Clear updates and team cheerful at work. Despite covid limitations, the provider made us sense welcomed and supported as a family.

My kids have been here for the past three years and I cannot fault it. They come out with smiles on their faces and they are constantly discovering new things I am consistently amazed at what they have learnt and I’m overjoyed with well they are doing. The team truly are incredible. Bright Stars is a sensational childcare setting for young kids is attend.

They have been so supportive in attentive for my daughter. She has additional medical needs and they have truly gone above and beyond to make sure she has everything she needs. They have supported us as a family during her time in their care. The team are so attentive and excellent enjoyable with the kids. My son also attended and has fond memories of his time there. The outdoor area is remarkable and accessible. I would highly suggest Bright Stars Childcare and I’m highly thankful to have found them. Bright Stars Childcare is such a remarkable childcare centre.

She has a disability. The childcare centre has been remarkable throughout, and she has grown into a confident, sociable little girl who loves discovering. The team are welcoming and supportive, and do a excellent job with giving the kids a remarkable range of stimulating, creative activities in a attentive setting. As a working parent, it’s consistently been reassuring to know she’s having excellent experiences with other kids and adults that complement our family time, and she is well prepared for school. I thoroughly suggest Bright Stars. My daughter has been at Bright Stars from the baby room through to pre-school.

The team are well trained, welcoming, approachable and put safeguarding and care at the top of their list. I would suggest this setting and childcare centre to others. All of my kids have enjoyed their time here. They have a excellent team of dedicated team. My kid is well cared for, supported in his development and given lots of variety at Bright Stars.

She has loved her time there and is sad to be leaving. All the team have been incredible. They have fully encouraged her and helped hugely with her development.
If I have ever felt any concerns the team have been nothing but supportive and have fully reassured me that my daughter is doing well and I have nothing to be worried about.
I would highly suggest this childcare centre. My little boy will be starting with them in January and I know he’ll have the best journey just like my daughter. My daughter started off in the baby room and is just about to leave Bright Stars to begin her new adventure at big school.

We have been incredibly fortunate that her key worker has remained the same throughout. She is remarkable and has built a fantastic relationship with our daughter, as have other team members. Team have gone above and beyond, especially through the pandemic. They have adapted events and created lovely videos so not to miss out. Our daughter has consistently loved attending and enjoys every day! Our daughter started at Bright Stars when he was nine months old and is now in Pre-School.

We know that she is secure, cheerful and entertained at Bright Stars. The kids are provided with enjoyable, stimulating and age-appropriate activities. The team are highly expert and have communicated clearly with us about how our kid has been through the day. They have also been highly respectful of our wishes for our kid. We are highly cheerful with the care provided for our kid.

The provision for activities such as music is outstanding. They do lots of singing and dancing and regularly make trips to the local park. The only downside is the outdoor space which is small but within that, there are a wide range of activities for the kids to get involved with. Highly suggest this fantastic setting. Our little girl loves Bright Stars – the team are welcoming and welcoming, and excellent care is taken to assistance the kids in their growth and development.

At four days a week quite a massive step from being in our full-time care. Team/set up were exceptional in helping our girl settle, and keeping us reassured and confident in the care and attention they were providing:
-clear and effective approach to minimising Covid risks, truly reassuring
-flexible and collaborative approach to looking after our kid, with online care diary and verbal feedback, so we know what she has been up to, and have a chance to discuss things
-enthusiastic, inviting, enjoyable-filled approach by the team, which our girl truly responds to. She loves her time at childcare centre
-care, attention and prompt comms when our girl has been ill, so we sense reassured they are looking out for her wellbeing
-lovely, well-resourced space with other babies to interact with, and regular trips outdoors to the park
-varied meals

So much more then just freeing us up to work. We sense our girl has come on leaps and bounds. Our baby started Bright Stars in October at eight months.
