It’s great to see how happy my child is when I drop him off and pick him up every day.

The staff tell me such lovely things my niece has been up to and it all sounds so much fun. The staff are friendly and helpful and make me feel so welcome.
My sister definitely made the best choice of nursery.

May 21, 2019 at 12:00 amMy youngest son still attends this nursery and my eldest did before leaving for school. The staff are extremely helpful and supportive in everything my son does. The environment is always happy and staff are always on hand for any support needed. As a nursery for my children, I couldn’t ask for a better setting for them to attend. I am gutted my youngest son will be leaving in September due to going to big school because the effort the staff have put in to help him achieve is incredible. Would recommend anyone looking for a nursery for their children to try this one!

July 1, 2020 at 12:00 amMy youngest son is currently in the Penguins room (preschool room) and has been at the nursery since he was 10 months old. My eldest son also attended the nursery before going to school too.
During the nearly five years I have been connected to the nursery I have always been very impressed with the standard of care given to both my children. They have always entered the nursery happily and have always had a fantastic day when I collect them, which as a working mum is a total weight off my mind.
The facilities are second to none and the children are very much encouraged to use the outdoor space all year round which was one of the many reasons I chose the nursery.
I actually feel very sad at the prospect of my youngest leaving nursery in September as I will miss seeing all the team and I know that they will also miss my youngest too!

July 1, 2020 at 12:00 amMy 15-month-old has just started with Busy Bees and has started in the under 2’s room. I was very cautious about sending her to nursery during the current circumstances. However, the staff have been very welcoming and offered a lot of reassurance during this uncertain time. She has settled well and is very happy to attend nursery.

July 1, 2020 at 12:00 amMy son has a wide variety of needs from autism to being non-verbal and when he started he was very shy and didn’t communicate. Now he is going from strength to strength with different milestones being met he communicates a lot more (in his own way as he is non-verbal). He has made a great relationship with his key worker and I can’t thank her enough for all things that she has done for my son. It’s not just his key worker, all the staff there are incredible and treat my son like any other child which is what I like to see.

July 3, 2020 at 12:00 amThe team at Busy Bees have gone above and beyond to make my son feel loved and welcomed when he is with them. He looks forward to seeing his friends and the staff. The food is excellent and all of his learning needs are taken care of. Most importantly I trust them with my son. The team are always very friendly and communicative, letting you know exactly what your child has been doing. My son loves his key worker and talks about her all the time. Can’t recommend Busy Bees enough.

July 21, 2020 at 12:00 amReturning to Busy Bees when they were allowed to re-open with Covid-19 safety measures was not stressful at all! The teams were in touch with us, managing our expectations and preparing us for what to expect.
My son loved returning and has shown increased independence under the changed routine and circumstances.
We are pleased with the safety measures at Trinity Road. Our son has become a confident, carefree and inquisitive individual largely due to the influence of his very capable and caring team of teachers. We will always be grateful for the fantastic start he has been given in life!

July 22, 2020 at 12:00 amMy child had been going to this nursery since she was around 1 year old, she is now in the pre-school and sadly leaving at the end of August. The entire time she has been at this nursery, I have been nothing but impressed and happy with the service they provide. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They’ll do anything they can to make your life a little easier. My child loves going to nursery and has learnt so much from being there as well as making lots of friends. We even moved out of Ashford town but kept her at the nursery as she is so happy there and we have zero complaints. I have often recommended this nursery to friends and family as they are just wonderful, couldn’t be happier with our choice!

I never need to worry about her once I’ve dropped her off and know that if I ever need anything I can just give the nursery a quick call and they will always be happy to help.

July 24, 2020 at 12:00 amI have been very impressed with the steps/measures put in place for the children to return to nursery safely. At first, I was unsure, but now I am glad I did. It is as normal as it can be for the children and great to try and get back to some normality during such a difficult time. The common location weekly via email and the Q&A on Facebook was very helpful and reassuring.

July 30, 2020 at 12:00 amWe have had children at Busy Bees Trinity Road since January 2015. It is an excellent nursery, the staff are kind, caring and professional. They have supported our children to develop confidence and sociability so that we have absolutely no concerns about their readiness for the school environment. The return after Covid-19 was managed really well, and although we were a bit nervous about returning at first, the team were well-trained in the precautions needed while still remaining really engaged with the children.
We are very sad to be saying goodbye to the wonderful team at Trinity Road. We could not possibly have chosen a better, more caring and professional nursery for our son and daughter, and will always be grateful for the start the team has given them. Thank you!

February 3, 2023 at 12:00 amBoth of my children started at Busy Bees, Trinity Road, in September. They are 1 year old and 2 years old. The nursery and staff are warm and welcoming and it didn’t take long for the children to settle in with their key worker. The rooms are clean, friendly and engaging and the activities the children do during the day are fun and educational. Both of my children have made good progress overall, particularly in speech and language. I was apprehensive about them starting nursery, but I really didn’t need to be, the children love it!
