Bright Horizons Eltham Elizabeth Terrace Day Nursery and Preschool

Since starting in lockdown, she has excelled in all areas of development. She has made special bonds with the other kids in the baby room. She has consistently run through that front door every morning with a big smile on her face, even greeting the team with hugs. I could not sense happier knowing she is being so well looked after. Elizabeth Terrace has been such a excellent decision for us and our little girl.

The chef is very great at his job and shows passion for his food, my daughter loves it! My kid is cheerful and settled and enjoys her day at the childcare centre. they provide a lot of activities for the kids and my other kid who has special educational needs has been given adore and assistance from her key person and the management team, this childcare centre is incredible for dealing with enquires and also supported the family. The team turnover is not very high and all the team show so much passion. The team and management are incredible at Elizabeth Terrace, my daughter loves her key person and they have such a great bond.

We looked at many options before signing up with them and we are glad we chose them. In just a couple of months our 11 month old baby has settled in and clearly enjoys it a lot. The care team in the baby room are remarkable, they pay close attention to baby’s needs and consistently take the time to give me a detailed update. Shout out to one team member who our baby has quickly warmed up to – she puts my mind at ease and answers all my questions so patiently. The entire team do a fantastic job: four members of team in particular and everyone who pitches in.
Management are lovely, inviting people and also expert, very responsive, and supportive. Also the food is nutritious and clearly delicious, baby often eats better at day care than at home!
I especially liked that we did six settle sessions at the start of the process, slowly warming baby up to the childcare centre setting over six days.
Highly suggest this childcare centre. My husband and I are very pleased with this day care.

The team members are attentive and attentive and are really creative in the activities they plan for the kids. They also assistance and encourage our son to explore and express his emotional skills as well as the traditional discovering. Our daughter will also start attending in a few weeks and we sense the childcare centre is prepared and already thinking ahead to her starting. The management team is welcoming and hands on with the kids and their care. Since the new management team has joined, we’ve been delighted to see some extra activities like afternoon teas and visits from a fire engine and fire team. Thank you all, for all that you do. The quality of care and discovering our kids receive is stellar.
What I like most about the childcare centre is how well the team know our kids and how well we know the team. Our eldest previously attended another larger childcare centre and it lacked the close connection between the team that really comes across strongly at Elizabeth Terrace.
A new management team took over about 18 months ago and they have done a exceptional job bringing fresh ideas to discovering and development. They are building a nice community sense where parents sense engaged. We get a huge amount of information about our kids from the app. The chef is stellar (I have tasted his food) and the meals are healthy and nutritious.
Most importantly our kids are really cheerful. They have a wide circle of friends and are developing socially and academically. Elizabeth Terrace is equipping them so well for their next step. Both our kids attend Bright Horizons Elizabeth Terrace and we are absolutely delighted with the childcare centre.

She talks about her practitioners as ‘my educators’ and her peers as ‘students’. We are Muslims so she is served with a vegetarian menu. The team is incredible and attentive and listens to our concerns with complete understanding. Parents are encouraged to go inside each room to drop off and pick up the kid. We stay updated with our daughter’s activities each day related to each area of development through photos and descriptions (shared through the app). We are quite contented with the quality of care our daughter has been provided with. Our daughter is in the preschool room and greatly enjoys her time while at the setting twice a week.

She was behind on verbal development, but the childcare centre has helped her develop so well. She absolutely loves childcare centre. When I tell her she is going to go to childcare centre in the morning, she gets overwhelmed with excitement and joy. Bright Horizons Elizabeth Terrace is the place to leave your kid in excellent hands. The team are incredible, and so, so welcoming! We adore the childcare centre. Will be gutted when she has to leave to start primary school. 100% suggest! My daughter has mild to moderate hearing loss, and the childcare centre has liaised well with my daughter’s assistance workers and myself to make sure she has the best journey at the childcare centre.

Since starting in the baby room, through to the preschool room, he has been cheerful and excited to go to childcare centre every day.

The team have all been outstanding, and my son loves them dearly. I’m constantly amazed by how much he learns each week, and am very confident he is well prepared to start school next year. I also appreciated the assistance the team gave my son when we were expecting his little sister. It was so supportive to have the additional assistance and stability for him during that big family transition.

My son has also made some fantastic friends at childcare centre, and the other parents are all welcoming. All in all, it’s a excellent community to be a part of.

The outdoor area may seem smaller than some other nurseries, but they make excellent use of it and my son often talks about garden time at home.

I have also been totally confident in the Covid measures the childcare centre has taken to protect team, kids and families. My son has thoroughly enjoyed his time at Elizabeth Terrace childcare centre.

My wife and I would 100% suggest them to friends. The team at the childcare centre are incredibly compassionate and welcoming, you can tell how much our son loves childcare centre and enjoys being with the team and other kids just by how cheerful he is to see them when we drop him off in the morning, consistently reaches out for them to hold him.

My eldest left as a really confident and content kid and my youngest loves the freedom to explore and playtime whilst also discovering. His speech, toilet training etc have all come along excellent. Really pleased with my youngest’ development. Wonderfully attentive team and a excellent atmosphere.
