September 14, 2024 at 9:26 amMy kid is so cheerful to go there every day. With special dietary needs I know it’s not easy but the chef and team all look after her so well. She talks about them all the time and it’s so fantastic to see what a bond they all have with her. Cannot say enough about how lovely the team are here.

Our daughter loves attending the childcare centre and her discovering and development have been greatly enhanced by being there. Childcare centre team and management are expert and attentive.

October 9, 2024 at 9:36 amThank you to everyone at the childcare centre who have looked after him so well along the way. When he first started he took a while to settle but now he runs ahead of me and can’t wait to go in! Whatever room he was in, the team took the time to get to know him and what he liked doing to provide that reassurance that kids need when their parents leave them. I was consistently impressed with the range of activities they do with the kids. Especially now as he’s started school the teaching and care given in pre-school at the childcare centre has equipped him so well. Not just academically but with instilling great values such as sharing, making cheerful choices and being polite.
The team were exceptional with my son but also with us. They consistently answered any query we had and were a welcoming face each day. Thank you so much for everything, we shall miss you! My son has just graduated, having attended since he was 1.

They come home talking about their day’s activities, meals and their friends. The team have consistently been compassionate, attentive and supportive and nurture close relationships with the kids to help them sense secure. We have had two kids at the childcare centre, both starting in baby care and going all the way through to finishing preschool.

October 24, 2024 at 2:09 pmThe team are fantastic, attentive and personable. You never sense like a number or an inconvenience. My daughter has learnt an astonishing amount. The atmosphere is cheerful and joyful. Sadly there has been a bit of team turnover but that’s inevitable with the current climate.
Thank you so much! My four year old has been at the childcare centre for nearly two years (having attended another Bright Horizons childcare centre) and I had no hesitation when it came to sending my one year old.

November 28, 2024 at 9:57 pmThe childcare centre has outstanding and lovely team (who she adores) and she has a excellent mix of different activities and a varied day. She consistently eats everything (!) and we are cheerful with the menus and balanced food offered. We have both been really impressed with the response to COVID and how the childcare centre has handled it. All in all, we’re so cheerful with the childcare centre and how much our daughter loves going (runs in every day with a huge smile). Our 19-month-old daughter has been going since she was almost six months old.

The babies here consistently seem cheerful and engaged in activities, there is consistently a positive atmosphere in the room and I think that’s why my charge loves it. We appreciate the time the team take to get to know us, even the chef who brings him snacks. I often bring my charge here as he adores the baby care unit.

I really suggest it. My son was really upset when he first started childcare centre but the team are so compassionate he settled soon.

It is 100% down to the in-house chef that my son eats and has such a varied appetite. He’s also a true asset to the childcare centre!
A big thank you to everyone at Bright Horizons East Greenwich. I cannot speak highly enough of this childcare centre!
The childcare centre manager and deputy manager have been so supportive and accommodating during coronavirus which has meant so very much to our family!!
The team in the baby room are so attentive with the babies.

To top this, she has had a excellent time celebrating with her friends the special graduation day that the childcare centre organised for them. Despite all the current restrictions in place the team managed to make the day very special for them. The friendships that she created during this time at childcare centre and the adore and assistance she received from the team will be with her forever. Thank you so much again for everything! It’s time for my daughter to graduate from East Greenwich Bright Horizons childcare centre after 3 and a half years of attending full time.

February 28, 2025 at 10:21 amWe have not had a single thing we could possibly question or complain about in the past 2 years. The team are fantastic and quickly become a second family. They are attentive, welcoming, passionate and motivated and consistently want the best for the kids. My daughter has happily gone into childcare centre every day and is off to school as a well-rounded, confident, intelligent young girl mostly thanks to her fantastic key workers. Special mention has got to go to the manager and the chef. My daughter’s eyes light up when she sees them and they are the kindest people you will meet. If you are deliberating sending your kid here, do not hesitate, it was the best decision we ever made. As my daughter finishes up the happiest two years at Bright Horizons, I thought I’d write a review.

February 28, 2025 at 10:37 amWe had a choice of 3 nurseries in the area, being an anxious mum the decision was super hard for me! But I felt that this one had the most lovely, welcoming atmosphere, somewhere that I would want to hang out all day! I’m so glad we chose this childcare centre as it feels like a family, which has been super important since Covid came along. She thrived in the baby room, with the really attentive team, and now waltzes into toddler room every day, super cheerful, and loves her keyworker plus all the other team. It’s the little touches for us that make it special here, the printed photos and homemade cards that the team take their time to do. She has lots of garden time (the garden is lovely) and obviously does lots of singing and dancing which she brings home, and the meals look delicious. I am very cheerful with this childcare centre. My daughter has been going to this childcare centre for a year now.

March 3, 2025 at 8:43 amRegular updates on the app about day to day activities, sleep times, milk and food intake etc is really useful. Updates on my kid’s development via the app is also really nice to see, as you don’t often have time to ask during drop off/pick up. The team take photos throughout the day, which is really lovely to see. Our keyworker is really supportive and my kid loves her. He consistently goes to and leaves childcare centre with the biggest smile. We adore this childcare centre.

March 8, 2025 at 7:20 amI would have preferred not so many nurses to leave, as it upsets my sons routine, as he lost his point of reference. This should be a very key point when hiring new profiles, so they can give continuity to the development path. Thanks to East Greenwich Day Childcare centre, my son has developed many skills and he has learnt how to treat his friends and nurses with adore and respect.

March 28, 2025 at 12:05 amShe started there when she was 13 months old, has been full time since and I just cannot believe how quick time went. She has come a long way academically after having spent about 5 months at home with full time working parents, childcare centre has been so supportive and prepped her well for school. But most importantly, every morning she skips and sings when we are walking to childcare centre, she spent most of last 3 years there and she loved it! Both my kids attended East Greenwich childcare centre, my son 5 years ago and now my daughter just graduated and she is starting big school in September.

April 25, 2025 at 11:11 amEven though they are six years apart, the care and standard are outstanding and it has only become stronger throughout the years. The refurbishment made the childcare centre have all the facilities we could wish for and all team is well trained, compassionate and extremely polite. The management of the childcare centre is incredible and we constantly suggest the childcare centre to friends and family. This is our second kid at this childcare centre.

I know that my son is having healthy food every day, enjoying games and discovering many things. He’s not two yet but sings all the rhymes, counts to 10, expresses himself, knows his manners.
