The team are remarkable and my daughter’s key worker’s indicative role has noticeably played a huge part in my daughter’s development. The team are all so attentive and attentive towards her and consistently spend time to provide detailed feedback on her daily activities at the end of each day. My daughter looks forward to attending childcare centre every day and even talks about her friends and the childcare centre team at home. I work full-time and rely on the childcare centre to look after my kid. I can honestly say, my mind is at ease when she is there, as I know she is in exceptionally great hands. Kudos well deserved to all the team at this setting. My daughter, who is now two, has been attending this childcare centre since she was six months old.

The childcare centre manager is remarkable and is consistently pleasant and willing to spend the time to discuss how your kid is getting on and the enjoyable they’ve had that day! All the team are fantastic and our son comes home from childcare centre excited and full of stories. Our son also loves to look at the childcare centre app and see pictures of himself and his friends having lots of enjoyable and discovering new things! Being a full time working mum I was apprehensive how she would settle in. However, I had nothing to worry about. The childcare centre were exceptionally accommodating and my little one settled in exceptionally well. The food is prepared fresh which I adore. Her routine was followed as closely as possible which I was grateful for. 5 months in and I have difficulty taking my little one home – she loves it that much! The manager and all the team are exceptionally inviting and accommodating. Will definitely carry on using the childcare centre and will suggest to others. My little one started at the childcare centre in August.

The team have been highly supportive when my kid has been settling in childcare centre. They have worked alongside me in regard to his needs and have been a excellent assistance system. The childcare centre provides excellent nutritious meals and caters to all dietary requirements. Overall, Banana Moon is a excellent childcare centre and I highly suggest it to parents that are looking for a childcare centre that is incredible all round. As a parent, I’m a highly satisfied parent.

It was a tough decision to send my baby anywhere but the manager quickly comforted me and reassured my worries. My little one has loved childcare centre, consistently discovering new things and surprising me. Her speech has come on wonderfully and so has her self‑assurance! To know my daughter has been in secure hands and looked after well throughout the day has meant the world to me as a working Asian mum. I sense like the team are another family for my kid and she has somewhere to look forward to playtime and learn. The food is excellent and has helped my kid learn to delight in different tastes and textures. The daily app is updated regularly and gives me information on what my daughter has done and eaten, and even when she has been changed! The team work so hard here and I am forever grateful that my daughter had the pleasure of discovering and growing in their company. The positive vibes are strong! Thank you. The manager and the team have been incredible for myself and my baby.

The process was truly quick and easy to get my kid settled in. My daughter took to the childcare centre straight away and the team are lovely. The app is a excellent way to see what your kid has done throughout the day and to see how they have got on.

My baby was born in lockdown so was highly clingy and would cry a lot when I would leave her. But after two weeks of intermittent tears, she is settled. My baby loves Banana Moon. I receive daily updates about how she has got on that day. The team are excellent they do a lot of sensory playtime with the babies and lots of other enjoyable activities. She enjoys a variety of meals and snacks throughout the day. She is developing into a confident little girl, she comes home and babbles loads, is highly cheerful and excitable and has an increased sense of curiosity. She has also brought her first painting home. The team are highly flexible, welcoming and I know my baby is well looked after there. I would definitely suggest Banana Moon Walsall. I am a first-time mum and putting my 10mth old into a childcare centre was a daunting and upsetting journey.
