My three year old and 18 month old boys love going and I am happy and confident with their learning and development since going. I have felt at ease taking my boys to such a friendly and safe nursery especially in the current climate.

April 5, 2021 at 12:00 amWonderful staff, lovely environment. Our son obviously loves his time at the nursery. They are very supportive and help us/support us with his development day to day. We would like to get more frequent updates on his general development and learning as we only get the folders every 6 months or so currently. As he is now nearly 3 we feel it’s important, given potty training, speech, real-world understanding, numbers etc.

The staff are incredible and they take the time to get to know each child and his or her needs individually. My son is thriving at Victoria Nursery and he is the most happiest when he is there. My son’s development has come on leaps and bounds and I can’t thank everyone at Victoria Nursery enough for nurturing him. We love it so much, our newborn son is already booked in to start in November.

May 13, 2021 at 12:00 amWe have used the nursery for both our children over the last 5 years. We wholeheartedly recommend them! We love the staff! It’s clear they care about the children and enjoy their roles. They have been engaging from day one! The app they have started using is very informative. It gives you a fantastic insight into the variety of activities they conjure up for the kids to do. I genuinely think they have a holistic approach to learning, giving children a head start when starting school. Our children have loved going throughout, thank you Victoria Nursery!

The staff are all brilliant and work so hard. The introduction of the family makes it so easy to communicate with them and keep up to date with things.

May 25, 2021 at 12:00 amBoth of our children have attended Victoria Nursery. Our 9 year old still talks about it fondly now, and our 3 year old loves going. I wouldn’t choose any other nursery and can’t recommend it enough. A real family feel, where every child is treated as an individual. All of the staff treat the children as if they were their own. The children have a wide range of experiences, following the EYFS to encourage them in their development and have a whole load of fun! 11/10. Wonderful.

The staff and the management are amazing – the most caring, understanding and gentle people! The food is healthy and variable. I’m so happy that we chose Victoria Nursery, it’s the best choice we’ve made for our child’s development.

February 8, 2022 at 12:00 amVery happy with Victoria Nursery. My son quickly had a relationship with his key workers and settled in without much problem. At 3 years old, he had an issue with stubborn belligerence but the nursery helped us to deal with it effectively. Our son is happy and well supported there.

March 14, 2022 at 12:00 amOur son has been going to Victoria Nursery since May 2021. As soon as we walked into the nursery on our first visit, we were put at ease and knew this was the nursery for us. The staff are very accommodating, while being very professional and they take very good care of individual needs and learning for our children. The garden is amazing which my son loves. He struggled at the beginning and it took him some time to settle in, but he has been very happy with his key workers and created a very good bond with them. We would highly recommend it to all the parents looking for a warm atmosphere and the daily updates on the app, that makes you feel like your child is still with you, all day.

June 21, 2023 at 12:00 amOur son has been at Victoria Nursery for over a year and he has flourished.
He loves the messy and creative play that he takes part in on a daily basis and loves all the singing and dancing. He often surprises us with a new song that he has learnt!
It’s great to see him learning about different festivals throughout the year and supporting charities both local and National too.
The staff are very caring and show a real interest in our son and how he is developing.
The food is great with a fantastic variety over the course of the week.
The app is really helpful to see what he has eaten and how he has slept each day, but also with photographs to give updates on what they have been up to that week.
I would highly recommend this nursery to others.

June 27, 2023 at 12:00 amThe staff at Victoria Road Nursery are amazing. My son had a tough time settling in when he first started and cried at every drop off and pick up. However, the staff were so kind and worked really hard to make him feel comfortable; he now loves it there and can’t wait to go in the mornings. His key workers know him really well and the managers are super knowledgeable and supportive when we are tackling things at home such as phases of throwing or tantrums, they always have such great advice. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this nursery to anyone, the staff create such a nurturing and fun environment and do everything they can to help the children thrive. Thank you Victoria Road!

June 27, 2023 at 12:00 amThis is an excellent nursery, we couldn’t be happier. The manager and her staff are amazing. They are very on-the-ball with all details great and small and this gives us huge confidence leaving our child there. Clearly there is a lot of communication amongst the staff and this means that any details we pass on are shared amongst all the caregivers. Everyone there seems to genuinely love their job and love the kids and it’s got a wonderful atmosphere. Our little one took time to settle in and their patience really helped smooth the process. They truly are an excellent bunch of people and our little one is thriving because of their care. Thank you Victoria Road Nursery.
