I could not find a place for our little boy and no childcare centre were allowing visits. At the time, one member of team in particular, went above and beyond to allow us to safely see the childcare centre as she wanted us to see it before we booked his place. That in itself, showed us how much they cared that it was the right childcare centre for us. Our son has been at Busy Bees since he was 1 year old and progressed through the different rooms. Each team member we have encountered has been compassionate, attentive and invested in his development. We are kept up to date via an app and at the end of the day. We get pictures of him enjoying his day and the various activities. The childcare centre has had a decor update and looks incredible. We have been so thrilled with how much he has developed and suggest Meridian to friends and family, we couldn’t be happier there. They do a remarkable job, I couldn’t suggest the childcare centre more. We joined Busy Bees, during the covid lockdown.
