April 25, 2022 at 12:00 amMy little boy has been going to this nursery since he was 10-months-old right in the middle of Covid and with all the restrictions in place, it was so hard to drop him off at the door every time but with the reassurance from all the lovely ladies that work there, it made it a little easier for both of us. There were lots of tears when he first started going but he’s been there for over a year now and I can honestly say he loves going to nursery now and enjoys playing with all his friends. I find all the staff very friendly and helpful, I couldn’t wish for a better nursery for my little boy to go to.

April 25, 2022 at 12:00 amNice and friendly, lots of staff. Sometimes unsure who is the best to speak to about my daughter. Little frustrating that your charged for Bank Holidays when the nursery is closed but care is still needed so end up paying twice.

My son has come on tremendously whilst attending and loves the staff he’s been with throughout each learning stage.
Enjoys a variety of activities that teach him a lot of different skills and learnt social skills to help when starting school.

April 25, 2022 at 12:00 amThey have gone above and beyond with our son in a short space of time, upcoming towards his diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder. Especially when it comes to arranging a care worker as well as getting him dedicated hours 1-2-1. We 100% notice a change with him.
He and his care worker have such a bond it’s going to be sad when he moves on.
Our other son loves the baby room it’s amazing.

April 25, 2022 at 12:00 amMy child’s only been going to the nursery since February 2022 but absolutely loves it. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Especially his key worker, who goes above and beyond with him and really helps him to progress.

April 25, 2022 at 12:00 amHaving used this nursery for my first child, I had no doubt but to use this nursery again for my second child. My daughter has really come on with her speech and confidence in the last few months and the nursery has helped so much with this. I find the staff are very professional and always give a detailed handover at the end of each session.
I’ve been so happy with the service from this nursery and always speak highly of the managers and staff, would definitely recommend!

April 25, 2022 at 12:00 amThis nursery is good. My eldest child came here when he was younger and had a good experience, now my youngest comes here and both loved it. I will recommend this nursery to other parents and people as I enjoy bringing my child here.

April 25, 2022 at 12:00 amThe team here are so friendly. My daughter loves it. She finds it fun and loves the activities that are planned by the nursery. Outside play is good as children of different ages get to mix together. The nursery is accommodating with drop off and collection times.

September 29, 2022 at 12:00 amMy son had been at Whitwick since he was 2.5 years old, he had to start quickly as we quickly returned to work after Covid. They were absolutely brilliant at getting him settled and taking care of his needs when he was in the nursery room and as he transitioned to preschool – they helped him to develop further in himself and his confidence. It is due to their hard work and diligence that he is happy in his primary school now.

The children are well looked after and cared for, the menus are healthy and varied and she always came home happy. The staff are all very friendly and approachable and the facilities there are fantastic. I wish I had found it sooner!

Staff members are friendly, amazing and very supportive. He developed a great connection with them. The management is very supportive and flexible which is very important as a working parent. I can highly recommend this nursery.

The staff are amazing, very caring and helpful. He was very ready for school thanks to them. We miss it a lot. I can recommend it a lot!

March 23, 2023 at 12:00 amMy little boy has attended this nursery since he was 1 and will continue to until he starts school, I am extremely happy with them the staff all make an effort to say hello, they are extremely approachable and welcoming even the ones I don’t deal with every day when not working in my sons room. The management are very good at responding to e-mails and have supported me numerous times with enquiries I’ve had relating to government support and funding etc. I am extremely happy with my sons development and the support the nursery give him to reach his milestones, updates are regularly posted to Tapestry with pictures so I can see what activities he’s been taking part in sometimes these even include prepping their own lunch they’ve made sausage rolls and Pizza’s then these are cooked for their meals.

April 5, 2023 at 12:00 amStaff are polite, and daily updates from staff are good. Nursery times have been flexible when required. Weekly update reports will be helpful to work on areas of development. My daughter is happy at the nursery.

She has taken a while to settle as she only goes 2 half days a week, but is now happy at drop off and even points her way in wanting to go. The nursery workers in the baby room have really helped her settle and have a great relationship with her. Always happy to hear she had a great day, exploring and learning new ways to play.

April 5, 2023 at 12:00 amI am very pleased with the nursery. The staff are amazing with my child, always fun activities for the children to do accompanied by learning times. Always have a variety of meals, sometimes they also involve the kids with activities like making your own pizza or baking cupcakes. Management is always friendly and helpful. Value for money is fair compared to the care they provide.

April 5, 2023 at 12:00 amAlways friendly and helpful. Easy to communicate with. Treat my daughter with respect. Have encouraged her to try new things she has made friends and her knowledge and preschool learning have come on leaps and bounds. Is a little on the expensive side but most are.
