Bright Swans Day Nursery offer babies and children from three months to five-years a stimulating, nurturing, loving environment in which to thrive and learn, creating curious minds whilst gently readying them for their next big adventure, reception school.
It’s our aim to carefully bridge the gap between home, nursery and school. We do this in a number of ways, from providing a secure, happy ‘home-from-home’ experience where children feel comfortable and cared for, to encouraging independence by allowing children to flow freely from activity to activity, from indoors to the natural surroundings of outdoors.
We also provide an extensive range of exciting and engaging individual and group play-based activities to help babies and children develop new skills, paving the way for a brilliant start to school life.

February 28, 2017 at 12:00 amThe staff at Bright Swans Day Nursery are all fantastic but for me, the staff who look after my little boy are at the top of my list because they have really encouraged him to become more confident and socialise with other children. When he first started, he didn’t talk or play with any other children, but with their support, he is a new child. He talks non-stop and his motor skills are fantastic. I really can’t thank the girls enough!!

November 10, 2017 at 12:00 amMy child was very well looked after by very friendly and competent staff. He was very happy to attend and always had lots of fun. My child has additional needs and he was always included in activities etc. and offered extra support as and when needed.

Our daughter has made so much progress in this nursery, she is learns so many things and the staff are really helpful.
The nursery manager did so much to help my daughter’s speech, she wasn’t speaking before but now she can speak with is really helpful to me. Thank you.

May 15, 2018 at 12:00 amBright Swans is an exceptionally great nursery. My son thoroughly enjoys coming to nursery and is excited each and every morning to attend. The staff are always smiling and give fantastic feedback daily on how my child is progressing. The garden is a large forest space and the indoor rooms are bright and inviting. Highly recommend this to all parents who are looking for a nursery.

Communication with parents is very poor and complete lack of accountability by the owner.

May 24, 2019 at 12:00 amI visited this nursery recently, met by a very professional manager who took me around and explained all the facilities available. I was given their recent report which is impressive and outlined all the work the nursery and staff do. Clean tidy nursery with a large garden, have signed up my child to attend full time.

They have nappy trained my child quickly and I have noticed a big difference in his speech. He is using a lot more words. The rooms are really well resourced and I am very happy with the whole nursery. It is always nice and clean. Very good nursery.

He loves going to nursery every day, which makes me as a mother feel at ease knowing his happy and safe at nursery. The staff are lovely and are very helpful and welcoming. Overall a great nursery.
