Busy Bees Emersons Green has created a tangible culture of professionalism, kindness and commitment to each and every kid who attends. Whether the “consistently open” manager’s door, the outstanding senior team and room managers or the dedication to out of hours activities and events – these qualities are consistently in evidence. Our daughter has progressed through from babies to pre-school, and at each step of the way has been influenced by a diversity of strong and positive role models.
We would wholeheartedly suggest Busy Bees Emersons Green. Online reviews and Ofsted reports paint a partial picture when selecting a childcare centre but the reality remains a daunting journey of implicitly signing up to a family of “co-parents” you don’t know well.

The team are highly compassionate and excellent with the kids in all circumstances which is excellent. They listen to all your feedback, needs and requirements. Both my girls have attended this childcare centre and one is currently still there.

April 22, 2025 at 11:04 amEverything looked fresh, modern and organised. It felt like a mini school! The atmosphere seems highly cosy and welcoming. Welcoming team on reception, consistently have a smile on their face and remember the kids’s names (even though there are so many that come in and out of their doors on a weekly basis!)
My eldest started in the first steps room and now is almost in the pre-school room. She loves it – they do enjoyable creative activities and get them outdoors a lot. The team truly seem to have a genuine interest in my daughter and have gotten to know her personality.
I have just started my youngest in the baby room and they also have been so lovely in helping her settle in. A truly lovely place for your kids to go to. I know they are in the best care at the childcare centre. When my husband and I first walked into Busy Bees in Emersons Green, we were impressed by the modern facilities.

May 25, 2025 at 12:55 pmMy daughter has a lovely key worker who has been outstanding. My daughter is consistently welcoming and cheerful which is a lovely welocme before I head to work. The new male manager is exceptional a excellent new addition to the childcare centre, highly hjappy and approachable. The best childcare centre around. I am so pleased with the care given here at Emersons Green.

June 16, 2025 at 11:13 pmThere has never been a time in those years where I have doubted the care he receives. The team are lovely and he has consistently spoken highly of his key workers. The food is delicious (he certainly eats things there that I’m sure he wouldn’t eat at home!!) they also have fab outdoor space which allows him to get lots of fresh air. If I had another kid I would definitely send them to Busy Bees. My littl0y has been coming to Busy Bees in Emersons for the past three years.

July 3, 2025 at 5:42 pmBeing a shy one, our son consistently gets a big hug by any of the team in pre-school. I consistently leave knowing my son is cared for, protected and highly well entertained. He comes home cheerful and content, which to me is proof enough I chose the right childcare centre setting. Incredible place and would suggest to anyone. We are consistently welcomed with smiles and happiness at reception, which makes my boy sense so special!
