They have been very professional with the care given and keeping me informed with the progress my child has been making.

August 29, 2017 at 12:00 amI decided to write a review about Bush Babies in Oadby because my daughter is now 3 and a half and she has been going there since she was 1 years old. She is a very shy girl. The staff at the nursery are very friendly and caring, which shows on my daughter as she loves going there and doing all the fun activities they do. She talks about what they did each time she goes. They handled her shyness very well and encouraged her to be involved in all the activities.This has helped to build up her confidence with communication.
I also had a lot of support from management. As a working mother, I also study, and thanks to the nursery I am able to carry on. They are very flexible with the days my daughter can come in as long as they get days booked in advance, which is understandable. This is one of their great benefits and I would recommend this nursery to my family and friends. I am very happy with the service and I feel very relaxed when at work as I know she is enjoying herself and is well looked after.

October 24, 2017 at 12:00 amBoth my children have had the wonderful benefit of attending Bush Babies Leicester Oadby. The manager and the caring staff at this nursery carry out their responsibilities in caring, nurturing and educating the children to a standard of excellence that I feel would not be easily found within the childcare industry.
Children are treated, without exception, with kindness and respect, each child is made to feel so valued and important. As a parent, I have always found the lines of communication between the staff at Bush Babies and myself open always. My both boys have gained so much confidence during their time with the manager and the lovely carers- it is so wonderful to see how they are growing in confidence and I attribute much of this development to the way they are cared for and taught whilst at Bush Babies. The level of care and dedication displayed by the manager and the staff is second to none.
I recommend Bush Babies Leicester Oadby in the highest of terms.

October 25, 2017 at 12:00 amMy daughter has been at Bush Babies since she was nine months old, she is now two and a ½ years old and she absolutely loves it.
My daughter loves all the staff there and refers to them as her friends.
They have helped with teaching her to crawl, walk, talk, potty train and try new foods.
My daughter is always surprising me with the new things she has learnt and I feel the nursery has helped bring out her funny personality.
As a parent, I feel very confident leaving her at this nursery. I know she is well looked after and has lots of fun there as well as helping her progress in all areas. I also know that if she is upset or feeling under the weather, she will be well cared for and will get the extra cuddles if she needs them.

April 24, 2018 at 12:00 amMy son has been at the nursery since 9 months old. I feel the staff have grown up with him and have really taken the time to get to know his personality. They have always been very flexible with sessions to accommodate my shift working pattern.
Food is varied and produced on site to a high standard. The only negative is the limited outside space but staff still ensure children get as much fresh air as possible.

May 10, 2018 at 12:00 amI find staff very helpful and caring. My daughter has been attending nursery nearly 3 months now. At first, she was a bit unsettled but the staff made her feel very comfortable and engaged. Some went to an extent of carrying her around until she stopped crying. A lot of reassurance was given to both my daughter and I.
My daughter has a sense of belonging now. She feels very comfortable and enjoys being at nursery. Thanks to all the lovely staff for your love and care. Staff are well led and very responsive.

August 2, 2018 at 12:00 amI have two boys, the eldest was enrolled last year and the youngest started 4 months ago, both boys have settled in well. The staff are really friendly, I like the fact that all members of staff get to know all the children. My eldest has really enjoyed interacting with other children and making friends, also we found potty training difficult. we definitely couldn’t have done it without the help of the nursery, the staff genuinely care and want to help. Would definitely recommend this nursery.

My daughter has settled incredibly well after only ever being used to spending her time with mother at home. The staff are very friendly and always on hand to answer any queries. Feedback provided on a daily basis which is useful. My daughter is always happy, cheerful when dropping her off every morning which is reassuring as parents. I could not have asked for any more from the nursery staff who provide a first class caring service for my child.

March 6, 2020 at 12:00 amMy son has attended nursery since he was eight months old. He has become such a confident boy and he is really outgoing and will play with anyone when we go out to places. He loves telling me what he’s done at nursery and is always so excited to explain the activities they have done.
He loves going to nursery and playing with his friends.
There have been a few staff changes over the years but this hasn’t affected him as he has always been happy to go in and explore the wide range of toys and resources available within each room.

March 31, 2020 at 12:00 amMy son has attended this nursery since he was 9 months old and has always enjoyed coming in with smiles without any hesitation. He will always happily talk about what he’s done throughout the day and loves coming home with stuff he has made. He has made lots of friends during his time so far and has definitely built him up to be such a confident little boy who has been able to learn lots already since attending the setting. He has already formed some good relationships with the staff who have recently implemented lots of new ideas that engages him well.

July 21, 2020 at 12:00 amWouldn’t even give it one star! My son attended here in September 2019. This nursery was by far the worst I’ve ever endured in my life. I was left going to work with fear my son was not safe. I am so glad he was only here for eight weeks and even then I was unsure on whether to send him most days. My son took a fall which resulted in facial bruising and it took the staff 45 minutes to contact my partner. The reason given for the time taken was that they were on the phone, and it’s the only phone available in the nursery. The manager was patronising to say the least and unwilling to even let you get a word in edgeways. I have since heard she has been dismissed! You meet a new staff member every day with how fast this nursery gets through them. AVOID at any cost!

October 13, 2020 at 12:00 amMy son went to the nursery from the age of 18-months until lockdown. He hasn’t returned as he has now started school. We saw a lot of changes over the years, but the nursery finally felt settled and happy before lockdown in March. The manager runs a lovely nursery and is very approachable. Special mention to one lady (preschool) who my son adored before he left. My son always came home with a piece of work or baking. Lots of toys and interesting areas in the rooms. The nursery is very clean, and the meals were always enjoyed (and smelt nice). My son will miss nursery (as will we) and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to other families.

October 26, 2020 at 12:00 amMy little girl has been with this nursery since she was eight months old, she is now nearly four and she absolutely loves going. She is excited to go in and play, explore and learn and I look forward to her telling me excitedly about all she got up to during the day. The nursery has been flexible to her needs, as a baby she had food allergies and the nursery treated this with so much care ensuring that her diet was closely monitored. She has built special bonds with her carers and talks about her key carer with so much love and adoration, she missed her carer and nursery a lot during the covid lockdown and was so delighted to return. There has been a high turnover of staff in recent years, my daughter has not been impacted by this other than missing people who have left, however, I feel 2020 has seen this stabilise. If I call the nursery during the day, the team are always happy to talk to me and let me know how my daughter is doing as well as answer any questions. I would recommend.

January 20, 2021 at 12:00 amBoth my children have attended Busy Bees Leicester Oadby. I cannot recommend them highly enough. All the staff are welcoming, friendly and caring. They look after the children as if they were their own and care for them to an extremely high standard. The centre director is very helpful and accommodating. The nursery’s app system means you know how your child is through the day and I know my children are always happy and looked after. They are always brilliant with communication and cater to children’s individual needs where necessary. Thank you to you all for always being amazing.

January 22, 2021 at 12:00 amThe nursery had a lot of changes when my daughter first started, however the staff ensured she was supported and settled in well. The manager and her team are amazing, my daughter is always happy to go in, talks often about the staff that support her and with a real fondness. The activities and support are great and really encourage her development. She also has a variety of meals which she thoroughly enjoys!
The staff have worked super hard over the last year with the pandemic too and have ensured the safety of all the children, it has definitely been very reassuring in these crazy times!
Would definitely recommend this nursery.

The nursery is very welcoming and have never encountered any issues in the two years that my daughter has been there. I would highly recommend this nursery.

You made us and still make us feel very welcome and at ease. You are very supportive, friendly and kind to both children and parents. I pick up my daughter every day and I see how happy she is and how well she is learning and developing at your settings and it’s just amazing. I drop her off every day and I know she is in safe hands and she will be cared for and loved. I want to thank all of you for looking after our precious little girl. Your help and care means a lot for us and we will always be ever so grateful. Many, many thanks.
