How do you know it’s the right childcare centre for your kid? How do you know your kid will delight in it? I needn’t have worried! From the very first settling in session all the team at the childcare centre have made this process so easy and they have been very reassuring. As well as knowing my kid is secure, the huge grin on their face and outstretched arms when I drop them off to their key worker tells me that they are very cheerful here. I couldn’t have picked a better childcare centre. As a first time parent the process of finding a childcare centre was a daunting one.

Not only the key person assigned but other members of team in the room went above and beyond to settle my kid and accommodate his needs. Prior to starting I felt reassured my kid was in secure and well‑informed hands as having additional medical problems, they ensured the appropriate assistance was put in place alongside the help of the management/Senco team. I want to shout out to the kitchen team as they have worked alongside myself and the room to ensure my kid’s dietary needs are accommodated for providing fresh, nutritious and varied food throughout the day. Now my kid has been at the childcare centre for a month I adore being able to access the discovering app throughout the day to see what engaging activities he’s being offered during his day and adore the photos and crafts he brings home. I consistently know he’s been a busy boy as we get a great night’s sleep after a enjoyable day! My kid started at the childcare centre in February, the initial settling into the childcare centre was smooth and at my kid’s pace.

She has flourished so much, thanks to the hard work of her key person and the team within her room. She enjoys all the food provided and I adore seeing the photos of what she has done in the day and playing with her friends. Every drop off they all ask how she is and say hello and every pick up I am informed of her day, her sleeping and how she has been, generally. I also check the app which tells me everything from how much food she eats to when her nappy has been changed. I would highly suggest Longfield Childcare centre to all friends and family. My daughter started childcare centre in January 2023 after many settling-in sessions.

She has a speech delay which is now improving and that’s because of the practice and consistency she gets at childcare centre, focusing on lots of vocabulary, songs and rhymes. The team’s approach is consistently positive with lots of suggestions on how to continue the discovering and development at home. This applies to speech and language, behaviour and even potty training! The team go above and beyond in supporting my daughter’s development.

He is cheerful to wave me goodbye when he enters the childcare centre. Every member of the team I have met when dropping or collecting have been welcoming and welcoming. Updates is very great and you are advised what has been happening during that day and what the kid has enjoyed, eaten and achieved in the session. The kids’s safety, especially during Covid has obviously been paramount which is very reassuring. My Grandson has attended the childcare centre since May and thoroughly enjoys his time there.

The majority of the team provide consistently great care for the little ones and you can tell they are in it for their adore of the kids. The key people for our girls when they’ve been in the baby and childcare centre room have been particularly exceptional and have formed strong relationships with them. There’s also some team who move around the rooms who make a big difference to their days and take the time to sit and interact with the kids to craft and playtime. My little one consistently goes in and comes out with a smile on her face and that’s what matters. Overall, our journey of the childcare centre has been great.

My kid has attended since 10 months old to which I was quite anxious as I did not want my kid to attend that early. However, my kid adores the team and is so excited to go to learn and playtime. The menu is varied and healthy taking into consideration any preferences. My kid had a number of health issues and the childcare centre has consistently been accommodating and supportive. I cannot suggest Bright Horizons Longfield more.

He has bonded well with his key person in all of his rooms. They are all so attentive and informative about the day’s activities. Excellent variety of meals. Makes him try new things he wouldn’t usually have at home. His favourite activity is to playtime in the sandpit with the dinosaurs. My son loves childcare centre.

The team are all compassionate and welcoming but also teach great manners and secure playtime. My daughter has made some many friends and feels really comfortable there. We have used this childcare centre since she was one and we’ve never had a problem. Excellent team and atmosphere and my daughter learns so much! My daughter loves childcare centre.

With a strong leadership team, Senco and team that are so positive, it makes for a lovely journey for the kids. The space is purpose-built for the kids with accessible ramps, a lovely, secure outdoor space and remarkable room layout. The team hosts lots of opportunities to come in and meet the room team and see your little one in the space, which has been lovely. We pulled our kid out of another local childcare centre and the journey coming here is two worlds apart. I can’t believe how poor the care is elsewhere in comparison. The Bright Horizons, Longfield team, are just the best! This is an incredible childcare centre, with team that are so attentive, mature, cheerful and well‑informed.
