January 18, 2018 at 12:00 amWe are extremely pleased we chose Treetops. The staff have been excellent with our daughter who took a little longer to settle. Communication between us and the staff is very good and the nursery provides a very caring, fun environment. Our daughter has been encouraged to develop key skills and her key worker definitely understands the best approach to get the most from her. She is always greeted by name by all the staff. Overall a lovely nursery, very happy and would recommend.

February 19, 2018 at 12:00 amVery pleased with my daughter’s progress. She has recently transitioned to the next age group and seems to be doing well. We have been given the same key worker that her older brother has which we are pleased with.

February 19, 2018 at 12:00 amWe were very happy to find the Treetops Caterpillar nursery after looking at others that I wouldn’t have been comfortable leaving my son at. It’s clean with great facilities, fresh cooked food, great staff who provide excellent care and development.
My son always amazes us with the stuff he learns and we often get positive comments about his abilities – such as eating, manners and understanding.

June 11, 2018 at 12:00 amOur experience at Treetops Caterpillar is extremely positive. Our twin girls clearly love spending time at nursery and always have beaming faces when we greet them at the end of their sessions. All staff are friendly and caring and build a good rapport with all the children. The facilities, resources and equipment are great and the garden is so perfect for children to explore and play. Attending nursery has certainly helped my twins development in many ways, including educationally and socially. This nursery ticks all the boxes for me and I am very happy we chose on our gut feelings on the first nursery we even went in.

June 21, 2018 at 12:00 amI have been so impressed with how well my son has settled into nursery and how well the nursery workers understand his little quirks and needs. They respond very well to his emotional, physical and developmental needs on a daily basis. It is like a family and I know that he is being well and truly looked after, stretched and challenged, praised and comforted. One happy mum with the service they provide.

July 12, 2018 at 12:00 amThis is our second time using this nursery. Our first son loved going here so never hesitated to send our second. Our second son has settled in brilliantly and all the staff have been extremely welcoming again. They remember us from before so it felt like rejoining friends and family. I have always felt at ease leaving both children safe in the knowledge they are well cared for and stimulated while at Treetops Caterpillar (Deeping St James). Great staff, good setting.

August 17, 2018 at 12:00 amIt is my daughters last day at nursery and I wanted to express my thanks to all the staff at the nursery. My daughter has been at the nursery since she was 8 months old (she is now 4 1/2). She has always loved nursery and the majority of the time she didn’t want to leave at the end of the day to come home! This is down to the staff, especially certain staff members. However, all the staff add to the homely feel the nursery has to offer.
My only suggestion would be more trips out for the children.

August 6, 2019 at 12:00 amWe are drawing to a close on our nursery experience as my son leaves in a few weeks to start school. Both my son and daughter have attended this nursery and I cannot thank the staff enough for the time they have invested in both of them. My children consider the staff more like family and for me that means the world. I would not hesitate to recommend Caterpillar to everyone. My children are knowledgeable from all of the activities the nursery gets them involved in but have also enhanced their personalities with the morals the nursery have guided them in.

February 4, 2020 at 12:00 amMy daughter has settled in so well at the nursery since she started in October 2019, thanks to the friendly staff and her fabulous key worker. All the staff are very friendly and approachable and made me feel at ease when dropping my 15-month off. She has noticeably become very sociable, communicative and inquisitive since she started, and I know she thoroughly enjoys her time there.

February 24, 2020 at 12:00 amMy son had an accident whilst at nursery involving a piece of equipment in the garden. I was contacted at work and informed of the incident immediately and updated as to the condition of my little boy. I was reassured by several members of staff that he was ok and they would monitor him and contact me immediately if anything should change. On arrival to pick my son up that day again several members of staff spoke to me to update me and reassure me. They also carried out completion of all necessary paperwork. Late in the week on my son’s next day at nursery, I observed that the piece of equipment had been removed from the garden. I was informed by management that they had felt this was the best thing to do to protect all children from any possible further incidents.

May 4, 2020 at 12:00 amMy daughters love attending Treetops. They come home engaged, enthusiastic and chatty about their day. The Hippo room staff, who look after my two year old are fantastic. They keep me informed of my daughter’s progress on a daily basis and clearly love their job. They are engaging and funny with the children and my daughter adores them. Every day my daughter has some new vocabulary and is really keen to do things independently, something that is encouraged at Treetops.

July 18, 2023 at 12:00 amWonderful nursery, the staff are super engaged and supportive of the children. My son has been at Treetops since he was 1 and is about to leave for primary school. I am so happy with the progress he has made with his early education and also his social and emotional development. The staff are all a credit to the nursery with great communication and are always willing to help and advise if needed. Would definitely recommend it!

July 19, 2023 at 12:00 amOur daughter loves attending Busy Bees Feeping, she eats some amazing food, and we receive updates throughout the day on what she is doing and her development. She has made some lovely friends and that includes the amazing staff. I can not think of one negative thing to say. It’s amazing!!

July 19, 2023 at 12:00 amMy daughter joined Busy Bees in Deeping 6 months ago and she absolutely loves going there each day. She has made a really good connection with all of the staff at the nursery and we enjoy hearing all about what she gets up to during her day through the regular photos and videos on the app.
The staff have been fantastic at dealing with my daughter’s food allergies and their meals have really helped with her eating, especially when she’s at home.
I really feel that my daughter’s learning has come on leaps and bounds since joining and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Busy Bees to my friends.
