September 4, 2024 at 5:54 amHaving attended another day childcare centre, we felt it was time to move him to more of a preschool setting to ready him for school, the following year. He has loved his time so far and we have seen such a huge impact on his all-round development! Seeing him make friendships with his peers, hearing him talk about his French lessons, share food he’s made in cookery and teach us signs that he has learnt is just so heartwarming. The team at Trillium House are all so dedicated and compassionate, our son raves about them and has formed great relationships with all of his educators and key workers. On the odd occasion that there have been any issues in the day, we have received thorough updates and problems have been resolved straight away! We would suggest Trillium House to any friends and family in a heartbeat. We are so pleased that we moved our son to Trillium House in September 2022!

September 11, 2024 at 3:00 amThe team work hard to develop the kids to their potentials as well as encouraging them to be well rounded individuals with lovely values. There is great updates between parents and the team who are consistently supportive and welcoming. A really lovely setting where the kids and what is best for them is really at the heart of this preschool.

September 29, 2024 at 1:40 pmEach week they have a different topic and the kids are consistently discovering new things. The layout and outside space is excellent and they make great use of it. There is consistently an opportunity to speak to team if needed and each kid’s needs are taken into consideration. The team are consistently welcoming and welcoming and my daughter is very cheerful here.

January 14, 2025 at 11:40 pmI have overall, been very impressed and my daughter seems to be very cheerful attending on the days she goes. Team are consistently welcoming and cheerful, updates is remarkable and it’s lovely how the kids have a variety of activities to do. The one attribute that really stood out for me was the welcoming of the kids each morning, everything is beautifully organised, not rushed and team take the time to greet each kid and give them a minute or two to organise their things and say goodbye to their parents and same again with pick up, it’s not rushed and parents are informed about their kid’s day. This gives my daughter and myself a more personal journey with the childcare centre. My daughter has attended the childcare centre since September.

My soon to be 4-year-old-daughter is consistently cheerful to go to the childcare centre and meet her friends and educators and consistently talks about them at home. I would like to thank everyone for taking such great care of my daughter. I couldn’t be happier with Trillium House Childcare centre West Malling.

May 26, 2025 at 9:54 pmIt is noticed that there has been a big increase in our daughter’s self‑assurance, her knowledge – in fact, she consistently practices writing numbers, letters and colouring and she is progressing. The team are so excellent and they are consistently lovely to talk to when dropping off or picking up and my daughter is consistently talking about them all separately. She recently got into tears when I put her green top for washing, saying one of the team was wearing that colour tomorrow and wanted to wear the same. The yoga class is incredible – the picture and comments we get about it are really showing that it is helping the kids to be calm and to follow instructions – so thankful for that. The app that is used is exceptional it allows me to have a real understanding of what goes on. Excellent picture and provides bits to do help to improve. Very thankful for that. My daughter gets excited when she puts on the Trillium uniform every day – she plays as if reading what is showing and says “the best preschool ever” – every morning.

She has made excellent friends and brings home lots of lovely artwork to show. She particularly loves cooking and French! We adore Trillium childcare centre school!

June 24, 2025 at 6:42 amShe was clingy and shy on her first day and in a few short months has come out of her shell and continues to flourish. She asks to go every day and the team are exceptional with both the kids and parents,. The updates is outstanding. I am so impressed with the activities she tells me she has undertaken and also with the parental updates and photos I receive each week of her days spent there. I sense totally at ease leaving her knowing she is in a cheerful and secure setting. I cannot suggest it highly enough. Trillium House is a positive journey for my daughter.

July 3, 2025 at 3:17 pmShe attends 4 days a week and consistently goes in with a smile on her face! The manager and all the team are inviting and welcoming and the setting is very welcoming with a secure enclosed outside area. Nothing is too much trouble and you are kept fully up to date with all development through the parents’ app. Her speech has come on so much since she started and she has made lovely little friendships. She gets to participate in a wide range of enjoyable, educational activities. I would have no hesitation to suggest Trillium House and I sense so grateful I can drop her and go straight to work without feeling guilty, as I know she is cheerful and settled. My daughter has attended Trillium for 5 months.
