September 18, 2024 at 8:13 amThe childcare centre is an incredible place, and the team go above and beyond. It’s such a family vibe, and I know my kids are in the best hands. I would highly suggest the childcare centre, and I wouldn’t even contemplate another childcare centre. The team are all so welcoming and compassionate. I cannot praise them enough! My little boy started at the childcare centre at just 5-months-old, his sister is already at the childcare centre, and he has been for over a year.

September 27, 2024 at 11:40 amThey are excellent at working with you to help settle your kid if needed, potty training and getting them ready to go to school. The meals the kids receive are outstanding. It was sad to see my kid leave, but she ran into school on her 1st day. They helped with getting her to this point. Thank you. If you’re looking for a little childcare centre that will encourage your kid to develop and be ready for school, what are you waiting for? Go for it they are fab. Lovely little childcare centre, highly welcoming and welcoming.

The childcare centre has gone above and beyond to assistance with his speech and language development. Lovely childcare centre, location and team.

Detailed daily feedback and the kids are consistently engaging in enjoyable activities. It’s so lovely to log in online and see daily pictures of what they’ve been getting up too.
My little boy has been going since he was 5 months old and as a new mum working full time it puts my mind at ease knowing he’s in such great care and loves his days exploring at The Old School Day Childcare centre.
Team consistently keep parents updated and highly accommodating.
The only point I would make is how the days they attend are non-negotiable to swap on odd occasions they have to be set days, you can’t change days as a one off but this isn’t a complaint.
I’m cheerful with my little boy’s development and I sense he will continue to learn, grow and delight in his time at The Old School Day Childcare centre. My son loves coming to childcare centre, he knows when we pull up outside and gets all excited.

January 4, 2025 at 10:14 amSo understanding and lovely throughout the settling in period, offering additional sessions too and letting my little boy take it at his own pace. We were truly worried about how he and the team would cope with his speech difficulties, but we’ve had no issues at all. He’s never been to a childcare centre before and just over a month in he’s constantly asking to go and doesn’t want to leave when he’s there. Couldn’t have asked for better! Incredible childcare centre and incredible team!

January 9, 2025 at 6:34 amShe is 3 now and she loves going to childcare centre. She enjoys Forest School and the remarkable range of activities that the team prepare for the kids. The parent zone app enables me to see lovely photos of what she has been doing each day and my daughter loves to look back at these each evening. The team are incredible and go over and beyond each day. There are lots of stay and playtime sessions available to us as parents which I have participated in and it’s excellent to see my daughter interacting with the other kids. I would highly suggest this childcare centre. My little girl started at The Old School Day Childcare centre & Pre-school when she was 9 months old and she has flourished and this is thanks to the excellent team and the activities that they provide.

February 19, 2025 at 9:03 pmSince January 2018 he has attended full-time and has thrived in the setting which has nurtured his interests, helped him become a confident and assertive boy while tending to his health concerns.
The team consistently provide relevant feedback and updates is great on a daily basis. In the last few weeks, the childcare centre team have put all their efforts into fundraising for the Kids’s Hospital (who look after my son) and raised over £600 while having so much enjoyable and getting all of the kids involved. Incredible! Well done! The Old School Day Childcare centre & Pre-school have looked after my son for over 18 months.

I did start off putting her in this one for the convenience of location – as it is only a 2-minute drive from where I work – but I am so cheerful with my choice.
The team are all outstanding, she is consistently greeted with a smile and never looks back to say bye now, just runs straight in.
She is consistently talking about certain team members when we ask her who she is going to see and playtime with at childcare centre today.
Overall, exceptional team and I cannot wait for her next journey to the preschool room later this year.

I adore being able to see what he is doing through pictures and updates on the app and it truly puts you at ease as a parent. I can’t fault the childcare centre, the team, the facilities or the care they provide. The Old School Day Childcare centre have been exceptional with my son.

Their updates is faultless and are consistently on the phone if there is a problem with your kid, and the team are consistently upbeat and bubbly. I definitely made the right choice for my little one in choosing this childcare centre. Remarkable childcare centre!

The team at the Old School are highly welcoming, welcoming and consistently help as much as they can. Every member of team knows and greets my kid, even though they are in separate rooms. My daughter runs into childcare centre to see the team members and kids. I consistently sense secure leaving my kid at childcare centre and she enjoys every day. The daily updates and parents’ app is incredible, it’s lovely to see all her feedback and photos daily. The childcare centre has a lovely atmosphere, is inviting and is such a calming, neutral setting. My kid’s key worker is incredible, she knows all her strengths and weaknesses and plans activities to enhance her development in all areas. The manger is highly welcoming, supportive, and relatable as a parent. My daughter calls the team members by their names and looks forward to coming into childcare centre, I would highly suggest it. I couldn’t be happier with the standard of care my kid receives here!

July 6, 2025 at 6:58 pmShe is so much more confident and will approach other kids with enthusiasm it is highly refreshing to see. Our daughter was a previously looked after kid and we had worked highly hard on positive attachment, to say I was anxious about her attending childcare centre would be an understatement. However, the childcare centre were highly understanding and offered lots of assistance to her and myself with extended settle sessions and in-depth updates on how she is adjusting to childcare centre life. I am highly grateful to two team members. Keep up the excellent work! Our daughter has only been attending The Old School Childcare centre for a short time but we have noticed an incredible transformation in her socialisation skills.
