Banana Moon Day Nursery Walsall

The team have looked after my little boy both emotionally and educationally since he was 18 months old and I can’t thank them enough. This nursery really recognises what my boy enjoys and they have used that to help him learn. Thank you, Banana Moon, Walsall.

Banana Moon Day Nursery is a great setting which caters to my child’s needs effectively. The staff at Banana Moon helped my child to reach her full potential through all aspects of her learning. They supported me as a parent by keeping me updated on my child’s progress. Staff always have fun interactive activities which promote my child’s learning.

Excellent nursery, very happy with the development of my child. I love the commitment from the key workers. They invest a lot of attention to my child.

Brilliant nursery. My daughter loves going here, the staff really made us feel welcome and always made the kids smile. All staff are very friendly and work well with parents and always keep you up to date with what your child has been doing while they are at the nursery. Just like to say a big thank you to everyone.

We couldn’t be happier that we chose to send our son to this nursery. The management and staff are incredible and our son has come on leaps and bounds since starting. He looks forward to coming to the nursery and always comes out laughing and sharing stories of his day. We feel that the staff genuinely cares for our son and this makes such a difference when sending him in. The food is incredible as are all the other provisions provided.

My little one started at the nursery in August. Being a full time working mum I was apprehensive how she would settle in. However, I had nothing to worry about. The nursery were extremely accommodating and my little one settled in extremely well. The food is prepared fresh which I love. Her routine was followed as closely as possible which I was grateful for. 5 months in and I have difficulty taking my little one home – she loves it that much! The manager and all the staff are extremely warm and accommodating. Will definitely carry on using the nursery and will recommend to others.

This nursery is great! The process was really quick and easy to get my child settled in. My daughter took to the nursery straight away and the staff are lovely. The app is a great way to see what your child has done throughout the day and to see how they have got on.

My daughter, who is now two, has been attending this nursery since she was six months old. The staff are fantastic and my daughter’s key worker’s indicative role has noticeably played a huge part in my daughter’s development. The staff are all so attentive and caring towards her and always spend time to provide detailed feedback on her daily activities at the end of each day. My daughter looks forward to attending nursery every day and even talks about her friends and the nursery staff at home. I work full-time and rely on the nursery to look after my child. I can honestly say, my mind is at ease when she is there, as I know she is in exceptionally good hands. Kudos well deserved to all the staff at this setting.

The fact our son runs up to the members of staff wanting to cuddle and start singing before we even get in the nursery says it all. The staffs enthusiasm towards the care of the children is immensely comforting for a parent that was once nervous and scared to leave them at nursery for the first time. They attend to your child’s individual needs, for example if your child has eczema, hair needs combing or needs medication. They are extremely supportive in making sure this is involved in there daily routine, with the effort of signing a form and them bringing you the form to show you that they have done it. There feedback is constructive which is helpful as nursery is a child’s second home so working in partnership with them helps their development even more. The creativity in play and cooking and the activities throughout the day, helps our son learn so much and he is learning very fast! The nursery involve the parents as much as possible and it’s nice to be one big happy family.

The standard of care at Banana Moon Day Nursery in Walsall is excellent. My child attends full-day sessions at the nursery and absolutely loves her time there.
Communication between her key carer and myself through the app (and in person) is fantastic and I’m always kept up to date with what she’s been doing throughout the day in terms of activities, education and mealtimes.
The quality of the app in particular is excellent, allowing me to ask questions or post my own updates to support her development alongside her key carer.
I’d recommend this nursery to anyone looking for childcare, especially if you’re looking for a place with excellent communication, home-cooked meals, a broad range of educational activities and a much more personal level of care for your child through the key worker.
