My little one made his best friend there and is always thrilled to go to early‑years hub. Thanks, Busy Bees, Longbridge. My boy spent lots of wonderful time at Busy Bees at Longbridge, Birmingham. The team of this childcare centre have professional abilities and are truly kind and patient to little ones. In addition, he has learned a variety of knowledge and has been much strengthened in his social skills.

The personnel are kind and my girl enjoys it there too. I am completely satisfied with the attention provided by this childcare centre. Sent both of my kids to this early‑years hub from 6 months old; one now in school and the other currently still attending.

My little one enjoys going to childcare centre and enjoys her time there. They helped alleviate my anxieties and are always responsive to any issues or worries I have. I am so glad that we found this nursery setting and believe my youngster has had a good start to her growth needs supported here. The personnel are caring and warm on approach and show a genuine interest in the little ones they work with. I was truly anxious about finding a childcare centre for my kid and cannot thank the crew at Busy Bees enough.

I treasure the approach of the personnel, if a problem is identified, they discuss it with you straight away and put strategies in place to overcome the problems and assist the little one through it. Both of my youngsters aged 18 months and 3 years have thrived in every way possible since joining the early‑years hub. When they handover attention, the detail and quality of the handover, I know, reflects my little one and the first‑rate way they have cared for them. The nursery setting communicates effectively with home, which I feel helps. Both kids treasure childcare centre days.

Space is immaculate and welcoming and I’m pleased the youngsters spend lots of time outside in the garden. The app keeps me updated with events throughout the day. My boy settled quickly and it was evident key relationships were established quickly. Thanks, Busy Bees Longbridge. We are exceptionally pleased with the early‑years hub. More observations recorded would be great to understand, my child’s strengths and advancement areas.

The manager and the personnel team are shining examples of private day nurseries. The menus are awesome too. All personnel know my daughter’s name and current interests (babies, babies and more babies), all activities are aimed perfectly and are a mix of exploring (educational) and fun. My girl has now been at this nursery setting for over 1 year and has progressed from baby room to pre pre school. What makes Longbridge a standout early‑years hub is the professional’s who work there.

My little one adores attending Busy Bees. This is one of the best nurseries I have ever sent my young lady to. They are kind and easy to talk to. She enjoys the instructors and the other youngsters. The personnel work tirelessly to keep the early‑years hub safe for the kids. Would enthusiastically advocate this childcare centre.

The team are all welcoming and the manager has gone above and beyond, particularly during the COVID period when we were both working in the hospital, to accommodate previous minute requests. The measures that have been put into place during COVID allow me to feel secure leaving my youngster with them, and we honestly feel like they are an extended part of the family. Both my husband and I have nothing but praise for the Busy Bees team at Longbridge. Our little boy has been with them since he was nine months old (now two years) and our journey in every room has been fantastic. The online app also allows me to keep up to date with what is going on during the day and includes a nice record of his development/assessments. The childcare centre itself is immaculate and well set up with a great outdoor area that includes a garden.

The crew are all lovely and will happily discuss any questions or concerns you may have and they obviously really care for the youngsters they look after. The sites are fantastic – bright, immaculate and engaging, with access to outdoor space. Our little girl has come along so much since going to Busy Bees, it was the best thing we could have done to send her there and I cannot rate them strongly enough. I would wholeheartedly advocate Busy Bees Longbridge to any parent looking for a childcare centre for their youngster. The little ones are provided with a wide range of healthy meals, cooked on the premises and team will provide the recipes for you to make the dishes at home. The food is brilliant, I want to go there for lunch. They have regular messy playtime and take the youngsters outside in all weathers. Our little one has been going there since she was six months old and absolutely adores it.

I would like to thank the personnel that work with her everyday, you are superstars and you can tell she adores you. She was a little bit unsettled to start with which was to be expected, but the childcare centre crew worked with her and us and now you can see she absolutely treasures her Nursery day. The fantastic management team get stuck in with the little ones and are hands on and the receptionist is a ray of sunshine. The smile on her face when we pick her up at the end of the day says it all really. My little girl started with Busy Bees Longbridge in June this year. She gets so excited when she sees the building and knows she is going in to have a great time and see all of her little friends. The manager and her team were fantastic as they allowed me to access the garden for her settle day which put me so at ease. They also offer one day a week which was perfect for us and exactly what we needed. It was a hard time for everyone as she had only seen me and her dad since March.

It really does put your mind at ease. After being apprehensive about returning to work and my little boy starting nursery setting at 8 months old, I couldn’t have wished for a better period for him. The entire team are warm and welcoming and their app provides such a good insight into my son’s day – photos, meals, sleeps and nappy changes. Excellent value for money too, especially for the area.

However, we ultimately lost trust in them. Many new clothes had to be purchased to replace stained items from messy games despite me providing a coverall because the paints did not wash out. The fall was unwitnessed by team who had taken other youngsters indoors, leaving her alone in the garden. Our concerns have been promptly investigated by the Manager, she’s been great and we couldn’t have asked for more from her. My girl went to the early‑years hub for four months before being withdrawn with immediate effect due to concerns around team decision making when it came to her safety. Apparently, they put her in it often. We did also have other concerns such as regimented nap times, high crew turn over and inconsistencies with who worked in each room. The day before she was withdrawn I witnessed her fall face-first from a bouncer, she is one, a self‑assured cruiser and crawler so obviously shouldn’t be in it, it is an accident waiting to happen.

My little one has been attending Busy Bees at Longbridge since he was 10-months-old, he was in a previous early‑years hub but I pulled him out after 2 weeks due to safety issues, Busy Bees at Longbridge was then recommended to me, and as soon as we went in I knew it was the right childcare centre for me and my young lad. I really wish I could continue his whole school life with Busy Bees at Longbridge, seriously give them a call you won’t be disappointed. Safety is their priority and you will see this throughout the nursery setting. Every single team member is welcoming, yet truly professional and adheres to all your baby/child’s needs. What you see is what you get and that is a truly high standard of attention given to your baby/child from the time they start until the time they finish. My little one is approaching 4 years old now, he is truly thrilled attending nursery setting and certainly is developing extremely well.

From the first day of my little one starting with Busy Bee’s, they have gone above and beyond to ease my little one in and continuously kept me up-to-date with his headway. The crew are brilliant, great contact, welcoming and great with the little ones. Their IT resources allow me to stay up-to-date throughout the day with his eating, sleeping, activities and observations, which are greatly appreciated and provide a great talking point at the end of the day. I honestly couldn’t endorse this childcare centre enough. He has progressed massively, thanks to their dedication, resources and premises, within a immaculate and secure setting. My young lad is never bored and enjoys going each and every day. At the beginning, I was worried about leaving my young lad at nursery setting full-time and now I have built a great trusting relationship with the childcare centre team, so feel at ease letting them support for my him. They are brilliant and I will be unhappy when my young lad eventually has the leave the nursery setting to move up to school.

I do think this is down to his time at Busy Bees. Choosing a childcare centre was a big worry for us, but we’re pleased we made the right choice. Our boy joined the Busy Bees at Longbridge toddler room. We are kept up to date each day with meals, nappies and nap times by the parent app and regular event texts. His key worker is always thrilled to talk to us giving us an end of the day report and discussing anything we feel the need to. His language growth has come on so strongly and people often comment on how well he is doing with his speech. He is always full of smiles when we pick him up and I enjoy seeing him running and playing when he hasn’t noticed us arrive to collect him. After just a short period his advancement flourished. His social competences are also growing and he enjoys playing with other little ones, in and out of nursery setting. The childcare centre is always a thrilled place to walk into, everyone says hello to my little one, greeting him by name, even the people in the other age rooms, the office and the cook.

They were also incredible with reassuring me and are always there to call and offer assistance no matter what time of the day. But then I met the team and saw how much attention and support goes into every single youngster. After taking my young lady out of another early‑years hub, I was apprehensive to say the least about starting her somewhere new. It took a little while for my young lady to settle in as she only came to nursery setting once a week but the early‑years hub went above and beyond to make sure she quickly felt protected and secure during her time at nursery setting. I feel lucky that we found this special nursery setting as I honestly feel like the care the crew provide to all kids and families is second to none. I have nothing but great things to say about this Nursery. All team across all the different rooms knows who my little girl is which makes the place feel so much more personal and close and gives the little ones a sense of belonging.

You are made to feel as though your kid is more than a monthly invoice. I felt assured when I first called to enquire about availability with my first little one and that feeling grew stronger when I visited. The team are cordial and nothing is too much for them. Busy Bees have made me returning to work after maternity leave an easier time due to their support and enjoy. A smile is always available at the door or when you call to check up on your little one and with the pandemic, they have stepped up further to ensure the little ones are secure and thrilled. My little ones are cared about, time is taken for them individually for them to grow at their own rate and they are cared about. I have and will continue to advocate Busy Bees. I will be extremely dismayed when my youngster leaves childcare centre for school next year.

We have been using Busy Bees Longbridge since our boy was 9 months old – he’s now 4 and will be leaving to start school in September. Busy Bees Longbridge have helped our little one grow and become a loving, caring, smart and delighted little boy and we couldn’t suggest them enough. The crew have supported us so much throughout the years. My youngster always says he’s had a fun day and learns new things each day. They are all extremely caring and will look after your youngster like they’re one of their own. I too will miss the personnel, they have supported me through so much, be it tips and tricks to help with my little one or even emotional help, if it was needed. We are extremely unhappy to be leaving Busy Bees.

The kids are encouraged to go out in all weather, wet suits and puddle suits are also provided for the youngsters. The environments are engaging, bright and hygienic, I would treasure to activities there myself. There is a wide range of food on the menus for the little ones, which are always freshly made on-site, the menus and recipes are available for you to take home as well. Overall the personnel are cordial and always go above and beyond for you, especially the manager. Her key workers throughout her time there have always been in hand anytime I’ve needed a chat about anything and she has always had a good bond with them. She always talked about her days at childcare centre and how much fun she’d had. Busy Bees have allowed my girl to grow into a assured delighted girl who was more than ready for school and I can only thank the team at the early‑years hub for this. I have been using Busy Bees since 2016 when my girl started at six months old in the baby room and I would advocate them to anyone.

This is a fantastic nursery setting with great facilities and the personnel are truly welcoming and committed to each individual little one. I would definitely suggest this early‑years hub. My little one always comes out smiling after a fun day. My youngest is still there. Both my little ones joined this nursery setting.
