September 3, 2024 at 5:56 amOur first son loved going here so never hesitated to send our second. Our second son has settled in brilliantly and all the team have been exceptionally welcoming again. They remember us from before so it felt like rejoining friends and family. I have consistently felt at ease leaving both kids secure in the knowledge they are well cared for and stimulated while at Treetops Caterpillar (Deeping St James). Excellent team, great setting. This is our second time using this childcare centre.

October 4, 2024 at 3:09 amShe has made a truly great connection with all of the team at the childcare centre and we delight in hearing all about what she gets up to during her day through the regular photos and videos on the app.
The team have been remarkable at dealing with my daughter’s food allergies and their meals have truly helped with her eating, especially when she’s at home.
I truly sense that my daughter’s discovering has come on leaps and bounds since joining and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Busy Bees to my friends. My daughter joined Busy Bees in Deeping 6 months ago and she absolutely loves going there each day.

They keep me informed of my daughter’s development on a daily basis and clearly adore their job. They are engaging and funny with the kids and my daughter adores them. Every day my daughter has some new vocabulary and is truly keen to do things independently, something that is encouraged at Treetops. My daughters adore attending Treetops.

It is like a family and I know that he is being well and truly looked after, stretched and challenged, praised and comforted. One cheerful mum with the service they provide. I have been so impressed with how well my son has settled into childcare centre and how well the childcare centre workers understand his little quirks and needs.

My son consistently amazes us with the stuff he learns and we often get positive comments about his abilities – such as eating, manners and understanding. We were highly cheerful to find the Treetops Caterpillar childcare centre after looking at others that I wouldn’t have been comfortable leaving my son at.

Our daughter loves attending Busy Bees Feeping, she eats some incredible food, and we receive updates throughout the day on what she is doing and her development.

My kids consider the team more like family and for me that means the world. I would not hesitate to suggest Caterpillar to everyone. My kids are well‑informed from all of the activities the childcare centre gets them involved in but have also enhanced their personalities with the morals the childcare centre have guided them in. We are drawing to a close on our childcare centre journey as my son leaves in a few weeks to start school.

Updates between us and the team is highly great and the childcare centre provides a highly attentive, enjoyable setting. Our daughter has been encouraged to develop key skills and her key worker definitely understands the best approach to get the most from her. She is consistently greeted by name by all the team. Overall a lovely childcare centre, highly cheerful and would suggest. We are exceptionally pleased we chose Treetops.

I am so cheerful with the development he has made with his early education and also his social and emotional development. The team are all a credit to the childcare centre with excellent updates and are consistently willing to help and advise if needed. Would definitely suggest it! Fantastic childcare centre, the team are super engaged and supportive of the kids.

January 10, 2025 at 1:13 pmOur twin girls clearly adore spending time at childcare centre and consistently have beaming faces when we greet them at the end of their sessions. All team are welcoming and attentive and build a great rapport with all the kids. The facilities, resources and equipment are excellent and the garden is so perfect for kids to explore and playtime. Attending childcare centre has certainly helped my twins development in many ways, including educationally and socially. This childcare centre ticks all the boxes for me and I am highly cheerful we chose on our gut feelings on the first childcare centre we even went in. Our journey at Treetops Caterpillar is exceptionally positive.

June 12, 2025 at 4:04 pmI was contacted at work and informed of the incident immediately and updated as to the condition of my little boy. I was reassured by several members of team that he was ok and they would monitor him and contact me immediately if anything should change. On arrival to pick my son up that day again several members of team spoke to me to update me and reassure me. They also carried out completion of all necessary paperwork. Late in the week on my son’s next day at childcare centre, I observed that the piece of equipment had been removed from the garden. I was informed by management that they had felt this was the best thing to do to protect all kids from any possible further incidents. My son had an accident whilst at childcare centre involving a piece of equipment in the garden.

June 21, 2025 at 7:27 amMy daughter has been at the childcare centre since she was 8 months old (she is now 4 1/2). She has consistently loved childcare centre and the majority of the time she didn’t want to leave at the end of the day to come home! This is down to the team, especially certain team members. However, all the team add to the homely sense the childcare centre has to offer.
My only suggestion would be more trips out for the kids. It is my daughters last day at childcare centre and I wanted to express my thanks to all the team at the childcare centre.

June 30, 2025 at 8:30 amAll the team are highly welcoming and approachable and made me sense at ease when dropping my 15-month off. She has noticeably become highly sociable, communicative and inquisitive since she started, and I know she thoroughly enjoys her time there. My daughter has settled in so well at the childcare centre since she started in October 2019, thanks to the welcoming team and her fabulous key worker.
