March 1, 2022 at 12:00 amStars & Sparkles Day Nursery is a lovely place for our 4-year-old to come. There are plenty of varied activities for all the children to play, to get creative and to learn.
Each morning my child happily heads through the door excited to get started, and at the end of the day, is keen to show me what she has done.
The place is bright, fun and secure, with a good indoor and outdoor space for them to enjoy and explore.
The staff are very friendly and keen to work with the parents to help the children learn and grow. They are also always happy to listen and help with any concerns or questions you may have.
I would definitely recommend this nursery to any parents thinking of bringing their children here.

March 1, 2022 at 12:00 amVery friendly staff and welcoming setting. My daughter enjoys going into the nursery. There are open activities to keep her entertained and interested. I really like how the nursery staff have a theme based on a book each half term. My daughter has enjoyed this, and she has been able to recite parts of the book studied that term. Staff are also very informative; each afternoon I am given detailed feedback on what my daughter has been doing and how she has been throughout the day. With our report from her key worker, it was very detailed and accurate. I’m happy with the service we receive!

The staff are very good with working with us as a family as well as our child and professionals that are involved. They are easy to contact, and they communicate very well about what they have done during the day. We are always greeted with a happy smile. We are very happy and thankful to all of the staff for all they do for our child.

March 31, 2022 at 12:00 amWell, what can I say, my granddaughter loves coming to Stars & Sparkles every day; she has a wonderful time. She has learnt so much, her communication skills and social skills have really developed.
The staff are wonderful; they have really made me feel comfortable knowing that she is being looked after so well.

April 4, 2022 at 12:00 amThe staff are very friendly and welcoming. I was very anxious about sending my daughter to a nursery, but I am glad that I chose this one. She is always so excited to go and runs through the door as soon as we get there. I feel very reassured that she is in safe hands and well looked after. I would recommend this nursery.

April 8, 2022 at 12:00 amWhat a wonderful nursery Star and Sparkles is! From the moment we walk through the door, our daughter is greeted with a smile and warm hello. There’s always a variety of activities set out for the children to enjoy. We really look forward to seeing the pictures that we are sent when our daughter is at nursery – it’s lovely to see her so happy and engrossed in the activities she’s been doing that particular morning.
From a parent’s perspective, the nursery is very well managed. We are kept up to date with frequent newsletters, and Facebook always had lovely updates showing what the children have been up to and what’s up and coming.
All of the staff are very lovely and approachable, they make time to answer any of the questions we might have.

November 21, 2022 at 12:00 amMy little girl absolutely loves going to the nursery. She has never properly settled in previous settings but has felt comfortable and happy from the first day of attending here. She always asks if she has nursery, as she is excited to attend.
The staff are lovely, always there to have a chat if you have any concerns and keep you updated with how your child’s getting on. I love the app that they use to send you photos of what your child has been up to.

November 24, 2022 at 12:00 amMy little girl was attending Stars & Sparkles last year in the preschool group. That was the nursery’s first year. My little girl started attending from the first day of the nursery opening. I was very nervous as I moved her from a different nursery, where we were happy too. We moved her only because it’s in the school where her older sister is going. With two children, I have experience with a few nurseries and always thought that it’s not possible to be perfect for everyone with a large number of children. However, the Stars & Sparkles team proved me wrong – they are perfect in every aspect. Playtimes are thought through with plenty of learning opportunities, and a warm, welcoming and nurturing environment. Staff are always happy, knowledgeable, welcoming, and understanding and treat children with respect and empathy. I have never, in any of the nurseries, seen such genuine care for children. I hope they will never change and will always stay the same. Whatever it is they doing – it’s perfect.

March 15, 2023 at 12:00 amMy daughter has attended Stars & Sparkles Day Nursery since September 2022. She wasn’t potty trained, but they supported her, and she smashed it. Within the first few weeks, she was very timid around new people and shy, but now she is thriving and asks to go to school every day and gets upset when it’s not her day to go in! Highly recommend this day nursery – such lovely welcoming practitioners!
