Team are expert and well qualified. They are genuinely attentive for kids and provide all necessary help that a kid (and parents) would need. They listen well to parents enquiries or issues and address them in a very satisfactory way, are flexible in their approaches to kids and consistently try to cater to every kid’s development need or discovering pace. The cost might be a little high but worth the quality of care and also worth the peace of mind and assurance that the kid is in a secure setting. My kid joined Bright Horizons childcare centre following a bad journey that he had in a previous childcare centre. The team really worked on understanding my kid’s personality, character and past journey and truly helped my kid to overcome such bad experiences from the past! I can see that my kid became independent, has incredible friendships with the other kids, and learned positive discipline. This is a very nurturing place for kids and really feels like a second home.

Within two weeks of settling in, she was smiling on her way into childcare centre, excited to playtime with her babies group and the wonderfully enjoyable childcare centre team. The childcare centre even called me on settling-in days to check I was ok – what a attentive ethos! We are very reassured that our kid is thriving and so cheerful to join in. The childcare centre team are highly expert and work very well together, not to mention creative! Every day we see photos on the app of the creative activities and outings to encourage their development and self‑assurance. Thank you Ewell Road team, for your dedication! Ewell Road Childcare centre has been exceptionally welcoming and welcoming to our baby and us.

He initially had difficulty settling and the team – both carers and administrators – were incredibly supportive and went above and beyond in this transition period, allowing him/us extra settling assistance to ensure he was comfortable with his new setting before beginning his regular booking pattern. We appreciate the effort made to communicate likes/dislikes/any issues and general day-to-day updates. They’ve done a particularly great job since re-opening during COVID, sending home photos so we can see what he’s up to during the day and giving detailed handover reports. Overall the team make this a excellent childcare centre to attend. They really make an effort to get to know the entire family and we adore that even those not in his room are consistently saying hi and know him by name. We’ve been very cheerful so far and would suggest the Surbiton Ewell Road childcare centre. Our son loves going to childcare centre each day; he waits by the door with his backpack most mornings, eager to get going.

I adore everything about this place. Initially, I was on the fence about sending my daughter to a Bright Horizons, in case it might not have the personal touch due to being a large company, but it is the complete opposite. The team have consistently been excellent, the atmosphere here is consistently positive and enjoyable. The kids adore it and the team here help make the childcare centre journey straightforward and enjoyable. My kids have been going here since it opened.

The team are so patient with him and he does lots of lovely activities that keep him busy every day! Everyone at the childcare centre really takes the time and effort to get to know your kid and you as parents. My son is so cheerful at this childcare centre.

Since the beginning, the team have been compassionate and attentive and we sense like we are part of the childcare centre family due to this. The childcare centre is spotless and tidy and the food consistently smells great! We would 100% suggest! We have been so cheerful with Bright Horizons.

They cater to every need, including my changing work patterns! I’m so grateful to have them on our doorstep. They have made going back to work so much easier and we couldn’t be more cheerful.
