The manager and her team are absolutely incredible. One member of team made my daughter sense welcomed and part of their big family. They helped her with her insecurities and I can see the excitement on my daughter’s face when she is telling me about the childcare centre. I think every parent wants to know that their kids are secure and loved. My words can’t express the gratitude towards the team.

I suggest Westside Pre-School to every parent I talk to. My daughter loves the childcare centre and looks forward to going every day. The team are lovely and can talk to them with anything you need. My daughter has a exceptional relationship with the childcare centre worker. My daughter is consistently excited to see what today’s adventure will be. I cannot fault this childcare centre, they remained open throughout Covid-19 and I am entirely grateful for their services. The team are not only highly expert but are remarkable and go well and beyond with attentive for kids. We are consistently greeted with a inviting welcome and the kids are consistently pleased to see them and walk straight in with ease. The centre is fully equipped with various toys and education materials as well as an outdoor area for exercise and enjoyable activities. The team consistently bring a high level of enjoyable and entertainment, whilst the kids are discovering as well. It is worth mentioning that there are numerous excursions that are remarkable and all kids will delight in. From a parents perspective, you are provided with sufficient information around the agenda which provides comfort, knowing your kid is going to have a enjoyable-filled day. They remained open throughout the pandemic, delivering activity parcels to the kids that could not attend due to government guidelines and did it all with a spring in their step. All the team are supportive, welcoming and approachable. The management team are incredible, they are highly well‑informed, expert and can consistently offer great advice and point you in the right direction when needed. It is lovely to see management participating in the activities with the kids and really getting to know each kid (we all know most management teams are solely office-based these days). The opportunities they provide for the kids are incredible, they go out and about and regularly visit the Gunpowder Works and local amenities. The kids delight in heaps of unique discovering experiences and activities. Overall, I adore the service they provide and suggest them to everyone. The team at Westside Pre-School are outstanding – they go above and beyond for all the kids in their care.

The team are all so attentive and welcoming and go above and beyond for the kids and parents. We really will miss everyone at Westside. I would thoroughly suggest Westside childcare centre, my daughter has attended for two years and has had a fantastic time.

The team are incredible, kids treated as if they are one big family. My daughter loves it, she can’t wait to get there and does not want her time at Pre-school to stop. She loves the little outings to the duck pond and park and does not stop talking about her educators and that she’s going to miss them when she goes to big school. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since attending this school. I couldn’t be any happier with the school. Totally suggest this Pre-school.

Well first of all the team are absolutely exceptional with the kids. With Westside there is also room for the parents to be involved, like Fathers Day BBQ – Mothers Day tea and cakes and the fantastic Christmas nativities. The kids get home discovering, baking, reading, gardening to name all but a few.

Very grateful for the help with my kid who was referred for speech therapy through the childcare centre and he has really improved over the 2 years he has been there, consistently lovely team. Everyone has been incredible who works here.

We have been attending there for last five years with our two kids. The team are all remarkable and go above and beyond with attentive for kids. Westside certainly deserve more credit than they get. During lockdown they have kept contact every week, set interesting challenges to do at home as a family, consistently thinking of different ways to entertain kids. By using Interactive Discovering Journey, you can keep up to date with what your kids are doing and also sharing home life with them. When our kid didn’t want to leave us, they would offer reassurance and send a WhatsApp within minutes to let you know all calm. They show interest in all the family and generally are a attentive team. We cannot thank them enough. Westside Pre-school is nothing but incredible.
