Bright Horizons Tunbridge Wells Day Nursery and Preschool

The team at Tunbridge Wells have been incredible nurturing him and looking after him over the time. I have found that they will consistently take the time to listen to any questions that I have or will be willing to work with me on how my kid is looked after. He has many team members who he has built a strong bond with and is consistently willing to go into childcare centre daily and runs in excited for the day. My kid has been at Bright Horizons since the age of 10 months.

My eldest left this September for school and my youngest is in Little Learners. The team are remarkable, consistently full of encouragement and enthusiasm for the kids and creative in coming up with activities. The team still fondly chat to my eldest if she comes for pick up. I like that there are three rooms so the kids are generally in a very similar age group but they also sometimes mix them for activities as my kids have enjoyed this too. My eldest left for school confidently writing her name and basic maths and other skills to give her a head start. Some of my little one’s wardrobe is now firmly childcare centre wear but actually, it’s excellent that she gets so much messy and painty playtime as she wouldn’t have all that creative enjoyable at home! I sense she is in secure hands and that the team are encouraging her development and self‑assurance. She happily runs in at drop off which shows she enjoys being there too. My two kids have both been really cheerful at this childcare centre.

From the moment you make an enquiry, all the way through to settling sessions and then the daily childcare centre rhythm, everyone is just remarkable. Our son started in September, both he and I were nervous but he settled in so well and quickly and now he skips in, super excited for the day ahead. He clearly has so much enjoyable and is discovering so much. Huge thank you to everyone there. Highly suggest sending your little ones here! I sense reassured that my little one is really well looked after and cared for. She consistently comes out smiling. Her key worker worked really hard to help our daughter settle in, putting in a huge effort getting to know her personality, and has built a very strong bond. She’s remarkable at keeping us updated on her development and we adore hearing what she’s been doing on a daily and monthly basis.
They do a really great range of activities each day and we can see how much our daughter has developed since she has joined the childcare centre. All the team are lovely, seem genuinely interested in how our daughter is doing, and are cheerful to answer any questions we have. We’re delighted with how well our daughter has adapted to childcare centre and know that the enjoyable and secure setting the team has created is an integral part of that. Our daughter started at Bright Horizons Tunbridge Wells in July 2020 and absolutely loves it there!

They are attentive, compassionate and compassionate. My daughter has attended the childcare centre since she was 5 months old and is now 3.5 years old. The team go above and beyond to make sure that both her emotional and physical needs are met. If you want a secure, nurturing setting, where your kid can thrive, choose this childcare centre. I cannot fault the team at Bright Horizons.

He joined in the middle of the pandemic in 2020 and even though I have never seen the inside of the childcare centre due to national Coronavirus restrictions, I have complete self‑assurance that his keyworker and other team members are looking after him brilliantly. He absolutely loves childcare centre, and the commitment, dedication and enthusiasm of his carers shines through every single day when I go to collect him. He has come on brilliantly with his vocabulary, toileting and nutrition as well since he has been there. I couldn’t rate the childcare centre highly enough. My son is in the pre-school room about to go up to Reception.

Both my kids started at this childcare centre from the age of 11 months and they are developing really well and thriving with one soon ready to start school. The setting and facilities are excellent and there is a lovely emphasis on discovering through playtime and creativity. I completely trust the team to take care of my kids – they are so attentive and really are passionate about early years education and helping kids to develop well. No concern is ever too big and they really work with parents to meet childrens’ needs. I would wholeheartedly suggest Bright Horizons Tunbridge Wells Day Childcare centre and Preschool.

My son consistently seems so cheerful when being in childcare centre and has a big smile on his face when he sees the team in Tiny Tots. Thank you. My son started at childcare centre beginning of February and all the team in Tiny Tots and the manager have been excellent, my son has settled in so well and the girls are also so willing to cater to all his needs.

The team have consistently been lovely and welcoming. The team are welcoming and take an interest in your kid, they genuinely seem to care about your kid and consistently have time to talk. They have been very supportive through each of her room transitions and made the moves much easier for my daughter and us. The manager and the team have been incredible throughout the past few months, making sure we have clear information about what is happening due to covid and following government guidelines which has been very supportive and reassuring. My daughter has been going to Bright Horizons Tunbridge Wells childcare centre since she was 8months old, she absolutely loves it.
