Barry (Bumble Bees) - Little Inspirations

My son has been attending first Little Inspirations and now Bumblebees since he was 5 months old (he is now 4 years) I have been so impressed with the care he has been given over the years. All staff are amazing with the children and I have full faith and trust them implicitly. My son has always been happy attending and I feel that the nursery has provided him with the best possible start to his care and education.

This is my second time using this nursery as my eldest daughter also attended and loved her time here. I choose this nursery for the second time for a few reasons. I had full confidence in the security so I knew my second child would be just as safe as my first and with the pandemic, this was the reassurance I needed. The girls there really care about the little ones and you can see that in everything they do. The meals are healthy and wholesome. I love the fact that they send you pictures of your little one’s adventures throughout the week on the app. Especially now when we can’t go into the room to collect them. The app is very good it shows you what your little one is up to, for example how much they have eaten, etc and it is updated throughout the day. It is easy to use and allows for almost instant contact for questions (obviously you can ring for any pressing issues). I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone thinking of using them.

My little boy has been attending Bumble Bees since September 2020. Signing him up to a nursery during the pandemic was a worry for us, but after viewing the nursery we felt reassured that he would be safe. The nursery was exceptionally clean and staff are always friendly. We particularly enjoy using the Famly app to see what he’s eaten, pictures of his day, and to message staff members. Messages are always replied to promptly. Pick up and drop-offs always go smoothly and I feel safe with the nursery’s procedures for other people collecting my child when I am not able to. Meals and snacks are always well-balanced and nutritious. Overall a fantastic nursery which I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

I put my child in the nursery last year we were going through the pandemic so I could start a new job! Staff look after my son extremely well especially with my son being born 6 weeks early and few complications, also as a mother who was diagnosed with postnatal anxiety and PTSD after a traumatic birth the nursery staff have welcomed my son into nursery. He has come on leaps and bounds, my son is now just over 2 years old, his learning and speaking and have come on so good. I love the Family App on my phone so I know what he has eaten that day and what he getting up to, you might see some photos of your child playing which they put on the Family app, which is personal to you and private. I love this nursery so much I love taking my boy to nursery with a smile on his face knowing he is going to have a good time with all his friends and learning. Also when I pick him up he is so happy to see me and also sad that he is leaving his friends behind. Lovely nursery, the best one I’ve put him in.

This is a lovely nursery, my little girl always has a smile on her face every morning when greeted at the gate. She smiles at all the staff members and is clearly very happy being led inside. I was very impressed with the effort put in by the staff to get to know my little girl when she first started and this has clearly paid off. The app is a great tool that allows me to monitor what she’s eaten etc. and the nursery staff always make an effort to take photographs so I can see what she has been doing. My little girl always comes home with artwork/crafts which she is very proud of and happily displays at home. A lovely nursery that I would happily recommend.

My daughter has been attending Barry Bumble Bees since January 2022. As a parent, I was apprehensive about her starting something new but my goodness there really was no need to worry. I was so happy after I left the setting when registering. The manager was reassuring and answered all questions before me asking! 6 months later and my daughter’s come on leaps and bounds, always happy to walk into ‘school’ and talk about her day afterwards. The staff are great in all aspects eg communication, caring for my child and teaching her life skills. I really couldn’t recommend Barry Bumble Bees enough. I’m so happy that I plan to continue to have my daughter at the setting at the same time she starts bigger school either mornings or afternoons. My child is happy which makes me happy! Very happy with my child’s overall experience, she has settled beautifully well into the placement and is clearly happy. The staff are all friendly and approachable, the app communication is excellent.

A really nice little nursery. My daughter loves going and always has something nice to say when she comes home. The staff are friendly and keep us up to date on my daughter’s day-to-day. There’s a great and varied indoor play space and a large outdoor play space.

Amazing nursery, amazing staff. Great communication between parents and staff. Understanding the child’s health, if there are any issues they have. They have a great routine, my child is eating more new stuff. I have a happy child every time she comes out of nursery. All in all, just amazing.

Bumble Bees is an excellent nursery! My daughter looks forward to nursery every day and has developed a lovely relationship with all members of staff, who are extremely caring and welcoming. When my daughter first started, it was during covid, so the opportunity to see the setting wasn’t possible, but parents were recently invited to an open evening to explore and talk about the themes and activities the children participate in, which emphasised how good a nursery Bumble Bees is. My daughter was really excited and proud to show me around and didn’t want to leave. I would strongly recommend Bumble Bees to any parent looking for childcare.
