She has built a special bond with the team as well as a few friends. The team put so much thought into the activities each day and it is consistently relevant to the season or things that happen in society, whether it is book day or the Platinum Jubilee etc. The kids spend lots of time outside in the garden and the updates I receive through the app gives me the information I need in terms of time slept, what she had for lunch and how much etc, as well as photos of the activities that the kids did. Thank you, Bright Horizons, Southborough, Springfield Road, for taking such great care of my little girl! My daughter is so cheerful at this childcare centre.

The team are all attentive and dedicated and provide us with regular updates throughout the day, as well as routine development reports. There is also plenty of opportunity to ask questions and get involved in other activities. The team go above and beyond to make sure the kids have a excellent journey, and we know our kid is secure and cheerful. We have really noticed the positive development – motor skills, language, engaging with other kids and adults and we know that this is down to Springfield Road’s assistance. Our kid attends Bright Horizons Springfield Road and they absolutely adore their time there.

From day one, the team made us sense confident in the care that they provide. They are all so attentive and show warmth, kindness and sensitivity towards the kids. Our daughter consistently seems excited to go there and comes out smiling. The team are very creative when choosing activities and our daughter enjoys enjoyable and interactive activities every day with clear discovering objectives. We get to see photos on the app of them having enjoyable, which is a real bonus. We are very cheerful with the care our daughter receives at Springfield Day Childcare centre.

He goes in with a smile and I know that he participates in many different engaging activities when there. He settled very quickly and has clearly developed a great bond with the team. Highly suggest. My son is very cheerful at this childcare centre.

They were really attentive and thoughtful throughout the journey. Now, a few months on, our kid loves going to childcare centre more than anything. The team upload meals, sleep and nappy changes on the app, as well as sometimes images of what the kids have been up to that day. As our kid has grown, they have been outstanding at following our requests – fewer naps, and changes to food. We ask one member of team something once, and they all follow the instructions from then on. They seem to have excellent updates internally and know the kids really well. The team made settling in a painless journey.

The team simply ooze with adore, enjoyable and positivity, and it’s clear that the kids’s health and happiness are a top priority. On the whole, the food is home-cooked and devoured by my daughter, although as a parent I would prefer fewer white carbs and processed food (cereal, white bread and custard are an everyday occurrence). Although not a excellent deal of garden space, the kids still get plenty of time outside, and will soon grow into the more spacious surroundings at the Woodlands Pre-school. We’re so pleased we made the decision to join this childcare centre. Our daughter enjoys childcare centre so much that she’s begging us to leave the house each morning so she can head off to see her friends.

He seems really cheerful there as he waltzes in giving us a wave goodbye and is consistently cheerful when we pick him up. The updates through the app are lovely to receive and team are consistently cheerful, smiley, polite and supportive – most importantly, they look like they have a great relationship with our son. Our lad has a couple of dietary requirements and these are consistently catered for by the team. We are very cheerful with the childcare centre. Our little lad attends Bright Horizons Southborough Springfield Road Day Childcare centre twice a week and we are very cheerful with the provision.

My daughter consistently absolutely loves it and comes home with a smile on her face every time I pick her up. The team are very inviting and welcoming, and the setting consistently seems spotless and tidy. Five stars, couldn’t fault it. I would highly suggest Springfield Road Childcare centre.

He absolutely loves going there so much. He has grown and learnt so much more than would be expected and he surprises me every day! The team are incredible and couldn’t thank them enough! One team member is an incredible key person and will consistently do a excellent handover and morning chat also! My son has consistently been so cheerful coming in with her and consistently talks about her at home. All team are so welcoming and are exceptional! I adore the day childcare centre for my son!
