Busy Bees Bristol Barrs Court

Without their care, my partner and I wouldn’t be able to work/teach. Our daughter loves childcare centre and this is down to the welcoming team she has bonded with. Without childcare centre at the moment, she wouldn’t be interacting with anyone other than Mum and Dad and it is vital for her development. In the current climate I am so grateful to the team at Busy Bees at Bristol Barrs Court.

All the team we have encountered have been so welcoming, welcoming and supportive of her. They’ve had to cope during truly difficult circumstances over the past year and have consistently done so with a smile on their faces and have adapted to all the challenges thrown at them. My daughter absolutely loves going to this childcare centre.

Our son has developed a lot of skills since he joined it. The team is highly organised and they truly care about the kids. They know every kid so well and provide the best attention. Our son is consistently highly cheerful and smiling a lot when we pick him up, which makes us calm since it just shows how incredible was his day.
Highly great measures have been taken in place in terms of Covid. We are just highly confident about our son going to Busy Bees! We all truly like the childcare centre.

Procedures for pick up and drop off have been clear and well organised. We sense the childcare centre operates to a highly high standard for example ensuring temperature checks and handwashing are completed regularly and the bubbles help to ensure our kids are secure. Busy Bees have kept us up to date regarding positive cases and have robust procedures in place for when this happens. We have been exceptionally impressed with Busy Bees Barrs Court during covid 19.

A fresh and spotless setting with toys and resources to keep my son cheerful, entertained, engaged and developing. The girls are all incredible! My son’s key workers are truly terrific and make him sense so special, welcome and loved, but even the girls who work in other rooms make a fuss of him and his face lights up when he sees any of them. We are moving next month and so have to change childcare centre and we are genuinely saddened about this. From day dot, our little boy (who started at 6 months old) was so settled with minimal upset and separation and this is 100% down to the team at Busy Bees! The bar has been set highly high for where we end up moving to. Thank you. We adore this childcare centre!

They consistently give me a lovely update of how the day has been when I pick my daughter up and after a few weeks of tears dropping her off she now loves it and gets so excited when I mention their names and she sees the bee on the entrance sign! The app is so useful too as you get regular updates on meals, nappy changes, photos and mini development reports. She consistently has lovely lunches and a healthy morning snack and there is lots to do there. She consistently comes home in a great mood and ready for a nap from all the playing. Would suggest to anyone. All the ladies at this childcare centre are fantastic.

I would suggest them to everyone. They have truly treated us as family. The care and affection they have shown all of my kids have been incredible and they have gone above and beyond on a number of occasions. I can’t thank them enough for everything they have done and continue to do for all of us. When my girls go to school I will genuinely be totally gutted to not have the childcare centre and all the people there in my life. A huge thank you to each and every one of you. You do an incredible job and I am truly so highly grateful. Our journey of Busy Bees (Barr’s Court) has been absolutely outstanding.

She had a few settling in sessions with her key worker and she got upset at each one however her key worker was highly reassuring and comforting to me and my daughter and reassured me that she would settle in. Within 2 weeks she was cheerful once she got into her room with her friends. The team in the toddler room and 2-3’s are absolutely incredible. They consistently tell me what compassionate of day she has had and will update the ParentZone app with what she has eaten and her nap times etc. The food is outstanding, well balanced meals, and is cooked daily on site by the 2 lovely chefs. I sense that the Covid-19 procedures have been implemented well and with minimal disruption to the kids. Face masks are to be worn at drop off and pick up. Childcare centre have just introduced 3 separate drop off points depending which room your kid/kids are in. Thank you Busy Bees for all that you do for our daughter! I would definitely suggest! Our daughter has been going to Busy Bees at Bristol Barrs Court since July 2019 at 12 months old.

He has now progressed through the age groups to pre school and when he comes out on an evening cheerful and excited telling us what a lovely day he has had, this tells us what a fab place Busy Bees at Bristol Barrs Court is. The team are highly welcoming and supportive and have been doing an incredible job the past year with everything going on and keeping our little ones secure. Our son has gained self‑assurance through discovering and playtime and this is down to the incredible team that have been there for him. We cannot thank them enough. Our son joined when he was 13-months-old and we would highly suggest.

Great updates from the team and childcare centre and approachable with any issues or queries. A lovely atmosphere and welcoming childcare centre which supports my kid and her development. Attentive and creative team.
