The convenient updates app for parents while at work and the engaging activities such as baking, art projects, and workshops have further impressed me. The childcare centre has also been supportive of my potty training efforts at home, maintaining a consistent routine that has benefited my son’s advancement. I endorse this childcare centre to other parents, as it provides a nurturing setting I witness the strong bond my boy has formed with the crew as he often mentions them. The manager and the rest of the team deserve recognition for their consistency and dedication. My little one started nursery setting in January 2022 at the age of 1, I had initial concerns about the nursery’s less than exceptional Ofsted report. It warms my heart to see their positive relationship. They have played a significant role in the growth and growth of my young lad. However, I have no regrets about choosing this childcare centre for my little one.

My boy has just graduated from this nursery setting. Whenever I picked him up he was always smiling and thrilled. He had a lovely time coming here and really thrived in the nurturing setting. They handled all the pandemic stuff really well and there was good correspondence throughout.

One thing I enjoy about the management team is you actually see them engaging with the little ones. A big thanks to team for helping me get my little man all sorted to start a few months back and giving me a virtual show around to stick to covid 19 measures and a big thanks continuously to his key person for all the care she’s given also all the lovely ladies in the baby moon room! The ladies in the baby moon room are great with my little one and even the management team are extremely understanding and relatable. Banana Moon is a setting where you will see team thrilled to be there and even your little one! My young lad has recently started there a few months ago and has become so independent and showing so many developmental changes, as being my first baby I was exceptionally anxious about leaving him but the team are always reassuring and thrilled to help with reliability.

After looking for a good early‑years hub for our little one, finally we found Banana Moon, close to the house, and they have all that we need. Our little one is so delighted there, and she enjoys the team. The best thing is the security.

Thank you for all that you do and keep doing – the manager and the remarkable team. We have been attending this childcare centre since 2020 and my girl absolutely adores it. Cannot wait to see her blossom just like her sister. I now have my second little one starting and the settling-in sessions have been so great. The early‑years hub is so immaculate and well-organised and the app helps so much to see what they get up to in the day. The team are lovely and so are the managers.

Staff are attentive and engaging with the youngsters, and there is a positive culture. Fantastic childcare centre that both our kids treasure going to. They have a good balance of activities and discovering and advancement through the classes as they are ready.

We sent our young lad here from the age of 1 year old. I can honestly say Banana Moon took all the worries away with regular updates on how our young lad is doing throughout the day on the parent app, and welcomed phone calls to the setting if we wanted to speak to the team to ask how he is doing. Definitely advocate this early‑years hub to everyone and wouldn’t hesitate to use Banana Moon again if we have another kid. The personnel are great and do everything they can to make this the best possible period for a youngster and parents. This put our minds at rest. A brilliant nursery setting overall. Over the prior couple of years, he has really enjoyed himself made some great friends and learnt a lot. As first time parents we were apprehensive about sending him to a childcare centre at such a young age.

The childcare centre has adapted its routine to ensure that my youngster is always included in all aspects of exploring and that her allergies are taken truly seriously. My young lady has been attending Banana Moon for the past two years and has blossomed beautifully. Both my boy and girl have serious allergies, and this was the only nursery setting that was able to meet my son’s healthcare needs six years ago, hence when I had to select a early‑years hub for my girl, I didn’t think twice. The management team are extraordinary; they are truly approachable with an open-door policy and are fantastic at helping us parents feel valued.
