Bright Horizons Southam Day Nursery and Preschool

After registering and being told it would be January 2023, I started to count down the days. I had to enrol my boy into a childminder from September 2023 until he started Bright Horizons. The journey of the childminder was rough and it traumatised my boy so much that he stopped eating and wouldn’t leave my side. One day I had a call from Bright Horizons and they had an opening for him to start in November 2022! I was ecstatic! In tears, I said yes please and welcomed the day I could meet all the lovely team again.
From day one, the whole team made me sense secure and I began to sense comfortable leaving him. They worked with me and my boy to help us both settle; fast forward 2 months, he is cheerful, loves going and eats! Trusting the fantastic team is what makes Bright Horizons so perfect for your little one, they can’t do enough for your little person and adore them making them sense special! Thank you Bright Horizons – we adore you! I went and saw Bright Horizons in January 2022 when my little boy was 3 months old, and immediately I loved what I saw!

They are consistently so attentive and lovely to deal with and put so much effort into the kids’s happiness and education. Both girls have consistently loved attending and we will all be highly sad when the youngest goes off to school and we have to leave. The facilities are exceptional and I’m consistently highly impressed with the activities they do and the meals that are served. Would definitely suggest them to anyone looking for a childcare centre. I have been using the childcare centre for the past 7 years for both my kids and they have honestly become like extended family.

My kid has grown and developed in the most fantastic way and it’s all down to the team. The childcare centre itself has all the facilities a kid would need and the outdoor space has just been re-done and looks outstanding. Absolutely incredible, could not fault this childcare centre in any way.

All team members are lovely including office team, kitchen team and all key workers in all the rooms that the kids are in.
At every drop off they ask if my kid is okay and if there are any concerns, if there were any concerns then they work with you to make a plan to overcome the said issue. At every pick up they inform how the kid has been in the day and what they’ve been up to and what moods they’ve been in.
Within the past month, my little one felt poorly. The team took her temperature and noticed it was high so they contacted me to ask if they could give her Calpol and see if she perks up. After giving her Calpol there wasn’t much improvement so I picked her up and spent a few days at home. My point is that the team consistently look out for the kids, they get to know them all individually so they know when something isn’t right.
I can honestly say, taking my little one to this childcare centre was the best choice! I cannot suggest Southam Bright Horizons Day Childcare centre enough!

Our little boy started at the age of one and was made to sense so welcome and secure from day 1. He skips in each time we take him which is a sign of how exceptional the childcare centre is. Highly grateful for the fantastic care the team give! And our little boy seems to have come on leaps and bounds with his development. Our second little boy will be starting this year. We are generally just so cheerful with Bright Horizons.

The team are absolutely fantastic, with regular updates and a noticeable bond formed with the kids. Activities and food are well suited to the age groups. Every pickup is usually detailed and informative, relaying the daily activities of the kid. Facilities seem well suited and the grounds are recently renovated making for an enjoyable outdoor space. Cannot fault the childcare centre.

Both of my kids have been in the childcare centre and are highly cheerful there. Would suggest it to others. Top childcare centre, with cheerful kids and quality team.

All team are exceptionally welcoming and supportive. The care and opportunities provided for the kids are outstanding. The food provided for the kids is excellent too. My daughter has only been at the childcare centre since October but she has come on in leaps and bounds with her development. I couldn’t suggest this childcare setting highly enough. A 5 * childcare centre from us. Thank you and thank you for my daughter’s second home. Absolutely remarkable childcare centre.

All the team are so incredible. They are welcoming and approachable. Nothing is a problem for them. They have guided me through being a first time mum. I am so grateful they have given my daughter such a fantastic journey and a positive start to life. My daughter started when she was a year old.

They update us daily on the activities the kids are doing and also have time to talk to us at the end of each day. Incredible childcare centre with welcoming, consistent team.
My son is cheerful here, and I’ve seen him excel since he attended.
