Wycombe Hospital Day Nursery

Wycombe Hospital Day Nursery is Ofsted registered under the Children Act 1989. Nursery provides good quality childcare for children aged from 3 months to school age. The Trust also have a partnership with St Mary’s C of E School in Old Amersham to run an ‘Out of School Club’ for breakfast, after school and holiday care.  Wycombe Hospital Day Nursery is open Monday to Friday, 7:15 am to 6:00 pm all year round, except Bank Holidays and staff training days.

Wycombe Hospital Day Nursery is registered to receive “funding entitlement” (FE) from Bucks Council Early Years Department (BC) for children in the term after their third birthday. The funded hours are between 9:00am to 3:00pm.

Most of the staff are trained in childcare and many have been in the team for several years.  We actively encourage staff to further their professional development and have supported staff through their training. The staff working at the Nurseries have all undergone a thorough recruitment process, including a DBS clearance and first aid training.
