The team are compassionate, attentive, and attentive. The facilities are excellent, and the setting is consistently so spotless. Everything is included, even down to meals for our little one who has an intolerance. Meals are consistently nutritious and delicious, she eats better at ‘Monkey School’ than at home! The team are really great at keeping parents updated daily and weekly, we adore getting photos through on the app. Cannot suggest Monkey Puzzle West Kensington enough! We adore Monkey Puzzle!

My baby started there at just eight months old and he was the youngest in the group at the time. He was very well looked after from day one. You get the feeling that the team really care and adore their job. They have a excellent app for communicating and also keep track of what your kid is up to throughout the day. I pick up a very cheerful baby at the end of each day. This is a fantastic childcare centre.

She has been going to Monkey Puzzle Day Childcare centre West Kensington since she was one and a half years old. She started from baby room, then she was in toddler and now she is in preschool. It took some time for her to get used to it but now she adores Monkey Puzzle Day Childcare centre West Kensington and so do we as her parents. Every day at home, even on weekends she pretends she is at the childcare centre, she is a teacher and all toys and even us are her Monkey Puzzle Day Childcare centre West Kensington friends. This is so funny but at the same time very interesting because we can see exactly what is happening when our daughter is there, which games they playtime and what team say. She learns a lot from there and we are very cheerful we chose this place for our daughter. My daughter is three years old now.

We’ve found the childcare centre to be outstanding. The team are fantastic and management accommodating and easily contactable. It was a bit rocky to start for my son as he’d only ever been at home with me but he loves it now and has thrived immensely. He is becoming a confident kid not just at home but with other kids in social situations. I sense at ease knowing he is in a secure and loving setting and well looked after. Our daughter was only 8 months when she started and we were new parents so we were a bit nervous. But they were very supportive from the beginning. She has now been there a few months and loves it in there. She is developing so quickly and is clearly very fond of the childcare centre team. The team at Monkey Puzzle are really welcoming and supportive.

The team and new management are extremely supportive and have done a excellent job with exploring ways to increase her development and I believe she’s really thriving now! Everyone is compassionate and fellow parents are also welcoming. The childcare centre has an app to update you on your kid’s development and what they’ve done throughout the day and it includes pictures, which is an terrific pick me up if you ever have a tough day at work. My daughter has been at this childcare centre for around a year now and is so cheerful there!

Originally chose them because they were more flexible than other local nurseries, but have since found them to also be very inclusive, diverse and expert.
Since attending, my daughter has improved noticably in her language of comprehension skills.
I rate the discovering schedule they employ and updates with parents. A very well run and organised childcare centre.

Our daughter has been going there since she was 10 months old, and she’s now 3 and a half. It has helped her development immensely and she loves going there every day. The team are all very compassionate and loving and attentive. They playtime so many different games and do different activities every day, as well as dancing, singing and counting in different languages. The setting itself is really excellent, very spacious, with two playgrounds. The food is freshly cooked every day. Our daughter loves the food actually! And it’s excellent to follow the updates on the app as to how her day is going. Our older son also attended Monkey Puzzle from the baby room all the way until he started primary school. Overall we’re really cheerful with our choice of childcare centre and would highly suggest. Monkey Puzzle Day Childcare centre West Kensington is a remarkable childcare centre.

We choose this childcare centre for our first kid who was 14 months at the time which was super nerve-racking and an unfamiliar new journey for us but they have been remarkable from day 1. Our daughter is in the baby room and she absolutely loves coming here, she loves the childcare centre practitioners in her room, they are all exceptional with her. Well-fed every day, remarkable activities carefully planned out, outdoor playtime and she is allowed to explore independently too. The level of teaching and discovering here is excellent and she has come in leaps and bounds with updates and overall development. The app also makes us sense so included as parents, with the end of the week updates, pictures, daily routine documented including nappy changes, food eaten, sleep duration. Also, we regularly get an in-depth weekly update on her development which is personalised for her and shows the dedication to each kid. Exceptional childcare centre!
