September 1, 2024 at 11:10 pmMy kid has settled in easily, and I have no worries about leaving him there all day. He seems cheerful and well looked after and is enjoying the range of activities available to him. As the childcare centre is new, their outdoor area isn’t quite ready yet, but we are looking forward to seeing what they can offer soon. We adore getting updates on our kid’s day and discovering on the app and find updates is great. The team at the childcare centre have been highly welcoming and easy to get to know.

October 23, 2024 at 1:23 amEvery member of team is lovely and the manager is consistently there to help, if we have a problem. Each day our son is at childcare centre, we get updates every day about how well he is doing or not doing. We also get updates on what he’s eaten throughout the day and how long he has slept! I definitely couldn’t suggest a better childcare centre than this one! Such a welcoming childcare centre, as we were viewing nurseries, the Butterfly Patch, Sutton was the one that made us sense the most welcomed and suited the needs we wanted for our son.

October 28, 2024 at 7:06 amThey update the app regularly so I can see just how they are getting on! I’m so glad I picked them for our kid’s childcare centre My kid has settled in here nicely, I get pictures once a week of how my kid is doing and they consistently come home so cheerful!

I am highly comfortable and my son is comfortable and cheerful there. The Butterfly Patch Avenue Primary Academy is one of the best nurseries that any of my kids have been to.

He so looks forward to going to the childcare centre in that even on the days he doesn’t need to attend, he’s stuck at the gate crying as we’re dropping off his elder brother to school. The team are so expert, inviting up to both the kids and their parents too. Remarkable service, the manager is so down to earth. I would suggest this childcare centre every time! Lovely childcare centre.

They do enjoyable activities indoors an outdoors an I would not hesitate to suggest this childcare centre to anyone based on this. They have also been so supportive through out lockdown. My daughter attends the childcare centre and I have seen such a difference in her in a short space of time.

January 16, 2025 at 3:02 pmFrom day 1 the settling assistance she received was remarkable. Nothing got in the way of ensuring that she had the perfect start to Childcare centre. The team are all so welcoming and genuinely care about the kids’s well-being. They listen to parents’ views and provide outstanding feedback. We get regular updates on the activities the kids have been doing and opportunities to participate in a range of national events. As my daughter is about to move to the over 2’s room, preparations have already been put in place to ensure that she has a smooth transition to the new zone. I honestly couldn’t ask for anymore. Thank you. My daughter has been attending the Butterfly Patch at Avenue Primary Academy for a year.

I would not hesitate to suggest the Butterfly Patch to anyone who might be looking for a childcare centre to send their little one to. My son absolutely adores going to childcare centre and there is nothing more I could ask for than that!

March 18, 2025 at 12:21 amWhen I returned to work in October, I was exceptionally worried about leaving him, given he hadn’t spent time with anyone other than his immediate family and it was a huge relief to see him settle in so quickly. The regular updates and photos showing us what a fantastic time he has been having have been truly appreciated and the welcoming, attentive team are a credit to the childcare centre. He gets excited to go to childcare centre every morning and comes home at the end of every day messy and exhausted. This is testament to the excellent day he’s had at The Butterfly Patch Avenue Primary Academy. My one year old absolutely loves going to childcare centre!

March 23, 2025 at 4:36 amIn exceptionally challenging circumstances, they have continued to provide the best care for our kids. Every morning and evening, they are there with a smile on their face. They make you all sense a huge part of the childcare centre family at a time when people could sense isolated. My little boy loves going to childcare centre and he is making remarkable development, which is hugely down to the fantastic adults at the childcare centre. As a parent, I sense the team know my son and genuinely care for him. I’m so pleased we chose The Butterfly Patch Avenue Primary Academy. The team at The Butterfly Patch Avenue Primary Academy have been absolutely incredible over the lockdown period since January.

There are many things which drastically improved since attending this daycare like trying to do an activity on her own, trying to become independent with self care skills and playtime skills. Highly suggest. My daughter absolutely loves to go to The Butterfly Patch Avenue Primary Academy.

I have full self‑assurance in them when I leave my little one in the mornings. Excellent discovering place. I couldn’t have chosen a better childcare centre. I can’t thank them enough for the incredible work they do. My son has been going to The Butterfly Patch Avenue Primary Academy and he loves it.

April 26, 2025 at 4:04 pmI couldn’t thank enough the attentive team who have helped me do this. I sense relaxed leaving her, knowing that she will be secure and have lots of enjoyable.
Much effort goes into providing a wealth of stimulating, enjoyable and exciting activities and the team are excellent at interacting with her. I adore that she plays outside in the fresh air every day, which I think is exceptionally important.
The team give feedback at the end of the day and the app provides a daily ‘Diary’ and observations during the day.
I’m cheerful we chose The Butterfly Patch Avenue. One of the hardest things I’ve done as a parent is to leave our daughter and transition back to work after maternity leave – during a pandemic.

May 6, 2025 at 6:08 amEvery day it is spotless, inviting and has a different range of activities on offer as well as familiar toys and self-selection. The kids are greeted warmly and with a real personal touch. The team have got to know my kid highly well and he has settled in and feels confident and cheerful. The team consistently let you know the details of the day and the app gives you the daily diary and observations during the day, which is excellent! I am highly pleased with the care and kindness that the team show. The childcare centre is beautifully set up and organised.

May 7, 2025 at 1:27 amThe team were incredible with both myself and her at dealing with this and within a fortnight she was skipping through the door (quite literally). My daughter now loves The Butterfly Patch and has made some excellent friends there who she talks about all the time at home. She was previously used to a much bigger childcare centre set-up and I like the more personal touch that is being given at The Butterfly Patch. Having had a truly successful week of settling sessions, my daughter (aged 3) then started getting highly upset at drop off.

He loves the outside time and the garden space is remarkable. We’re highly cheerful and couldn’t have asked for more from a childcare centre. Our 1-year-old has settled into the childcare centre truly well and that is because of the welcoming, attentive and attentive team.

May 20, 2025 at 8:33 pmThe team have helped him to settle well into the childcare centre and he loves the time he spends there. We are kept up to date with his daily activities and can see he is having so much enjoyable! I was initially worried about him being able to sleep in a different setting but the team have been remarkable and he is cheerful having his daily naps. All food is provided and he loves what he is given, often having 2 hot meals a day as part of the daily menu. The setting is brand new and a lovely place to be with a nice sized garden. It is also nice to be located within the school as it feels highly secure. Our son has been attending Butterfly Patch at Avenue since September 2019.
