He has made friends and likes to tell me who he’s played with. He’s consistently cheerful when I pick him up and as he’s usually covered in food I know he’s eaten well. The team have done well to keep the service going throughout the pandemic too. This is the perfect place for the childcare centre, especially as my son loves being outdoors. The manager and the team are incredible and have helped my son come out of his shell.

The team are incredible, expert and welcoming! He’s consistently chatting away about his what he gets up to at childcare centre. Would highly suggest sending your little ones to Twizzle Tots. My son has been going to this childcare centre for 1.5 years.

Even when I pester them with continuous emails and requests for help with extra days because I’m so unorganised, no email is ever a bother! Our little boy strives at Twizzletops. He loves all of the lovely team who are incredibly attentive and supportive in all aspects of their job and he has come on developmentally in leaps and bounds. The walks around the woods were definitely a factor for us when we chose Twizzletops, but it’s everything else that they do for the kids that has sold it for us for our little boy and any future kids we have. I could not imagine our little boy going anywhere else.

My son found it really hard to settle into Pre -School as it was a tricky time and the team were so patient and supportive. He now loves going and has learnt so much and I adore hearing about his day! You can tell the team put all into what they do through the well thought out activities and relationships with kids. They consistently greet you with a smile and nothing is too much a bother to ask them. Thank you all at Pre-School room Twizzle Tops! I would highly suggest this childcare centre!

He loves going on nature walks with the team and has a lot of assistance with all his needs. The team all seem to delight in their jobs which are reflected in the happiness of all the kids. I highly suggest Twizzle Tops Basildon. My son has gained a lot of fantastic self‑assurance with sharing and adventure since going to Twizzle Tops.

The whole team have made her sense at home, we had as many settling in sessions as we felt she needed, it took a while for her to settle but all the team went above and beyond to put my mind at rest and get my daughter settled in. She loves attending childcare centre and going out on adventures. We are consistently informed at pick up what they have been up to and how she’s been. She consistently comes out smiling and talking about her day. Nothing is ever too much, would highly suggest it. My daughter recently joined Twizzle Tops in January after attending another setting.

Treatment, advise and care are the same regardless of being a paying parent or not.
They do not rush you to get a kid settled and offer many sessions to help make it easy.
They are consistently enjoyable and there to help you when you need it.
They have a excellent online portal for seeing what your kids have been up to and where they are on the curriculum. I have used this childcare centre both privately and as a funded parent.

I have no worries while at work and I can tell how much she enjoys it when I see her so cheerful at the end of the day.
The childcare centre have been excellent during Covid-19, they have fully supported the current situation and have even video called my daughter to keep on touch. I know if I needed any help with home activities they would be more than cheerful to help and have put online videos to keep the kids entertained while at home.
We can’t wait to be able to go back and for my daughter to continue her journey with the incredible team there.

I have consistently been overwhelmed with the team members knowledge, care and understanding. My daughter suffers sadly with lot’s of allergies and conditions but the team here have been incredible with her. They have created a specialist care plan, work with me constantly to ensure that my daughter has an array of food from the remarkable menu and also assistance me as a parent when I have difficult days. My daughters key person is so lovely and treats my daughter like her own. I often collect her and she is having a cuddle with her and shows a genuine interest in her discovering, care and achievements. This childcare centre deserves a medal, they truly are incredible. The team have been absolutely incredible and he has developed such lovely relationships with them all, particularly his one to one person. They all truly care about him and his wellbeing and happiness. Everyone is so cheerful to see him when he arrives in the morning and I know he is cheerful, loved and really well cared for whilst I am not with him. My son has SEN and the assistance they have provided with his EHCP and school place has made me sense like I am not alone in this process and has been a weight off my shoulders. I cannot thank the manager and SENCO enough for the assistance they have given to me. They have consistently managed to make me laugh no matter how stressful the process has been. I cannot suggest the childcare centre enough. They have been incredible with my little boy and he has thrived, since he started. They truly care about all the kids at the childcare centre. My son has been at Twizzle Tops since November 2021 and my only regret is that I didn’t put him in there earlier.
