Busy Bees Ashford Eureka Park

We could not fault this nursery. They go above and beyond to provide positive care. We couldn’t ask for better, they have given us more than enough confidence in them managing our son’s long term health condition. Our son is at much higher risk of choking due to a birth condition, we cannot thank the staff enough for all their understanding, respect, knowledge, care and professionalism in providing outstanding care for him. From day one we felt confident that they were more than capable to provide the level of care he requires and they have given this and so much more. In particular, three members of staff have been absolutely amazing in providing his latest care, he absolutely adores “his ladies”. I would highly recommend the nursery and their branch whole team.

Can’t fault the nursery or staff at all. Our daughter has come along leaps and bounds since she has been going here. Supportive, informative staff from day one who genuinely care and like our daughter going there. Our daughter can’t wait each Tuesday and Thursday to go. She loves the staff the environment and other children that go there to the point she wakes up on a morning and her first word is bee.

My son has been here for three years. The staff are fantastic and they have really helped my son grow and gain confidence. He loves going and spending time there. The staff always go the extra mile and always open to a full debrief at pick up. I couldn’t praise the nursery enough for their continued efforts to keep everyone safe during the pandemic. It will truly be a sad day when we head off to school in 2022! You certainly have supported us as parents in these first few years and shall be forever grateful to have met you.

My little boy started in January. He showed clear signs of speech delay and the staff have been amazing putting the support in for him, to be able to communicate his needs to the staff and adults in his life. He has a great bond with his key worker and room manager, within his room! My little boy even gets excited to see the chef, who cooks fresh meals daily from their own menu, which I’ve been told, is changed with the seasons.

My eldest son went here from 2018 to 2020 and my 20-month-old is currently here too. All the staff are wonderful and take such great care of him. He absolutely loves coming to nursery and I leave him knowing he is in great hands. The facilities are fantastic, as is the food and the staff keep me up to date throughout the day via the app. I cannot fault anything and highly recommend Busy Bees to anyone thinking of sending their child there.

Outstanding care is given to my nephew, by the lovely staff at Eureka Park. The staff are always happy and bubbly and willing to help and support where needed. I’m overall, really impressed and would recommend this nursery to anyone.

My stepson started in the preschool room, we love the fact there are 2 separate preschool rooms so one is smaller and he definitely needed the smaller room. His keyworker/room manager made me, his Dad and Mum feel so at ease with starting and also learning about his routine with where he would be staying on what days etc. They contact both parents to talk through any problems and we are all linked on the app so we can see what he is getting up to during his day with regular updates and photos. Love this nursery and wish we found it earlier

I could not be happier with this nursery. We looked around a lot of nurseries before choosing this one! The staff are welcoming and happy to talk or listen to you. The chef, who will smile and wave at my little girl every morning and she’s just as excited to see him. She will run to the window in the foyer to wave and say good morning to the office staff. The staff within the room are brilliant, they helped to settle her in with cuddles and reassurance. There were even a few times that I needed that reassurance, that I was doing the right thing and they would do this by curtesy calls and extra photos on the app, which is amazing, to get updates on how her day is going and what she is up to. I will 100% be putting her new sibling in, when they are born, and I recommend this nursery to all your friends. Couldn’t be any happier.

My daughter has just joined the nursery. With her only being 4 months old I was quite anxious to leave her, however, the staff have been amazing and have taken great care of her. When I collect, she is so happy and is smiling at the staff, which has put my mind at ease. I am sent regular pictures throughout the day via their parent app, which also keeps me up to date with what bottles she has had at what times and her sleep throughout the day. I am so glad that I decided to attend Busy Bees, Eureka Park knowing that my daughter is well cared for and looked after, helps to make returning to work that bit easier.
