Woodlands Nursery at Beechwood Park School

The team are so nurturing and are consistently keen to provide updates and feedback on how our little girl is getting on. Every day is filled with enjoyable discovering activities, the food is exceptional and everything is so well organised and informative. We would suggest this childcare centre to every family. Woodlands is a fantastic childcare centre.

All kids seem so cheerful there and the team are all so expert and thoughtful, both on the pastoral and academic side. They have seen it all before and really work with a kid-centred approach to bring the best out of the kids. Woodlands is a remarkable and nurturing space that I really sense the kids are lucky to be at.

Of particular note is the large and well-equipped woodland area used for forest school activities. However, the most important part of any childcare centre is the team and Woodlands has assembled a truly dedicated team of educators who go beyond the call of duty to provide an educational and nurturing setting for pre-school kids. My son runs in every morning without a backward glance and has been known to complain about being collected because he was having too much enjoyable. This enjoyable is combined with a syllabus of phonics, language, maths and science, tailored to each kid, that is never pressured but gives the kids a head start in Reception class when they start school. Woodlands Childcare centre has outstanding facilities in a lovely countryside location.

The team are incredible, they truly care about the well-being of the kids. Facilities are stellar and outdoor activities take place every day. We can see kids’s activities via the online journal and there is ongoing two-way updates. Our daughter loves Woodlands and she is thriving there. After school care, in-house, is excellent too, as they provide tea and activities which is super convenient for working parents. I would strongly suggest Woodlands to any parent who is looking for a nurturing and highly engaging setting where kids can thrive and learn while having enjoyable.

My son is acquiring a thirst for knowledge and discovering as well as coming home so cheerful each day he attends. The team are so lovely, attentive, personable and extremely innovative! They ensure the kids are consistently busy with creative activities that spark their interests, adapting their plans to suit the needs of the kids. Woodlands is absolutely remarkable.

Team are very attentive, and they take time to meet each kid’s individual needs. Updates is fluid with both management and team, and we receive periodic updates on our girl’s development via the app. Outdoor facilities are stellar, and Forest School is a plus. The days are very different for the kids – they have multiple activities – you see kids very cheerful there! They engage and nurture them. Highly recommended! Our daughter loves Woodlands.

My second kid just joined Woodlands after Easter. He adapted to the routine so quickly and is thoroughly enjoying himself, as expected! Every morning he runs in with a big smile and without looking back. It is such a fantastic place that you will be so confident to leave your kid with. The educators are doing so well in teaching our little ones while nurturing them too. The manager and the team have consistently been exploring new methods and materials to stimulate kids to learn. You can see that they are constantly upgrading their facility too. One extra benefit of going to Woodlands is the massive outdoor field for the little ones to explore. Overall, I would have no hesitation to suggest Woodlands! We are so lucky to have both of our boys looked after by Woodlands.

My little one has grown in self‑assurance and developed a fantastic personality which I do believe has been greatly helped by the dedicated team at Woodlands. The manager cares deeply for the childcare centre and its kids and this is evident in all areas. I am fully confident that when I send my kid into childcare centre in the morning she will be fully cared for, supported, understood and catered to.

The team there are fantastic – welcoming, compassionate, attentive and supportive – and the variety of enjoyable, creative and educational activities they offer on a daily basis is incredible.
When she first joined our daughter was quite shy and nervous but she has really blossomed over the last twelve months. The team have taken the time to get to know her individually and we have worked together to develop her self‑assurance and prepare her for school.
We couldn’t be happier with the childcare centre and think it provides the perfect balance of care and early education in a secure and welcoming setting. Our daughter has been attending Woodlands for almost a year and she absolutely loves it.

The educators are more than team, they care deeply about the kids (and the parents), they are more like family. Highly recommended.
Quite remarkably at such a young age, the kids are taught Phonics, French, Maths, Science, PE and more and in such a enjoyable way, that they don’t want to come home and run into classes in the morning.
There are constant daily updates given by the educators to the parents so you consistently know how your kid is feeling/progressing. An extremely secure place for the kids and the management is second to none, you couldn’t get a better manager who cares about the kids and teaches them with kindness and care. The most attentive, nurturing and compassionate childcare centre you will ever find.
