My son attended here in September 2019. This childcare centre was by far the worst I’ve ever endured in my life. I was left going to work with fear my son was not secure. I am so glad he was only here for eight weeks and even then I was unsure on whether to send him most days. My son took a fall which resulted in facial bruising and it took the team 45 minutes to contact my partner. The reason given for the time taken was that they were on the phone, and it’s the only phone available in the childcare centre. The manager was patronising to say the least and unwilling to even let you get a word in edgeways. I have since heard she has been dismissed! You meet a new team member every day with how fast this childcare centre gets through them. AVOID at any cost! Wouldn’t even give it one star!

My daughter has settled incredibly well after only ever being used to spending her time with mother at home. The team are highly welcoming and consistently on hand to answer any queries. Feedback provided on a daily basis which is useful. My daughter is consistently cheerful, cheerful when dropping her off every morning which is reassuring as parents. I could not have asked for any more from the childcare centre team who provide a first class attentive service for my kid. My daughter has now attended the childcare centre for a month full time.

The manager and her team are incredible, my daughter is consistently cheerful to go in, talks often about the team that assistance her and with a real fondness. The activities and assistance are excellent and truly encourage her development. She also has a variety of meals which she thoroughly enjoys!
The team have worked super hard over the last year with the pandemic too and have ensured the safety of all the kids, it has definitely been highly reassuring in these crazy times!
Would definitely suggest this childcare centre. The childcare centre had a lot of changes when my daughter first started, however the team ensured she was supported and settled in well.

The team are exceptional and so attentive. So lucky for my kid to be attending here.

He hasn’t returned as he has now started school. We saw a lot of changes over the years, but the childcare centre finally felt settled and cheerful before lockdown in March. The manager runs a lovely childcare centre and is highly approachable. Special mention to one lady (preschool) who my son adored before he left. My son consistently came home with a piece of work or baking. Lots of toys and interesting areas in the rooms. The childcare centre is highly spotless, and the meals were consistently enjoyed (and smelt nice). My son will miss childcare centre (as will we) and I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest it to other families. My son went to the childcare centre from the age of 18-months until lockdown.

I sense the team have grown up with him and have truly taken the time to get to know his personality. They have consistently been highly flexible with sessions to accommodate my shift working pattern.
Food is varied and produced on site to a high standard. The only negative is the limited outside space but team still ensure kids get as much fresh air as possible. My son has been at the childcare centre since 9 months old.

During these tough times of Covid we have been given a sense of security that the wellbeing of our kid is the forefront of their interests.
Thank you for all your hard work. The management and the key workers at this childcare centre are highly personable and truly do care for the kids.

The team are truly welcoming, I like the fact that all members of team get to know all the kids. My eldest has truly enjoyed interacting with other kids and making friends, also we found potty training difficult. we definitely couldn’t have done it without the help of the childcare centre, the team genuinely care and want to help. Would definitely suggest this childcare centre. I have two boys, the eldest was enrolled last year and the youngest started 4 months ago, both boys have settled in well.

My daughter loves all the team there and refers to them as her friends.
They have helped with teaching her to crawl, walk, talk, potty train and try new foods.
My daughter is consistently surprising me with the new things she has learnt and I sense the childcare centre has helped bring out her funny personality.
As a parent, I sense highly confident leaving her at this childcare centre. I know she is well looked after and has lots of enjoyable there as well as helping her development in all areas. I also know that if she is upset or feeling under the weather, she will be well cared for and will get the extra cuddles if she needs them. My daughter has been at Bush Babies since she was nine months old, she is now two and a ½ years old and she absolutely loves it.

The manager and the attentive team at this childcare centre carry out their responsibilities in attentive, nurturing and educating the kids to a standard of excellence that I sense would not be easily found within the childcare industry.

Kids are treated, without exception, with kindness and respect, each kid is made to sense so valued and important. As a parent, I have consistently found the lines of updates between the team at Bush Babies and myself open consistently. My both boys have gained so much self‑assurance during their time with the manager and the lovely carers- it is so fantastic to see how they are growing in self‑assurance and I attribute much of this development to the way they are cared for and taught whilst at Bush Babies. The level of care and dedication displayed by the manager and the team is second to none.
