Bright Horizons Tunbridge Wells Day Nursery and Preschool

My son loves his time with the nursery. Since he started, he runs in very excited most days and it’s been wonderful seeing the close relationships he’s building with the staff. The staff are very approachable and seem to bond really well with the kids. He loves the food from the lady in the kitchen and is learning loads every week.

My daughter has been going to Bright Horizons Tunbridge Wells nursery since she was 8months old, she absolutely loves it. She is always so excited about going to see her friends and the staff team.
The team have always been lovely and welcoming. The staff are friendly and take an interest in your child, they genuinely seem to care about your child and always have time to talk. They have been very supportive through each of her room transitions and made the moves much easier for my daughter and us. The manager and the team have been amazing throughout the past few months, making sure we have clear information about what is happening due to covid and following government guidelines which has been very helpful and reassuring.

We are beyond pleased with our experience of Bright Horizons Tunbridge Wells. The staff are all incredibly supportive, communication is great, and they’ve reacted brilliantly with the uncertainty of the Covid restrictions. Both of our children are extremely happy here, which we hugely appreciate, and we really recommend the nursery and pre-school.

Our daughter started at Bright Horizons Tunbridge Wells in July 2020 and absolutely loves it there! Her key worker worked really hard to help our daughter settle in, putting in a huge effort getting to know her personality, and has built a very strong bond. She’s fantastic at keeping us updated on her progress and we love hearing what she’s been doing on a daily and monthly basis.
They do a really good range of activities each day and we can see how much our daughter has developed since she has joined the nursery. All the staff are lovely, seem genuinely interested in how our daughter is doing, and are happy to answer any questions we have. We’re delighted with how well our daughter has adapted to nursery and know that the fun and safe environment the team has created is an integral part of that.

I can’t stress enough how wonderful all the staff at Bright Horizons Tunbridge Wells Day Nursery and Preschool are! From the moment you make an enquiry, all the way through to settling sessions and then the daily nursery rhythm, everyone is just fantastic. Our son started in September, both he and I were nervous but he settled in so well and quickly and now he skips in, super excited for the day ahead. My little girl is coming on leaps and bounds thanks to the wonderful staff here. They genuinely care about the children and clearly love their jobs. I feel fully confident dropping off my daughter each day and she is always full of beans when she comes home, she clearly has a great time. The nursery is a calm place but where they encourage lots of fun and learning. Nothing is ever too much trouble for any of the lovely nursery workers.

My son is in the pre-school room about to go up to Reception. He joined in the middle of the pandemic in 2020 and even though I have never seen the inside of the nursery due to national Coronavirus restrictions, I have complete confidence that his keyworker and other team members are looking after him brilliantly. He absolutely loves nursery, and the commitment, dedication and enthusiasm of his carers shines through every single day when I go to collect him. He has come on brilliantly with his vocabulary, toileting and nutrition as well since he has been there. I couldn’t rate the nursery highly enough.

I cannot fault the staff at Bright Horizons. They are caring, kind and compassionate. My daughter has attended the nursery since she was 5 months old and is now 3.5 years old. The staff go above and beyond to make sure that both her emotional and physical needs are met. If you want a safe, nurturing environment, where your child can thrive, choose this nursery.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Bright Horizons Tunbridge Wells Day Nursery and Preschool. Both my children started at this nursery from the age of 11 months and they are developing really well and thriving with one soon ready to start school. The environment and facilities are great and there is a lovely emphasis on learning through play and creativity. I completely trust the staff to take care of my children – they are so caring and really are passionate about early years education and helping children to develop well. No concern is ever too big and they really work with parents to meet childrens’ needs.

My two children have both been really happy at this nursery. My eldest left this September for school and my youngest is in Little Learners. The staff are fantastic, always full of encouragement and enthusiasm for the children and creative in coming up with activities. The staff still fondly chat to my eldest if she comes for pick up. I like that there are three rooms so the children are generally in a very similar age group but they also sometimes mix them for activities as my kids have enjoyed this too. My eldest left for school confidently writing her name and basic maths and other skills to give her a head start. Some of my little one’s wardrobe is now firmly nursery wear but actually, it’s great that she gets so much messy and painty play as she wouldn’t have all that creative fun at home! I feel she is in safe hands and that the staff are encouraging her development and confidence. She happily runs in at drop off which shows she enjoys being there too.
