We adore the app with regular updates on what food our daughter has eaten what activities she has done and how long she has slept, overall this childcare centre is incredible. My daughter loves going to Banana Moon Day Childcare centre, she’s consistently so cheerful afterwards, she has made lots and lots of friends and brings back nice paintings and drawings she loves her (childcare centre educators) and consistently talks about them.

The team are remarkable. They are genuinely welcoming, attentive and attentive. The app is exceptional and keeps me informed of my daughter’s day and the enjoyable activities provided. It’s hard leaving your kid, but I know the level of care provided is outstanding. I’d suggest this childcare centre to anyone. Both my kids have attended this childcare centre, and I’ve only had positive experiences.

I was quite worried about my son starting there at 11 months old but he settled in so well. Now 7 months on he absolutely loves going and adores the team. The team are incredible, they welcome my son like he is family every morning and shower him with so much adore. They keep me up to date with what he has been doing at childcare centre with lots of photos and videos. Plus they consistently have time to talk to me at the drop-offs and pick-ups too. My son has learnt so much at childcare centre, he now can self soothe himself to sleep, he knows more words, he is highly sociable and he is beginning to share with others. They provide him with so many exciting opportunities every day which I can’t provide at home. I cannot think of a negative thing to say about the childcare centre, they are truly remarkable and we sense so lucky to send our son there. Thank you to all the team for their hard work and dedication, it truly shines through. Me, my husband and little one think that Banana Moon Day Childcare centre is incredible!

The app was updated every day for our peace of mind. The members of the Mini Moons teams knew exactly how to settle him in such as his favourite toys and books and were able to summarise how he got on each day at pick up time. Highly recommended! My son has had a excellent journey and did lots of different activities.

There aren’t enough words to describe just how exceptional this childcare centre is, considering where we have been to previously. I have a hard to please one-year-old and a sociable two-year-old and the team at the childcare centre consistently go above and beyond for both kids, highly attentive, attentive and consistently enjoyable! There’s consistently a huge range of activities within minutes of my kids arriving, there’s often a picture popped up of them doing something already and the app to keep you updated is remarkable. Seeing pictures and now videos throughout the day is a massive added bonus. Not to mention the meals provided are lovely, both my kids eat them along with seconds most of the time. It’s consistently difficult to leave your kids in the care of someone else, however, I’ve never felt so confident leaving my two at Banana Moon Day Childcare centre Wollaton.

The warmth that we receive when we walk in the door puts both my kid and myself immediately at ease. Team are enthusiastic, confident, compassionate, respectful, creative and so enjoyable. All the team in the baby room have gotten to know my kid and know her and her interests truly well. They consistently make it a point to tell me what she’s been up to and I adore all the pictures and updates we receive through the app that they use. The food is outstanding and the team are exceptional at teaching my kid to eat properly and to eat a variety of foods. My kid loves all the activities and I consistently sense like she will be having an incredible day when I drop her off- a great feeling because I miss her so much during the day. I know she’s discovering and able to do fantastic activities we don’t do at home. My older kid (now in school) also loved Banana Moon and team still greet her when we pick up the youngest! Thank you so much, Banana Moon. Banana Moon is an incredible childcare centre.

As nervous first time parents we felt reassured and found all the team we encountered to be polite, welcoming, welcoming, well‑informed and above all – had the kids’s best interests at heart.
My daughter has now been at the childcare centre for 3 months, she has settled well, engaging with all the team in the baby room, interacting with the other babies, playing with the huge selection of toys that encourage discovering and sensory playtime, enjoying the garden and the many different activities such as painting, biscuit making, card making, finger and foot printing to name a few. She naps well at the childcare centre, we regularly liaise with the team to ensure her naps are consistent with what we do at home, she eats well – there is consistently a great variety of healthy meals and snacks. We get regular updates via the app and at pick ups from the team and we are truly cheerful with Banana Moon! From the first day we went to look around the childcare centre, we knew Banana Moon Day Childcare centre Wollaton was the right place for our daughter.

I sense he has grown so much in self‑assurance since going to childcare centre and consistently has a big smile on his face when I pick him up! I adore that all the team seem to know his name – it shows me that they are a tight-knit community and take the time to get to know all of the kids under their care. The garden facilities are outstanding and I adore the fact that kids from different age groups can interact in the garden. They have been outstanding in providing healthy, nutritious and varied food to my little boy, working around his intolerances, which I greatly appreciated. They have also made me sense involved and included in his care despite Covid and the limitations it has posed. I am exceptionally cheerful I decided to send my little boy to this childcare centre.

From the first settling-in session I was at ease, you could tell the team genuinely cared for her and are highly welcoming and approachable. I sense that my daughter has developed so much since starting here and it’s excellent to see this and I adore seeing all the activities she does during the day (via the app updates) as it’s stuff I would never think to do with her. Having placed my daughter here in May, I was nervous especially as she hadn’t interacted with many kids due to covid restrictions.

My kids have become so confident now, I sense confident that they are well cared for and I’m looking forward to more changes and development in them.
