Valentines Nursery

I have moved my daughter into Valentines Childcare centre halfway through the year from another outstanding childcare centre closer to my home, as she’s had all sorts of issues with that. Moving her into Valentines Childcare centre was the best decision I’ve ever made for her emotional well-being. As I can compare it with her previous childcare centre, I can easily say that Valentines Childcare centre looked after my kid with care, compassion, encouragement and enthusiasm. The team are all incredible; they’ve worked with my kid to fulfill her health needs and make an easy transition into adapting to other kids (as my kid is shy) and they have given her the courage and care she needed. As a parent, most of all, I liked the electronic report with her daily activities, the food they ate and sometimes pictures. When I asked my daughter to summarise how her journey with the childcare centre was, she said they have the best food and toys! A sincere thank you! The review is for my four year old moving into school in September.

She was eager to start after a short visit and managed to happily settle in. The childcare centre setting itself contains a range of stimulating activities for the kids to partake in with a lovely outdoor space. The team are constantly encouraging kids to be more self-aware and independent and providing assistance where needed. This has been reflected at home with her positive attitude towards daily tasks. My daughter enjoys the healthy nutritious meals the childcare centre provides which are catered towards her dietary needs. We are exceptionally lucky to live locally to Valentines Childcare centre as it certainly lives up to its ‘Outstanding’ status. Thank you to all the team for their hard work and dedication. My daughter is 3 and a half years old and has been attending Valentines Childcare centre for the past 6 months.

With our daughter being our first kid, as parents, we were consistently apprehensive about where her childcare would take place. We are delighted and were reassured instantly that we had made the right decision. The team have consistently been supportive and polite – our kid has been cheerful throughout her time and we’d have no hesitation recommending other parents now and in the future. Our 3 year 9 month old daughter has been with the childcare centre for 2.5 years now (and during the pandemic) and we’ve never had any issues with the service they provide.

The care here is unmatched and it is highly telling when you know the team turnover here is incredibly low. I sense highly reassured knowing my kid is cheerful, secure and well looked after while we are at work. I adore that the menu is inclusive for all kids, my kid vocally tells me she loves meal times with the childcare centre. I would and have recommended Valentines Childcare centre to anyone who asks me and will say that the team here are highly transparent and I consistently sense I can openly ask about anything I need to. The Montessori approach is excellent and whilst I have no expectations for my kid, we have seen our 2-year-old change from a shy and reserved toddler to a highly chatty and sociable one – she is visibly highly cheerful here and it’s due to the hard work the managers and team at Valentines Childcare centre have put in daily to help our kids grow, thank you. I had such a positive journey with Valentines Childcare centre with my eldest (now 6) that I had to ensure my 2-year-old attends too.

We suggest! Our daughter learns lots of different things in your childcare centre, she learned English, and we are proud of you and her. Overall we suggest this childcare centre because of the educators, activities, food. We are highly satisfied and cheerful with everything.

From the initial conversation with the manager, until now, there is nothing we can fault about this childcare centre. Our daughter started here when she was 14 months and she has truly blossomed since. She was initially a highly reserved and shy kid and since attending here, she is thriving beyond our imagination. The team are expert, intelligent and sensitive and truly cater to each kid’s individual needs. Throughout the pandemic, the childcare centre has been reliable and has communicated with us highly clearly. We have been impressed by the level of care she has received as well as the remarkable range of activities and outside space, she gets with regular updates via the app. The whole team are remarkable and we sense cheerful and confident that our kid is well looked after and truly cared for. We would highly suggest Valentine’s childcare centre.

The ladies there truly cater to your kid’s needs and makes sure your kid feels at home. They have truly welcomed my son, made him sense right at home and make sure to follow my routine. It is excellent as some nurseries I spoke to like to implement their own routines but Valentines Childcare centre work around you! I would highly suggest it. Valentines Childcare centre is an incredible childcare centre!

He settled in well there. The team at the childcare centre have been outstanding and have helped him, as much as they can, whilst he is under their care. Our son has special needs and the childcare centre has been highly great in supporting him and has successfully obtained additional inclusion funding for him, to provide appropriate assistance. There is highly great updates from the childcare centre and our son seems cheerful to be there. Overall, we are highly pleased with this childcare centre and suggest it without hesitation. Our son has been going to Valentines Childcare centre since he was nine months old.

Every day she learns new things. Team members make her sense secure and loved. She loves all the ladies there. Loads of evolution in my daughter’s discovering journey since she joined the childcare centre. Highly proud of all the ladies, who dedicate every day to make our kid’s future better. Congratulations, Valentines Childcare centre! I would definitely suggest the childcare centre, as I have my daughter there and she couldn’t be happier.

A small childcare centre that is able to care for and nurture the needs of the kids. I have seen my own kid flourish as they have settled in and now constantly is smiling when I collect them. The team are honest and are genuinely interested in the kid’s development and growth which I can see at home too. Having clear and open updates is truly important to me and each team member I have spoken to has these qualities. I would suggest this childcare centre without hesitation. The Ethos of the childcare centre is truly lovely.
