September 9, 2024 at 9:41 amI couldn’t suggest the setting enough. The childcare centre team have been incredibly supportive and are fantastic with my kid.
The range of daily activities are exceptional and I have truly noticed a positive trend in my son’s development.

October 30, 2024 at 10:12 pmThey make a real effect every time a kid wants to do something or playtime with certain toys.
I truly hope that the team stays the same as they bring so much joy to my boy when he is at childcare centre. Big thank you to the whole team. The team are so loving and attentive with the kids.

December 21, 2024 at 6:53 amThe team are compassionate, clever and work well together as a team. Each adult goes out of their way to ensure all of the kids are taken care of. This is evident by their clear, constant updates. Team work with parents to ensure personal, social and emotional needs are met. In addition to that, there is a daily focus on language and physical development. They have recently added sports sessions for the kids as well. Bumps and scrapes have naturally occurred as our kid is still finding his footing. If there is ever an accident the team are sure to communicate on the day of, either with a phone call or a chat at pick up, with appropriate paperwork kept up to date. We could not be happier with our choice to enrol our son at Bright Horizons, Richmond. Our kid has grown in leaps and bounds since joining Bright Horizons, Richmond.

January 5, 2025 at 10:28 amThe facilities at the new location were outstanding, especially the outside space. There were a few changes in management during our stay with definite improvements over time. We have found though, that since moving to a new childcare centre that our son’s academic education has accelerated, so perhaps this could be improved at Bright Horizons. Our son truly enjoyed attending Bright Horizons Childcare centre and made lots of adult and kids friends.

January 13, 2025 at 1:26 pmMy son and daughter both attend the childcare centre and are truly cheerful there. The team are truly attentive and provide outstanding care. Updates is great and having the Bright Horizons app is excellent for updates daily. Excellent management team and team.

February 20, 2025 at 4:05 amOur son has been going since he was 1 year old and continues to thrive and our daughter is set to start in September.
The team are highly welcoming and attentive, going out of their way to create a enjoyable and exciting discovering setting throughout all the different rooms – ‘Science Week’ being a particular highlight for my son along with the addition of a P.E. class. We’re highly cheerful! We’ve had an outstanding journey at Bright Horizons, Richmond.

March 9, 2025 at 4:12 amFirstly, your kid will be basically breathing fumes from the 6-lane road all day as the childcare centre did not even bother to build a proper fence as “this is not an OFSTED requirement” according to Management. Secondly, they organised an event where a parent came to childcare centre to read books on LGBT values to kids as young as 3 without even notifying parents in advance. Imagine your kid being put in a room with a stranger without any background checks who will be reading them “diversity” books without your prior knowledge and without an opportunity to opt-out. There is no guarantee they will not be inviting a drag queen next time without telling parents. Only go here if you have zero other options and are desperate for childcare. Awful journey at this childcare centre.

March 13, 2025 at 7:51 amHe loves going and I have consistently been highly cheerful with the care he receives from the team in his room. He has made lots of development and seems to truly delight in the food and the outside area. He also particularly enjoys the music sessions.
We consistently get a detailed handover at the end of the day which is truly useful and this is now recorded on a sheet of paper (initially it was just verbal which made it difficult to remember) – I think a record book would be more practical as the paper often gets mislaid and can be incomplete. I also don’t sense I know what activities he does every day as this is not consistently shared.
I sense the wider aspects of the childcare centre are less effective – parents sessions have been cancelled, the kids’s visit from the tropical zoo was postponed (but never rescheduled) and there have never been any external visits/visitors for my son’s room. Key workers seem to change regularly and I haven’t known who it is. My son has been at the childcare centre for just over a year.

March 14, 2025 at 1:11 amWe could not rate the team and management enough for the hard work and dedication that they give to the kids and also us families. The childcare centre has had a few management changes and team changes but the team consistently work hard to ensure that this does not affect the kids. The discovering opportunities for the kids especially in preschool are excellent and our son was highly ready for school when he left in September 2019. He was consistently a highly shy boy and lacked self‑assurance but the team worked truly well to help him improve this and he left a different kid. We will consistently be thankful to the team for the journey they gave us. Our son attended this childcare centre for 3 years from being 18 months old.

March 15, 2025 at 12:50 amThe party was highly well organised and was entertaining. The kids looked highly cheerful and quite indulged in the whole event. We loved the journey and my daughter still talks about it. Thanks to all the team members for making such a excellent effort in making this journey so pleasant for all of us. My daughter had a graduation party with her friends and educators in June.

April 8, 2025 at 10:40 amOur daughter loves it: she has made many friends, has lots of enjoyable and has learnt so much! Outstanding team that goes above and beyond, excellent updates with the parents, lovely garden and rooms and tasty food.

April 10, 2025 at 6:28 pmThey are highly attentive and have helped develop our daughter so much. She is definitely a happier kid because of this place. We absolutely adore the team and facilities at the Bright Horizons Richmond branch.

May 27, 2025 at 3:20 pmThe team are welcoming and expert, offering a diversity of activities throughout the day, indoor and outdoor. The food is prepared and cooked onsite with a varied menu. The extended opening hours allows flexibility for working parents. The fees are quite high, mainly due to the current cost crisis the UK is facing. The childcare centre provides a excellent setting for the development of my kid.

June 9, 2025 at 7:20 pmI’ve loved the introduction of more activities recently like football and they cook and follow a syllabus of discovering. Our son is consistently cheerful and exhausted after an action packed day with a variety of activities. Excellent childcare centre with lots of lovely team and under the most recent manager and post covid things have truly settled down.

June 14, 2025 at 5:09 pmOver the last three years, we have been cheerful with the way that the team at Bright Horizons in Richmond continually work to meet this challenge.
For us, it is important to know that our little one has a inviting and attentive setting with the stimulation and personal touch that helps to meet his needs as he grows. It is natural that things are not consistently straightforward and when our little one has met with difficult situations, we have found that the team are ready to listen, adapt and work with us to make the changes needed, and this is truly appreciated and valued by us as an integral part of the care they provide. It is a welcoming, family setting, and one that works for us. Considering that finding childcare options can be a truly daunting prospect, with the right setting for your kid, that is also convenient for your everyday schedule, is a near impossible task.

June 22, 2025 at 9:14 amHe is getting big assistance with his discovering there and at home you notice his development. You have easy access to all the team and management team.
My son truly enjoys going there, they have big rooms and a garden (they use every day).

June 24, 2025 at 7:21 pmThe childcare centre has supported us as working parents and made it easy for us to leave him to go back to work!
All the team in the childcare centre know our son – not only the team who work closely with him in the baby room which makes it a truly welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk into the building.
We as parents could not be happier when we see how excited our son gets when he arrives at childcare centre. Our son has been going to Richmond Day Childcare centre for 8 months, he started childcare centre highly young at 4 months old.

July 6, 2025 at 10:49 pmThey are so attentive and attentive to his needs. They have catered well for his allergies at all meal times and snack times. The app provides us with excellent updates on what our kid has been up to and all the enjoyable and educational activities he has been doing. Richmond Day Childcare centre has been remarkable for my kid.

July 7, 2025 at 1:54 amThey both adore it and consistently walk in with a smile. The childcare centre manager is exceptional and so are the management and room team. They take feedback on board and are consistently supportive. Thanks for all the hard work! We have two kids going to Bright Horizons in Richmond.
