Banana Moon Day Nursery Harbury

My son started at Banana Moon back in June and despite all of the various restrictions due to COVID, I have been delighted with the care and support he has received at Banana Moon. The staff have made every attempt to ensure parents are kept up to date on their child’s development both at drop off and collection and via the app. The app has been invaluable and I love seeing the updates on what he has done during the day. On the rare occasion he has been a bit unsure at drop off the staff make sure to contact me to let me know he is ok.

I love it here and so does my son who is two. He has loved every room he has been in so far. Every week he is learning new things and he is coming along really well thanks to all the staff here. I have been taking my son her since he was six months old and have never had one bad word to say about the nursery or the staff. They are really understanding and work well besides me if my son is having any health issues.

Our daughter has been attending Banana Moon Day Nursery Harbury since she was twenty months old when we relocated from Dorset. All the staff have been wonderful and really helped settle her in when she first started and then with the transition between rooms. Our daughter is always happy when we pick her up and loves telling us about all the activities that she has been doing in the day. The staff are great at giving us updates in person and via the app and they have also helped our daughter with her fussy eating. The manager and one other member of staff have been exceptionally helpful and accommodating when we have needed extra or altered childcare arrangements. I would highly recommend Banana Moon Day Nursery Harbury as our daughter loves it and we are very happy with every aspect of the nursery.

Please don’t hesitate to choose this nursery for your child. Super professional, organised, caring and supportive of child’s needs, whether physical, emotional or developmental. Excellent management and great staff, healthy home-cooked meals and good adherence to the Early Years framework. A very positive experience for our family during those sensitive and formative early years. Best decision we made.

A fantastic Nursery with brilliant Staff. The Manager and the team do everything they can to make little ones feel welcome and ensure that they are cared for to the highest standards! The food and facilities are excellent. My little boy joined at thirteen months in May 2021 (lockdown baby) and he loves it.

This nursery has been brilliant at accommodating my child’s needs.
The staff are fantastic and kind and friendly, when you enter the nursery you get a warm homely sensation and feel for the place.
They make sure that the child is looked after and takes part in activities, feels included and is not left out.
I also like the regular updates and photos that I receive, it’s a great way to feel reassured that my child is having fun etc.

Our little one loves her time at Banana Moon. The girls have been amazing at getting her settled and really encouraging her personality to shine through. She is allowed to be a child and isn’t forced into complicated activities, but is challenged enough to be learning all the skills she needs to keep progressing. All of the staff have been loving, kind and caring for my daughter as if she was their own. I’d definitely recommend Banana Moon for parents who are looking for their children to have fun and progress at their own rate, whilst being cared for with lots of fun, love and cuddles!

My 15 month old son has been in the baby room at Banana Moon Harbury for 6 months. He is very happy at nursery and has a great time learning through play with the nursery team. The girls who work in the baby room are all caring, friendly and helpful. My little boy is really happy to see them every morning.
The app is especially useful as I can see what he has eaten, naps and any other activities.
The management of the nursery is also very organised. The menus are good and varied.
Excellent nursery supported by a family feel.

My son has been at Banana Moon Day Nursery Harbury for 7 months now and it’s clear he loves his time there! The staff are wonderfully attentive, and loving and just appear to have so much fun with all the babies. I also love all the regular photo updates and captions so lovely to see when you’re working a long shift. They are great at communicating via the app and updating it regularly and you can tell they have a lovely relationship with the babies and really care about them.

My nephew settled really quickly, and each staff member in the baby room take such good care of him! He’s come on developmentally since starting and loves the variety of activities they have on offer each day, especially all the messy and sensory play they do! All staff in the nursery greet us each day with a smile and know each child by name, even staff in other rooms. The food is yummy and has opened a whole range of different food groups to try. The room is calming and inviting and they follow the children’s interest which is really lovely to see! The app they use is fab to see what they have been doing, as well as keeping a log of sleep, nappy changes and invoices. The owner and manager are quick to reply to emails and are very good at offering advice and are always there to answer any questions. My nephew can’t wait to get out of the car in the morning and the smile on his face says it all! Would highly recommend it!
