Bright Horizons Elm Grove Day Nursery and Preschool

We continue to be amazed by how committed, attentive and cheerful the team are. They do such an incredible job with our kids, both in terms of care, but also in terms of development and education. There is a clear commitment to preparing the older kids for school (my son is currently in the preschool class) and the team show such fantastic affection for the kids. Our kid is cheerful and a lot of that comes from a cheerful team body. We have had kids at this childcare centre for five years.

The team are welcoming and the activities for the kids are stimulating. We have noticed a step up in discovering (vs simply playtime), since our kid entered his current room. We are very cheerful with Elm Grove Childcare centre.

I am able to clearly see the difference between the standards associated with each and Elm Grove has gone beyond my expectations, making me realise my first choice of childcare centre, had very poor standards. The team are all lovely and attentive and give a detailed report every day. Hygiene standards are high and the educational aspect is outstanding, whilst having enjoyable themed activities (painting, cooking etc) and helping kids learn the right values. I could not suggest it more! Having placed my kid in two other nurseries, prior to Elm Grove (because of moving homes).

We have been there for eighteen months. The team are attentive and bond with the kids. The updates on the app are useful and team address concerns about settling, eating and sleeping etc, well. We would suggest Elm Grove. Elm Grove takes care of our two boys currently aged 3-years-old and 1-year-old.

Both really enjoyed it and progressed well thanks to the excellent team and structures. Would definitely suggest. Two of our kids have worked their way through Elm Grove Childcare centre over the last five years.

The team are all so welcoming, welcoming and we have found it to be a very cheerful childcare centre. I would suggest Elm Grove to anyone looking for childcare in Kingston. We are delighted with the care that our daughter continues to receive at Elm Grove.

He has really enjoyed his time at the childcare centre. The childcare centre team has created a really attentive and supportive setting, within which our son has thrived, We’re very cheerful with the rich variety of discovering opportunities and activities that the childcare centre has provided. The team in her room have a excellent connection with her and she’s consistently very cheerful to go in. Upon entering the childcare centre, all team are extremely welcoming and greet us by name. Updates from the key workers on how my kid is getting on, is excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest this childcare centre. My daughter settled so quickly into the childcare centre.

Every single interaction with the team members at Elm Grove is inviting, welcoming, transparent, and clear that they have an understanding of each kid in their care. They make the effort to get to know you as parents, and in just a short space of time, have made us sense like our son is in the next best place other than home with us.
It’s not the facilities that make a childcare centre – it’s the people – fortunately, Elm Grove has both!
We are so grateful to see our son so cheerful, bubbly and thriving – there’s plenty of space, activities are super creative, a remarkable outdoor area, and the focus on education and teaching skills for early years is outstanding – highly suggest meeting the team and taking a tour! Having recently transferred our son to Elm Grove from another childcare centre in May of this year, we have been completely blown away by the level of care and assistance that they have shown our little boy, but also us as parents.
