August 28, 2019 at 12:00 amWe love this nursery. We put our son with them in March 2017 at 6 months and our daughter started this year at the same age. They have had a few staff changes especially at the beginning, but have been very settled for the last two years. The care has been exceptional. Our children are happy, balanced individuals who know how to play and share. They can find quiet times on their own when they need to, eat most anything politely and I credit the nursery for a lot of that. Given the amount of time they spend there, we have high expectations and the team consistently exceed these. We will be sorry to say goodbye.

August 28, 2019 at 12:00 amMy 14-month-old daughter loves the nursery, thanks to the staff and the child-friendly environment. She is always happy to go, so I’m happy that I have chosen Little Elms too.

August 28, 2019 at 12:00 amMy son has been attending Little Elms Greenwich for almost two years now. He has been really well looked after and has been very happy during his time here. The staff are friendly, attentive and well equipped to take good care of the children. The nursery is managed well so any admin queries etc are dealt with promptly and efficiently. There is a great community of parents of kids at the nursery who get on well. Would highly recommend to others.

November 19, 2019 at 12:00 amMy son is going to Little Elms Greenwich since he was 11 months old and now he is 2 years old. I am very happy with the progress of my son. He is extremely cared for by all the staff and the best part is that the manager and the staff are very open to any feedback or adjustments needed for the child. They cater to each child’s individual need and help in the best way they can. It’s a lovely nursery and I highly recommend it.

November 19, 2019 at 12:00 amMy son goes to this nursery since 2017, we have always been happy with it, so much so that our new baby has been already registered to start in 2020. We visited other nurseries in the area and decided to choose Little Elms Greenwich as we got a really good feeling about the staff. We were not wrong, the carers that we have dealt with have always been lovely, professional and approachable and we feel that they really care.
Happy to recommend this Nursery!

November 20, 2019 at 12:00 amMy son has attended Little Elms since he was 6 months now 2 years. The staff have been great in supporting his needs throughout from the baby room to the toddler room. He enjoys the extra activities that the nursery provide such as dance, sport and french. They take daily walks with the children either to the museum or around Greenwich locally. I am happy that my son is growing to be confident and independent. I am happy to recommend Little Elms Greenwich to others.

December 5, 2019 at 12:00 amMy daughter has been attending since September 2017 and we are very happy! Premises are good, selection of toys and activities change continuously. The staff also change quite regularly and the garden is not the biggest but they always take them for walks along the river and nearby playgrounds.

December 11, 2019 at 12:00 amMy daughter attended the nursery for about 3 years and now my son is currently there. We’ve known the staff for a long time and can say that overall, we are happy with everything. So much so, that our very first nanny was a teacher from there and currently, we use another nursery teacher as a babysitter. I would recommend this nursery to anyone I meet that’s looking for one. The staff are very friendly and the manager is the stalwart of the team. The teachers are attentive to the children and Even though my daughter has left now, she enjoys going back to say hello.

December 11, 2019 at 12:00 amBoth of my children attended Little Elms – my daughter graduated over a year ago and still has great memories from her time there and loves to go and drop off and pick up her little brother as she gets to see her old carers. To me, there is no better sign than seeing your children happy and that is the experience I have had with both of mine. My boy has been there since he was 6 months old and loves to go. The staff and management are great and I totally recommend this nursery.

July 16, 2020 at 12:00 amWe strongly advise everybody to stay away from this nursery. There is no way to come in direct contact with management, so whenever you feel an issue needs to be discussed, your location manager will forward an email to head office and he/she will copy something back. You do not receive a notice that your email has been received and a reply takes 1-week minimum. You can never contact the head office or senior management directly and are refused communication. We informed the nursery about our international move as soon as the nursery reopened after it furloughed all staff. Since the nursery has not requested any updated contact information or has not provided us with a number to contact head office ourselves we are now unable to contact the nursery about the refused refund of our deposit. Greenwich has many great nurseries. We would strongly suggest considering any alternative to Little Elms.

August 6, 2020 at 12:00 amMy son has attended the nursery since he was 7 months old. He settled in very well with the help of the friendly team in the baby room. They were always calm and reassuring whenever he got upset during drop-offs and gave detailed feedback upon collection. He is currently in the toddler room and is now 25 months old. He loves coming to nursery and doesn’t stop talking about the team in his room whilst at home. It’s clear that he’s had a great day by the way I need to persuade him to leave the setting!

March 7, 2023 at 12:00 amMy son joined Little Elms around Jan-22. We went on holiday for all of Nov-22 so had to de-register and rejoin again in Dec-22. The room manager provided us with the re-settling in sessions but the nursery manager failed to deliver the details to us and that was disappointing.
We asked the manager for extra sessions for December (no show on the app, no email response). I asked her in person twice she said she was busy and it was not ready yet.
Sometimes I booked for extra sessions as they showed as “available” on the distributed list. However when I called to check why no response or confirmation from my booking the manager said it was not booked because the staff are taking holiday. I don’t understand if they showed on the system was available or did not respond to me.
The manager is unprofessional which I assume is a reason for the high staff turnover.

March 13, 2023 at 12:00 amNursery is a critical step in a child’s development however I moved my child away from this nursery for the following reasons:
1. Children left crying and not comforted.
2. Poor communication with management.
3. Behaviour issues of other children were not addressed.
4. Junior staff are overworked and exhausted.
Overall, the environment was too busy and authoritative to provide the pastoral care my child deserved for the price charged.

April 3, 2023 at 12:00 amLittle Elm nursery (Greenwich) is a great local community centred nursery, our baby loves it, she is having her time every day. She loved the vibe, and the staff are very nice to her. The great thing about Little Elm nursery is that it’s really close to my place, I will recommend whoever is leaving in the same community and is looking for a nursery for your little one.

June 8, 2023 at 12:00 amMy daughter has been attending for six weeks now. I am very happy to see her playing and enjoying her time with staff and other children. I like the frequent updates I receive through the app and have a good idea of her day. I feel staff are very caring and responsible, especially when she was ill and had a temperature. She seems very happy and enjoys the food served.

June 9, 2023 at 12:00 amWe are so happy we found Little Elms, our baby absolute loves it there. The staff members are lovely, the premises are always clean and have great selection of age appropriate toys available. The parents are kept on the loop on the app throughout the day which is very useful so we know what our baby was doing, eating etc.
