Uplands Nursery

My 2 daughters absolutely enjoy their time at Uplands Nursery. I have also been impressed by the extra activities and the fact that the nursery setting kids don’t get left out of activities that the rest of the school do too. I would strongly suggest Uplands Nursery. They always come home talking about their day and they seem to do a lot of different things too.

I strongly advocate Uplands. It is truly important to me that some of his more challenging traits (such as aggression, spiritedness, wilfulness) are retained and appropriately channelled (rather than squashed) and I really feel that this is happening. I feel he was welcomed as an individual from the start and his individuality has been nurtured. Since starting here, my young lad has absolutely enjoyed coming. The garden is lovely and he enjoys the free flow of movement inside and outside. A lovely space for a youngster to start a enjoy of absorbing and for socialisation. The report they have already sent to me is a wonderful reassurance to me that he is thrilled and discovering with cherish and joy – extremely detailed and providing numerous photos of him hard at games. When we first visited the nursery setting, I was struck by how cordial and welcoming it felt. I also adored the free flow movement of youngsters around the place. The personnel speak so positively of him and genuinely seem to support about his little self, his feelings and thoughts.

Couldn’t ask for a better team. My little one absolutely treasures Uplands Nursery. He treasures his instructors so much, and always comes home thrilled, and tells me excitedly about his day! The educators are so kind, caring and patient.

Uplands Nursery is an excellent nursery setting with truly cordial, useful, enthusiastic mentors. It has a fantastic indoor and outdoor space for young little ones. I would enthusiastically endorse this early‑years hub, my little one is truly delighted here.

Since my young lad started at Uplands Nursery Jan 2017 he has come on so well academically and socially. Could not fault the early‑years hub and its team. The childcare centre is brilliant at making discovering fun and for setting up great exploring activities. He has fun every day with the variety of different stations.

All the team at Uplands Nursery are remarkable. They have been wonderful at helping my young lady with a new stage she is going through and extending it to our home life too. I feel as a parent I have had support in explaining things I’m new to as she is my first youngster to go to nursery setting. I have found not only are they there for my little one but also me as a parent.

Being a working mum I find it really accommodating that I get updated on things via SMS, email and social media. My young lady suffers from speech and language difficulties and the nursery setting have been so supportive with her about this, they work really well with her speech and language therapist and I feel have been a great help in improving her advancement. All the personnel are truly caring and exceptionally patient. I enjoy the fact that the nursery setting is part of the School and that the childcare centre gets to use their facilities to do things such as P.E twice a week. The atmosphere is so relaxed and welcoming – it feels exceptionally homely and I cherish the fact that the kids have free flow activities. The reports are also so detailed and I enjoy that I can view them securely online. My 3-year-old little one goes to Uplands Nursery and absolutely enjoys it.

They also do lots of school trips with the little ones, which I think is great. Lovely nursery setting and cordial personnel! My girl adores going here, and I’ve seen a massive improvement in her since moving to this childcare centre.

He has learnt so much and comes home every day chatting about what he has done that day. We will be exceptionally downhearted to leave at the end of term but would like to thank the whole childcare centre team for making his time there so enjoyable. My boy joined Uplands Nursery in September 2015. The premises are great, the rooms are set up perfectly for the youngsters, activities areas changed frequently and physical education incorporated into their week too. The team are incredible, caring and give each little one the attention they need. I canot recommended Uplands Nursery enthusiastically enough. I had never left him in childcare and was concerned how he would settle in, I had nothing to worry about, he settled immediately. It has been a perfect foundation on which to start his schooling. This was thanks to the fantastic team. He even wanted to spend his birthday at nursery setting rather than Legoland!

She also joins a private nursery setting for childcare purposes which she has been at since she was 10 months old but she is adamant that Uplands is her favourite. She looks forward to going to Uplands every week, she treasures being outside and really enjoys the free playtime. She also enjoys that she can games with/use real things like scissors, china cups and telephones. My girl started at Uplands in January 2022 and absolutely treasures it, I recently returned to work after a year on maternity leave and the crew have been incredible at guiding her through the transition. She has made some new friends and really come out of her shell in their support, they are setting her up to start reception successfully in September.
