December 28, 2017 at 12:00 amTurned up for my son’s parents evening to be left stood outside on a freezing evening even though the staff had seen me and knew I was there. This is incredibly rude and when a lady came out after seeing me about to leave she said that they didn’t know who I was – answer the door and ask then!
I was extremely annoyed with the rudeness of the staff over this which is a shame as my son is happy there and to be fair the child care is very good.
But the rudeness of staff…….is it because all men are regarded as suspicious? I was made to feel that way. Whatever the reason, it is extremely offensive and I missed my son’s parents evening because I felt unwelcome there. Staff need basic manners.

May 10, 2018 at 12:00 amOur daughter took a while to settle into the nursery, however, the staff worked really well to make us and our daughter feel comfortable. She is now very happy and confident and has come on leaps and bounds. Thank you Treetops.

He loves the garden too. The staff are excellent, caring and I feel they are genuinely interested in my sons development.

October 28, 2019 at 12:00 amMy son has recently settled into the baby room at Birlingham (Busy Bees) Treetops and we are delighted. The ladies have taken excellent care of him and he has really connected with them very quickly. They go above and beyond to take excellent care of him and we are so grateful. They have got to know him very quickly and made a real effort to settle him quickly and smoothly. Thank you to the room manager and all the team.

The staff are brilliant, very caring and we have no doubts at all every day we leave children there for the day. Thanks to all staff there for the continued care of our child!

January 23, 2020 at 12:00 amNothing has ever been too much for the staff. They have helped, supported and guided. My boy’s love not just their key workers but the other staff too. I get told so many brilliant and positive stories on our car rides home.
They have cared for my little one with complicated allergies like pros. They home cook everything and plan special meals for his requirements.
To leave your child in someone else’s care is a big deal, and the staff have supported not just my kids but also myself when I cried. I cherish their continued help, support and care.
The biggest thing is that each and every member of staff truly cares. That is rare, and this place is a jewel.

February 14, 2020 at 12:00 amMy little girl loves going to Busy Bees and is always exhausted when I collect her at the end of the day because she’s had so much fun. The staff are always friendly and you can really tell they love spending their time with the children. The decision to leave a child with a third party is a really tough one, but in the time my daughter’s been going here I’ve never doubted that I made the right choice with Busy Bees. The nursery is always clean and they are always thinking of new activities to try with the little ones. I would definitely recommend.

The nursery is always clean, well organised and the kids have fun doing the various activities.
What I would say is exceptional about the nursery; is the staff.
One of my children has been to several nurseries, due to house moves, and I would say that I think the staff at Busy Bees at Birlingham give a particularly personal and warm level of care.
Every single person there knows both of my children and has a story to tell about them or something to say to them.
My children clearly adore the grown-ups at nursery and talk about them at the weekends!

November 9, 2020 at 12:00 amWe can not rate Busy Bees at Birlingham high enough. Our daughter has been going for two and a half years now from the baby room right through to preschool and loves every day she’s there.
The staff are caring, personable and have great fun with the children. We know she’s safe and happy so cannot ask for more.

March 11, 2021 at 12:00 amWe have been very happy with Busy Bees Nursery at Birlingham. Our son (16 months) loves going there and happily goes in in the morning. His development has really come on in the past 6 months since he’s started nursery. The staff are all very friendly and professional; our son has a real bond with his key worker. I know they will get in touch if they have any concerns at all and they have really robust covid controls given that they can’t socially distance from the children. It seems like a really happy place and I never worry about my son being there. We love the information we get about what he’s been doing and the craft projects he brings home.

March 18, 2021 at 12:00 amThis is a very nurturing environment. My child previously struggled to settle at a different nursery. Thanks to some wonderful caring staff she settled really well despite this being during lockdown when I could not accompany her for settle sessions. The staff gave her plenty of cuddles and ensured her favourite books were available. She loves going to nursery now and her social development is brilliant. The food is healthy and well balanced, the staff are nurturing. The nursery is well managed and organised and (most importantly) our child is happy.

Our 3-year-old is being challenged well by the staff, who have taken an interest in his development. The staff who look after our 1-year-old, are caring and keep us updated efficiently via the app. Thank you!

April 6, 2023 at 12:00 amMy 19-month-old little boy has settled in really well at Busy Bees. He seems happy to attend in the morning and I always get a big smile when I collect him. The team have done well to settle him in and seem to be very organised when it comes to any safeguarding issues such as injuries he has sustained during a nursery day or at home. One improvement could be for more photos/comments to be uploaded onto the app, as we have received minimal in the last three months.

July 17, 2023 at 12:00 amMy daughter started just three months ago in the baby room and in that time the room has been closed on and off each week due to staffing, communication is awful and no development notes each week. The only development report I got was at the end because I asked for one after three months of absolutely nothing. We withdrew our daughter from here because they closed the room “indefinitely” from July 10th. Save your money and enrol your child at a quality provider!
