King's Hall Pelican Nursery

My daughter started Nursery 1 at the beginning of September 2016, aged 2 years and 9 months.
Given this was her first time in a nursery setting, I was understandably apprehensive, however, my nerves very quickly eased when I arrived. The staff were so welcoming and reassuring. They are incredibly accommodating to the child’s and the parent’s needs. My daughter quickly settled, she was given the attention and interaction that she needed to feel calm and safe in a strange/new environment. The staff in Nursery 1 are a fantastic team, they are passionate about the children and work hard to keep the family/carers involved in the child’s education there at the nursery.
They make every effort to get to know all aspects of the child’s life in order to keep continuity between home and nursery.
We are very fortunate to have the opportunity to send our child to a fantastic nursery where we know she will be encouraged to develop and learn in a comfortable, safe and understanding environment.
